The terrace manager/pool boy Pepe is a polite and correct man who ensures that the hotel guests can enjoy the hotel facilities to the fullest. If "strangers" try to misuse the facilities, he acts politely, correctly, and kindly! And that is greatly appreciated by the guests! But it is not just Pepe; compliments to all the staff for the pleasant and trustworthy experience when you book this hotel! Thank you!

Amazing place the Terrace of this hotel. We we’re help at the Bar Terrace by a young guy. I forgot his name. Now I can tell you he was amazing the best service ever. He help us choose the best food, also he serve us the drinks. The guys is a professional at his trade. Just unbelievable service and treats us as family. I will have a guy like this working in my business forever. I will tell management of this Hotel to keep this guy. He is the best. I’m from Miami. This know what is service and quality on a place like this. 10 stars for this guy. He is the bartender and the server at the Terrace. Thank you for your kindness and service. We will never forget this. Wait for us next year we coming back. Expect to see you again.

Friendly and helpful staff, it's right next to the beach and convenience for most amenities.
The disappointment was related to the breakfast buffet although I won't go into details. All in all we would recommend it.

What a fabulous hotel in Benidrom. Maybe the best view in town (balconies overlooking the beach with rock in distance) and perfectly located, with excellent food and drink (the buffet dinner in particular), wonderfully helpful staff (both on front desk and at the bar), and all for an extremely reasonable rate. Lounging by the pool with a couple of tostadas, an ice cold beer, and the sea lapping just a few metres away - brilliant. Thank you to Estela and the whole team for a brilliant stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. Only there for 3 nights but would definitely stay again, if I came for longer. Very clean, very tidy, only small so the staff were able to be attentive and they were all really pleasant.
