We came to lanzarote for 12 nights all inclusive at diffrent location .due to multiple reasons ,we checked out and found a alternative hotel. "Club del carmen" ,the relief we felt when we got here was well needed ,and nice.
Reception staff, were warm and welcoming.
The barstaff ,also kind gents who make a lovely pizza .so nice I returned for a 2nd one.
All the cleaners and pool staff, were nice with smiles and greetings.
We only booked 1 nights stay but due to out transfers we asked to extend our stay ,which was no problem.
The rooms are really nice .not dated .all appliances work and are new .
The beds are really comfortable.
Even the sofa bed is a really good quality one .
Personally I cannot find fault with this hotel.
Location is great literally 50m to the beach.
Location is lovely and quiet.
Im a maintenance engineer buy trade and I do have a keen eye for detail .
Flawless .
Also great WiFi with routers each room.
For the price we payed ,i wish we booked this hotel for our 12 nights.

Exceptionally clean! Rooms are modern,fully equipped. The staff from reception is absolutely 5*. One evening i got hurt on my leg in the city, and Susana cleaned my wound personally and disinfected it like a professional.

The front desk has only a few attentive staff members, and there are rules upon rules. The pool must be booked the day before and only for a few hours. I understand this is to give everyone a chance, but it feels a bit overwhelming.
I also had a problem with their booking page. I was made responsible for paying the full rebooking, then had to wait for hours while they threatened to cancel the entire reservation without a refund.
My advice: there are many other hotels with better service!

Trip for a family 60th. Well positioned, well equipped and gives you the option of the lively main strip or quieter nights out after a short walk. 10 mins from airport, 20 mins from Arrecife Town. If ever back in PDC then would not hesitate to stay here again.

I’m 14 years old and my parents took me here on my birthday it was an amazing experience I really liked the location and there was much to do and not even a 2 min walk to the beach it’s really nice. The best part about this hotel was the staff there was this one staff called Alẽ and he was very kind always helping us and we gave him a well deserved tip if you like a quiet spot I definitely recommend this area amazing for kids although there is only a pool for the kids to go into and a kid club definitely recommended this though the food was impeccable too!
