I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. My stay here was nothing short of disappointing, and I feel it is important to share my experience so that others can avoid the same frustrations.
First and foremost, the food was absolutely terrible. There was little variety, the quality was far below average, and it felt as though no real effort was put into preparing meals for guests. Instead of enjoying dining as part of the travel experience, every meal became something to dread, which completely ruined part of the holiday atmosphere.
The hotel rooms themselves were equally problematic. While they may look fine at a glance, the construction is very poor. There is no proper insulation around the doors or edges of the rooms, which means you can hear everything happening in the hallway at all hours of the day and night. Conversations, footsteps, and even doors closing sounded as if they were right inside my room. It was impossible to relax, let alone get a good night’s sleep.
On top of these issues, the reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they acted dismissive and impatient whenever I had a question or concern. Basic courtesy was completely lacking, which added unnecessary stress to the stay.
Overall, between the awful food, poorly designed rooms, and unprofessional staff, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other options available that would provide a much better experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place altogether.

An amazing hotel experience!
The food was incredible - diverse buffets with fresh seafood, gourmet dishes and delicious desserts. Themed dinners were a highlight!
Concept blends modern design with nature: spacious rooms, stunning pool area and luxurious spa facilities.
Animation team kept everyone entertained!
Daily activities, fun games and spectacular evening shows. Never a dull moment!

Incredibly disappointing – poor service and hidden costs
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Concordia Celes Hotel. For a hotel of this scale, it is shocking that they cannot provide basic amenities like toothpaste or a toothbrush; they actually expect guests to pay for these. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi in the rooms is not free and comes with an extra charge, which is unacceptable in this day and age.
The worst part, however, was the staff's attitude. My 75-year-old mother went to the reception to ask what indoor programs were available because it was raining outside. Instead of being helpful or kind, the receptionist dismissively sent a 75-year-old woman to the bar first thing in the morning after breakfast. There is a complete lack of respect for elderly guests and zero hospitality. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Avoid this hotel!
Do not stay at Hotel Concordia. The place is dirty, badly maintained, and definitely not a 5-star hotel as advertised. The man at reception was extremely rude and dismissive, and the staff did not care at all about our complaints.
We stayed only one night before leaving for another property — it was impossible to remain there. The hotel seems to cater mostly to Russians, and individual guests are treated very poorly.
I have photos showing the terrible condition of the rooms and facilities. Save your money and choose another hotel — this one is absolutely not worth it.

Not worth the money you spend. Some place that I will definitely NOT return again. The restaurant had no air condition or it couldn't cool the place since it became very hot there every time you stay. There were not enough chairs so all people could eat at the same time. You had to wait until someone finished. Not enough sunbeds in the pool. I had to wake up at 5 am so i could find free one for my kids, otherwise you couldn't found any at all. The food is of the lowest lowest quality and always the same. The cherry on the top of cake was the timeframe of 1 hour for delivering ice creams, 14:30 - 15:30, and you had to wait in a very long line for receiving one. Sometimes they finished the ice cream and people in the line couldn't receive one. Bathrooms smell pretty bad, and the smell doesn't go away for any reason.
If you avoid this hotel you will not regret it. It doesn't fulfill conditions for a 5 starts hotel
