Honest Hotel Review: 2/5
If you arrive before the official check in time, for example at 11:00 AM, you are asked to pay an additional €20 if you want to access your room earlier.
The room itself was no more than what I would expect from a 2 star hotel. The air conditioning was working, but it had some issues. There was no Wi Fi available in the rooms unless you paid an additional €12 per week. The free Wi Fi was only available at the reception and lobby area.
The refrigerator in the room did not actually cool anything and seemed to be there mostly for appearance. The bathroom did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. The shower cabin doors did not close properly, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom throughout our stay.
Regarding towels, they were not changed regularly, despite information stating that they would be. We had to leave a written note asking the staff to change them. The housekeeping staff were also quite rude. Even when we placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, they could still use their key to enter the room without our permission, even while we were inside.
As for the food, there was a good variety, and I cannot say that it was bad or unpleasant. I would rate the food around 4/5. However, the menu was exactly the same every day, with very little to no variation throughout our stay.
Another major issue was communication. Most of the staff did not speak English, and whenever we had a request or needed assistance, we often felt ignored. There was also no clear way to properly address complaints or requests.
The drinks were unlimited, but the quality was quite poor. Do not expect branded drinks such as Fanta or Coca Cola like the ones you would normally buy in a shop.
The only thing that was truly worth it was the beach. It was close to the hotel, clean, well organised, and had umbrellas and proper seating areas.
I would also recommend being careful with the excursions offered through the hotel or local representatives. Some of them seemed significantly overpriced. We found the same or very similar excursions on GetYourGuide for around 50% less.
Overall rating: ⭐⭐ 2/5
Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5. Unfortunately, based on my experience, if I visit Turkey again, I would not choose this hotel for my holiday. The beach was definitely the highlight, but the room conditions, cleanliness, communication, housekeeping and lack of variety in the food made the overall experience disappointing.

We just came home from this hotel.
Its a beautiful hotel but let me tell u few things. The food is everyday the same. After like 3 days u gonna be sick of it. We had diarrhea and vomited.
Theres no entertainment for young ppl. The animation team ends around midnight and then theres "disco" which is so trash the dj needs to do better job its so boring and the songs are also everynight the same.
U have to wake up super early to take seats at the beach or pool.
The bed in rooms are so bad.
If u gonna have all inclusive u wont havw any benefits just food... and ice cream is only from 14:30 to 15:30? Idk but only 1h!!!

I would especially like to thank Ferhat and Mizgin for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. Their excellent customer service truly made a positive difference. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the great work of Ferhat and Mizgin. Thank you!

Incredibly disappointing – poor service and hidden costs
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Concordia Celes Hotel. For a hotel of this scale, it is shocking that they cannot provide basic amenities like toothpaste or a toothbrush; they actually expect guests to pay for these. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi in the rooms is not free and comes with an extra charge, which is unacceptable in this day and age.
The worst part, however, was the staff's attitude. My 75-year-old mother went to the reception to ask what indoor programs were available because it was raining outside. Instead of being helpful or kind, the receptionist dismissively sent a 75-year-old woman to the bar first thing in the morning after breakfast. There is a complete lack of respect for elderly guests and zero hospitality. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. The food was the same every day. Although there were many types of dishes, I could only eat about three of them. In the evenings, meat was always served, and when it was lamb, I only ate it once; the rest of the time, it was llama meat, which I did not like at all.
The drinks were of the lowest quality. The beer was always the same, and if it sat for 5 minutes, it completely lost its taste. The cocktails (6–8 types) barely had the flavor they were supposed to represent.
There were many dessert options, and I found a few that were good. Ice cream was served only once a day, for one hour, and the queue was very long, so you had to wait a long time.
In the evenings, there were activities for children and a few shows. For young people, there was almost nothing: there was only one night with a disco, but at 1 a.m. everything was closed and the staff left. There was supposed to be a foam party in the pool, but we never got that.
During the day, volleyball could be played at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. Other than that, there were no entertainment activities. The program was always the same. We were offered, for an extra charge, a trip for everyone to go to a nightclub, just so we could have some entertainment.
