Just back from a nine night stay here. Lovely room with great view looking over hotel grounds, swimming pools and sea in distance.
Everything very clean, staff friendly and helpful.
Food was really good, lots of choice and great cocktail selection.
Short walk to beach, loads of sun beds and pier was great for relaxing with a gentle breeze for cooling us down - mid 20s middle of November.
Grounds were beautifully maintained and great for walking about.
With us being there in November, a lot of things were closed : looked like there is a big outdoor restaurant, a stage area for entertainment and little snack kiosks. It didn’t detract from our stay as we had a large buffet restaurant inside to go to but obviously this hotel will be very different in the height of the season.
Entertainment at night was for the most part very good but difficult to get a seat some nights due to being very busy.
The pools were stunning - the large one in particular looked amazing. However, and this is my one big complaint : if that pool got any colder it would make a great ice rink 😂😂😂. At most, there was only ever one person in it at a time if any - it was just far too cold to use which was such a shame as it really is a beautiful pool.
We had a really great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

This hotel is situated close to the shops so you can come and go from the hotel easily. Our room was nice and clean with a well stocked mini bar. We were always able to find a table for diner and breakfast. The staff were very good and came around regularly to take drinks orders. There were plenty of sun beds to choose from around the pool. On the beach you have to get up earlier to get one. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I definitely recommend this hotel and would come again.

Went to this hotel with parents the reception upgraded us straight away as I was with my parents. As we got to our room we had all toiletries in are room, room was lovely staff was brilliant bringing food and towels everyday and cleaning.
Food was brilliant even a late carte was lovely. Amimation team was so friendly and nice always smiling and sitting with everyone chatting away. Exceptional clean place pool was lovely even have a heated pool during the winter months I will be deffo returning one of best

Disclaimer: We are from Canada so our expectation is what we know going to all inclusive in Mexico.
Upon walking into the hotel I was underwhelmed by the front desk/check in area, it felt like an airport car rental counter rather than a 5 star hotel. Then you get hit with this scent diffuser throughout the property but the smell was awful, it was so strong and unnatural smelling (Febreze but worse.)
We were later redirected to guest relations to book our a la carte dinner reservation. We were only there for 3 nights and pretty much everything was booked up until our last night and only 1 restaurant was available. That was pretty disappointing, considering there was no way for us to book in advance or should there be a need to.
We went into our room to find out it was 2 beds instead of a king that was given to us. We pushed the beds together to make it work.
Huge selection of food at the buffet and the food quality is quite good as well.
Lots of family but the resort was so big that it didn’t feel like there wasn’t enough space, we were also at the end of the summer season so that may have helped as well.
The staffs were amazing with their service and did their best without expecting tips which made us want to tip more.
Overall the property is dated and needs maintenance work.
I would come back again for the value but I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star property resort.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel!
First and foremost, I would like to extend a special thanks to Fatima from the Customer Relations team. She was extremely supportive, professional, and always ready to help with a big smile. Fatima truly made a difference during my stay — her kindness and attention to detail reflect real hospitality.
The hotel itself is large and well-equipped, offering all the services and facilities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff are generally very polite and helpful, though I did encounter a few who were less friendly, even while doing their work.
Despite it being late in the season, the hotel continued to provide excellent service and care, which I really appreciated.
If you’re planning to enjoy the hotel and its facilities, this is a great choice. However, if you want to explore the city, it’s best to have a car since the location is a bit far from the main attractions.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Tip: For the best rates, book directly or through Booking.com instead of using travel agencies.
