We had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff are extremely friendly, kind, and always helpful. The food was delicious, and from time to time there was even live entertainment, which we really enjoyed. We chose this place mainly because of the pool and the proximity to the sea – and we definitely did not regret it! ☺️ One small suggestion: the pool closes after 8 PM, while in many other hotels it is possible to use it later in the evening. We believe more guests would also visit the bar if children could enjoy a swim after dark, especially since parents wouldn’t take them into the sea at that time. Overall, a lovely experience and we would happily return!

The hotel was in a beautiful location, with balconies, and beautifully decorated common areas. Good points: - blankets are provided in winter along with bedding - staff are extremely helpful and friendly (special mentions: Peter, Flaviân, and Bianca on reception // David in the resturant/bar area - the common areas are well decorated and clean - the layout of the food is nice, and the chefs are constantly replacing anything that’s running out - they offer table service in the cafè/bar area - the rooms come with a TV, safe and a fridge - the shower pressure is extremely powerful - the view in the balcony is beautiful Suggestions/Improvements - an ice machine in each level for the rooms - otherwise you have to keep going to the bar whenever you’d like ice (they’re happy to give it but it would be easier with a machine) - corridors could be decorated nicer with some plants & pictures - they seem a little dark and dingy, but they could be made really nice - lights in the bar, and rooms are a little too bright - they should be dimmable with bedside lamps so you don’t have to have the main overhead lights on all the time as they’re very bright - the chairs on the balcony are a little uncomfortable, but the chairs round the pool are very comfy, a chair like this on the balcony would be so much comfier - some of the wallpaper in the room we were in was peeling a little, it would be a super quick fix and makes the hotel just look a lot better, but it isn’t the end of the world - the food options each night were mainly meat just providing salad and fries, to vegetarians, I think that they should offer a main vegetarian meal each night too - for example mac & cheese, pasta with vegetables, or cheese pizza - this way the food would accommodate all. - also, the food was badly labelled, for someone with allergies it could be a nightmare, the menus each night didn’t always correspond with the food served, and barely any food was labelled, I think it is imperative that good, clear labels for each food item is there each night Overall the stay was lovely, hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very helpful, which made the stay very enjoyable. There are just a couple of suggestions, which are easy fixes. Would definely return.

Absolutely amazing place. Me and my partner stayed here on a Friday-Friday week long stay with a sea view balcony room. View was absolutely beautiful each morning and had lovely rooms with air conditioning and comfy beds. Staff were absolutely brilliant so kind and welcoming. We had the Bed and breakfast option and the food was absolutely fantastic. The pool is very clean and deep and perfect for cooling off, also the sunbeds around the pool are brilliant. If I could give this 6 stars I would. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

The hotel needs a kick-in-the-butt to get it firing on all cylinders. The rooms were “OK” but could have been much better looked after. Both of the lifts failed during our time there and receptions answer was a shrug of the shoulders. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice

This hotel has a very good location, right on the beach. There are sunbeds/umbrellas (each cost 6 €, not free), also place for towels (free). The breakfast ia basic but good, the dinner instead was very very good. On Thursday they even organize a barbeque outside - very nice experience. But the biggest asset of this hotel are the people. Kudos to every nice people from there! We felt like in a family here!
