This hotel is great if your looking for a week centred hotel at an affordable price. This is the second year in a row staying here, but I don’t think I’d make a 3rd visit.
The room was ok, but needs desperate modernisation if only for the fact that the power supplies were nowhere useful.
Despite the padded wall, the room was noisy, you could hear the cleaners banging doors in rooms as they got closer and closer to ours.
The food was frankly, grim. We stayed 8 nights but could only stomach eating the breakfast twice, it baffles me with no fish on offer how everything managed to smell of fish. The coffee was diabolical and the juices incredibly watered down.
The view from the hotel was nice and very well, located. We paid £512 each including flights from London to stay here for 8 nights, which is frankly a bargain. But during our stay the island had its first winter in a decade and it rained almost the entire time meaning we were forced to spend more time at the hotel.
The Spanish folks staying here all seemed to have a nice time, but there were of a certain age group. I think under 55 it’s just not enough to keep you entertained if the weather doesn’t hold up.
For us, the view was the best part.

Cheap and cheerful crumbling hotel popular with the Pensionistas, that's seen much better days but is generally comfortable. The rooms are adequate (we paid a little extra for a 'superior room' -see photos) but quite shabby in places, and are serviced daily. The restaurant serves a good selection of food but has a noisy, chaotic canteen atmosphere that fortunately, is overseen by excellent staff.
The reception area, bar and entertainment room are kept clean and tidy, and the drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel.
This may have been a four star hotel when it was built, but it needs to drop at least one now, however, it's location is excellent and it's cheap! So if it's just a base and a bed you need, it may be worth a try. If it's luxury you want, you won't find it at these prices.

The hotel has a very good location—close to the sea, two convenience stores (Dino Express), the casino, and the seaside promenade with souvenir stalls. The room may also offer a pleasant sea view.
Unfortunately, the property does not meet expected standards in terms of maintenance and comfort. The rooms are in clear need of a full renovation. The grout between tiles is heavily soiled (in places almost black), and both the bathroom corners and parts of the room appear insufficiently cleaned. In the room area, there are visible paint defects, dirt marks, and peeling paint.
There is also a persistent unpleasant odor coming from the sink and shower drains. Even heavy use of strong, sweet air freshener by housekeeping does not solve the problem. The smell resembles stagnant dirty water (similar to an uncleaned old washing machine). A similar odor comes from the balcony drain. The only temporary improvement is achieved by blocking the drains and ventilating the room.
Additionally, when a neighboring guest uses the shower or toilet, loud pipe noises are audible in the room, including sounds suggesting water flowing back through the sink line. This may indicate improper drain or pipe installation.
Air conditioning is practically non-functional.
Food quality is good; however, beverage service during meals is inadequate. It is not possible to order drinks with dinner. A waiter directed me to get tea from a bar one floor above after the meal, which does not address the lack of beverage service during dinner itself. Similarly, wine is available only under the all-inclusive option and cannot be purchased by the glass. As a result, only water is effectively available at dinner. At breakfast, coffee from the “machines” appears to be instant rather than freshly brewed.

We had an awful experience. We used to stay in this hotel but never again. The food quality went down so bad. But the main reason was that we stayed in 917 and on the same floor there was a couple fighting from 2:30 am. We called the recepcion and they said they know what is happening. In the end at 4:30 my husband had to go tell the guy to leave. Then he realised the woman was bitten up really bad, her t-shirt full of blood and her face was swollen badly. The hotel absoluty failed the lady and all the guest who had sleepless night. They said that they called the police, clearly not in time as we are living on the island and it doesnt take 2 hours for them
To arrive. During our check out no appology nothing was said, just they said that they handled the situation. Very very poorly.

NOT a 4-star hotel.
The location is acceptable, but not suitable for January.
It would be better to pay more and choose another property.
The room is very old, with the bed and furniture in poor condition.
Cleaning was inadequate.
We had to change our room because rainwater was leaking from the ceiling onto the bed.
The access cards were of very poor quality and had to be replaced every two days.
One member of the staff was very unprofessional when we requested the room change and could not understand basic English.
No slippers were provided and there was no heating.
At night it was 14°C outside and almost the same inside. We asked for extra blankets.
The windows are low quality and provide no sound insulation from outside noise.
We will not return.
