Really enjoyed our stay and would return.
The food was all fantastic and fresh and so much choice.
The staff were all very friendly and professional. I noticed some other reviews made comments about staff being rude, however, we didn't experience this at all and found the staff to be very polite and happy to help. We are from UK so there was a slight language barrier at times, but this is to be expected when traveling abroad and we didn't experience any rudeness from staff. The rooms are clean and well maintained with good air con so it was easy to keep cool in the rooms. We found the mattresses were comfy.
The hotel has activities running through the day in the main pool area from 10am. The pool area is gorgeous, gets the sun for most of the day, and is really clean. We never struggled to find a sun lounger with sun or shade and it never felt it was overcrowded, even with it being peak season with lots of families.
One thing to note, is that I personally found the music around the pool quite loud and it was played constantly from 10am. I prefer a quieter atmosphere to relax and maybe read a book, but this is just my preference. It is still a lovely atmosphere by the pool and no rowdiness from any of the guests, and great for families. The music wasn't a problem for me as the beach is is very well equipped with showers, toilets, sun loungers, lots of shade, a drinks bar, and snack bar that serves lunch from 12- 3 pm, so you can comfortably spend all day there if you prefer a quieter area.
Other reviews mentioned the beach being rocky which I was worried about. However, there is a pier which goes out past the rocks with stairs going straight into the sea so you can easily get in to swim without having to climb over any big rocks. I would note though that you can't put your feet on the floor here so this is only a benefit if you can swim. At times the sea was a bit wavey/ choppy but at other times it was very calm. We personally loved it. The beach is sandy but as you get closer to the sea it is pebbled so maybe bring some beach shoes if you have sensitive feet!
For awareness, the bowling alley and pool/billiards table are around 10 euro and hour.
As others have said there is nothing around the hotel that is accessible on foot. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you want to explore Side, but if you just want to relax and enjoy the beach and sun and eat lots of food then this hotel is lovely. The hotel has enough amenities so that you dont need to leave if you dont want to. There are shops downstairs where you can buy beach/pool stuff and some snacks and toiletries.

We stayed here back in September 2024, the hotel was beautiful, the staff at the bars outside and the shisha shed were amazing! Pool was clean and was generally good.
The location isn’t the best but there is busses and things to do if you book them through the hotel, there is a beach connected to the hotel but it isn’t the “best one” as it’s very rocky but it is lovely.
Very out of the way from everything really bus journey is needed to go anywhere.
Food was very basic did give me and my partner bad stomachs towards the end of our week holiday, I had made friends with 2 other people our age and they said the same, very dodgy stomach for about 3 week after leaving but not sure of the cause because all tests were clear so could have been nothing.

Dont be fooles by the photos the games room you have to pay for everything. You want wifi which you would have thought would be complmentry. Try again €13 for the week. Location is awful nothijg near by want the cheapest taxi is like €35 euros each way. Got to the hotel a 4am to go to the room to see there was no cot and only 2 beds for 5 of us even tho it was stated im the booking. But pool is good. Entertainment was okay nothing special.
