Stayed here with a family of 6, including a 1-year-old toddler. I am the oldest of four siblings, and from the beginning our stay was frustrating.
Our family was placed two floors apart and even diagonally separated in the building. For a family with young children, this is far from ideal. We asked to be moved closer together, which was a very reasonable request, but were told it wasn’t possible.
What made this worse is that we were clearly promised that our family members would be moved to room 310 so we could all be on the same floor. Later, the hotel went back on that promise and said they could not arrange it after all.
My dad works in a hotel himself and has experience with hotel systems and room planning. He understands how these situations work and even suggested a simple solution: move our family into room 310 and assign incoming guests to room 101 after cleaning. Despite this being a logical solution from someone with hotel experience, the hotel refused and did not keep their original promise.
The provided media speaks for itself.
Another very disappointing moment was at the restaurant. We arrived late and it was full. Instead of trying to help, staff said they couldn’t fix anything. My dad asked for a small plate for the toddler — even something as simple as a piece of cucumber would have been enough — but the response was a loud and rude “NO.” On top of that, other guests were put ahead of us, even though we were willing to split up just so the toddler could eat something.
Room conditions were also below standard. There were stains on the walls, the closet door was unstable and felt like it could come off, and there was hardened, peeling paint hanging from the bathroom ceiling. These are basic maintenance issues that should not be present.
The luggage storage also caused concerns, as the storage area did not feel secure enough. The hotel stated that they were not responsible, which was disappointing.
Overall, the hotel may look good from the outside, but the inside experience was very different. The service was poor, communication was lacking, promises were broken, and problems were not handled properly.
Very disappointing stay.

My daughter in law & I stayed here 5 night 22nd-27th May 26' in a junior suite great views of levante beach & good location but the hotel needs to get with it ! Breakfast was always cold & we had a late flight home so asked to pay to keep the room on, we were told hotel was full, fair enough so could we use a courtesy room or shower room we were told No they don't have them it's not in their policy.. we were told we could use the pool shower with everyone walking by & in front of the restaurant which is all glass when we asked if we could have a clean towel they said No we don't have them!! Unbelievable would never stay here again staff were so unhelpful😒

What a fantastic hotel! The view from our room was stunning! Rooms are great if a little tired in places, cleaned everyday with fresh towels, all staff very pleasant and polite, acts we saw were good standard. Only had breakfast but restaurant was very clean and food was plentiful, well cooked and well presented!
Cant wait to come back here!

This is a great little hotel, I been trying to get a stay here for a few years now but always seems to be fully booked on the dates I need, I found it all very pleasant, Reception staff were great and very helpful. We didnt eat here as we always eat out so cannot comment on that part. We had a kettle in the room and mini fridge, some English Tv. Rooms were cleaned every day. Yes I would return to this hotel for another stay.

Used the hotel as a guest staying in an apartment near by. Service was always good & efficient. Cocktails great when the correct bar attended on duty... Food was also good...A lovely spot to sit and people watch for sure...We will be using again while we're staying in the Rincon area.
