Lovely hotel very big rooms. Cleaned everyday and towels changed everyday. Staff are lovely and very welcoming and helpful. Mattress on bed was amazing as slept like a baby. Drinks at the bar are great price too.
Breakfast is lovely proper English sausage and Bacon.
Location great a few minute to shops, bars and restaurants and a few mins to the beach.
Weren’t too keen on evening meals but was always something there to eat just found 7.30 a bit too late for evening meal and felt it would be better if changed to 6.30 instead.
All in all had a great time and would definitely be booking to stay here again.

Nice hotel more aimed towards older guests especially the evening entertainment.
Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels each day, friendly staff.
The only one thing that could be changed is the pool only opens at 10am and then the poolside bar opens at 10.30am until 3pm, as they don't seem to want to employ more staff so you have to wait until breakfast is over so one of the staff can come up and serve at the bar.

Excellent choice of food on the buffets, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner, salads, cold meat and cheese. Hot food choices included show cooking.
Breakfast bacon, choice of scrambled, poached or freshly cooked omelettes, beans, sausage, tomatoes (and more!)with select a of breads. Yoghurts and cereals, continental and fresh pastries.
Lunch and dinners had stews, rice, potatoes, most meats and salads.
Drinks are not included but hotel prices were okay.
Our room was spacious, teas and kettle provided (bring your own tea bags) large shower, shower wash and soap provided,
Reception speaker good English and are always happy to help.
Both the old town and sea front are a very short walk away.
I would advise to upgrade to get a balcony with city view.
Pool looks good but weather wasn’t the best for us so not used.
Singers in the bar every night after dinner.

Not long back from a week in Benidorm and had a great time. Staff in hotel are very friendly, especially bar staff who kept plying us with nuts and sweets. Reception staff were helpful, cleaners always said hello, just all round good feels from the staff.
One thing to note is that we came with our 10 year old and there was also a 3 year old and 8 month old in our party and apart from that, no other children to be seen.. so might be better for adults only. Again, bar staff were great with the kids.
Hotel is pretty quiet despite being many floors and doesn’t seem to be full of “lads lads lads” parties or hen dos. We seen one of each and that was it. The last day, a bunch of guys moved in next door to us and they were loud but we were leaving soon anyway, so didn’t mind. Beds were incredibly comfy! Our view from the balcony was pants.
Also not sure if it was the time of year or location but lots of Spanish people(which we love(we’re Scottish)) so if you’re looking for that “Blackpool of Spain” experience, location won’t be for you.
Location was great, two minute walk from shops and restaurants and a further 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Also a wee 5 minute walk to a play park. Really close to old town too, with some really lovely shops, bars, restaurants etc.
The pool was absolutely FREEZING every single day, despite the sun being on it most of the day. But again, might just be the time of year. My 10 year old didn’t mind, though.
We went half board and breakfast was fab. They had everything. Dinners were good too although I traveled with two fussy eaters and they didn’t enjoy it. Really fresh food though, only gripe is that the first night we were 2nd in the queue and there was chicken skewers(or something) and when we got to the hot plate, there was two left which the woman in front took and then had to wait until more were cooked. I feel like I’d have enjoyed it more if there was more sitting and ready to go, but apart from that, everything was good. We ended up eating out most nights as my two fussy eaters didn’t enjoy it but I think if you’re open to trying different stews and stuff, it’ll be great for you.
I think safe was €2 a day, free (great) WiFi and air con.
They also offer to put money on your room key and you save 10% on drinks with it. And then refund you if there’s any left at the end of your stay.
Check in and out was smooth.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. I’m not sure I’d return with my child as noted above but I’d definitely come back myself!
