Great location and a solid stay in Alicante
The hotel enjoys an excellent location on Alicante’s seafront promenade and within easy walking distance of the city centre, restaurants and attractions. The property has been recently renovated and feels modern and well maintained.
My room was relatively spacious, although the bathroom was on the small side. The air conditioning worked well and, despite the central location, I did not experience any street noise when the windows were closed.
Facilities are limited. There is no gym, pool or restaurant, only a breakfast room. The breakfast selection is relatively small but of good quality.
The staff were friendly and professional throughout the stay. Hilton Diamond recognition was limited to the complimentary breakfast. There was no room upgrade, early check-in or late check-out offered. This did not affect my stay, but it may be relevant for guests who place importance on elite benefits.
The lobby is very small, although there is a mezzanine seating area. Overall, a good option for anyone looking for a modern hotel in an excellent location.

Good location, close to the port, 5 minutes to the beach, beach towels from reception, clean rooms, very nice and helpful reception team, balcony with view (even though we had a tree in front of the balcony which was no problem at all. next time, we will ask for third floor ☺️). Check out 12:00, but the reception team was kind enough to keep our luggages and we went for another walk in the city, until we went to the airport. Definitely a place to come back. Thank you!

Amazing place in a very central location, just a short walk to the beach, old town, and restaurants.
Excellent service, and one of the best things: you can get fresh beach towels every day!
We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend it if you want a central but quiet place with great service.

We selected the Casa Alberola Alicante for our wedding anniversary stay, based on its appearance online, and its central location. I have a mobility disability and the hotel was perfect for my needs.
When we arrived I was a bit taken aback by the rather cramped reception; its not what I envisaged at all, and there was a slight delay due to other guests arriving; we were then served, and the hotel staff took our passports. We had prebooked a specific room (the Premium Room in the tower, overlooking the sea), so were a bit puzzled why we were directed to a tiny side street room, so went back down to reception. It transpired that even though we had surrendered our passports, the staff managed to confuse us with other guests (from a different nation, with a different surname). It took a while to get it all fixed, but eventually managed to get the correct room.
The following morning we came down for breakfast, and found the breakfast bar which again was disappointingly small, and lacking choice. Whilst the staff were attentive and friendly, it certainly didn't reflect my impression of a Hilton hotel.
Apart from these drawbacks, the location was perfect for town or beach. The room was exceptional, with a beautiul view; plenty of space, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, although at times a bit muddled.
