Having a medical condition, access to water is very important. However, staff are not supportive and everyone has their own rules. I think the manager should give training to all so that all have the same level of understanding when serving customers who paid a lot of money to travel and choose to stay at this hotel. The beds are well maintained but the floors are never cleaned. That’s horrible! They never took the glasses from the table.
The food is good. Not so diverse. Too much pork.
Staff are not so relaxed. Angry and rude! Most rude staff we ever experienced! Always making ‘faces’. This hotel is over one hour away from the airport which is the downside. At least customers should really feel welcomed after a very long journey. Staff, be more sensitive and inclusive to customers. The boss can make the changes if they want people to return.
Space is limited for people to sit by the pool. Too little umbrellas. Plus almost nobody understands english. Really?! That was shocking!

This hotel has been lovely for our first all inclusive holiday. The staff have been wonderful and so helpful, including helping me organise a cake and balloon for my sons birthday. The pool is lovely and clean and a good size. The pool bar serves a full range of sofa drinks and alcoholic beverages with premium drinks available for a small cost.
The only let down was our room has obviously recently been painted and there was paint on the floor and the room was a little aged and could have done with some small adjustments. Wonderful holiday overall though.

This hotel could easily be excellent, but it's a shame that it lets itself down in very simple ways.
Most of the staff are very good - friendly and helpful. The chef and restaurant manager were particularly accommodating. However, the male staff in the restaurant were not at all helpful and they left me feeling like I was being a nuisance by raising some questions regarding dietary requirements. Similarly, bar staff were generally very pleasant. However, one in particular was clearly jaded by having to tell foreign guests that they could not get inclusive drinks from the upstairs bar. It's not our fault for not knowing. Maybe a clear sign would mean she doesn't have to repeat herself over the course of the evening and would therefore drop the attitude.
The entertainment staff were fantastic with the kids. However, the arcade games need servicing and frequently ate coins.
The pool was freezing and unusable. I'd rather pay an extra 10-15 euros a night and have a pool that's properly heated. The snacks poolside were left to go stale and the chickens are a pain. The gym is small, but quite well equipped.
The bus service into town is a nice touch.
I wouldn't stay again, but it wasn't bad.

It is so hard for me to leave bad reviews but this has been a nightmare. This hotel was supposed to be remodeled but it is still being remodeled that even today in the morning there was no check-in desk. We arrived 1:55 pm to check-in on time (2pm), the rooms were not ready; we were three families with children under 7 yo and then the room of my parents in law . They asked us to go have lunch until the rooms be ready. We ended up having the rooms at 5:40 pm but the first room for one of the families and ours smelled like fresh paint and fresh caulking just added. Then they gave us another room and it was too small for a family of 4 and then when we finally had a good room by 9 pm the shower water was extremely hot or extremely cold. My daughter even got burned and then I just explored… I went to the reception and no supervisor who could return my money was there. It has been a nightmare especially because we are coming with kids. I never compliant because I used to be a backpacker and slept in so many different places but this definitely has been the worse experience I have ever had.

I thought it was lovely here. I can see how people could say it was dated but it was stoll nice and clean. Do try to get rooms sunrise/teide or pool side for nicest views. Free shuttle bus to and from town weekdays 10am until last return 6.15pm. Taxis 5-6euros to seafront each way.
Food was good for a 1 week stay would get bit samey if staying longer but each day meal offered was slightly different , with the same staples always available. Basic salad items, nuts, seeds, Pasta, rice, fries, pizza, paella, with varied meats, different fish each day, Would suit kids as plain stuff on offer that u can add other bits too and a self serve gelato/ice cream station. The house wine was OK, cocktails strong but syrupy. Outdoor Pool is cold- but I'm OK with that, stay in for 5+mins and your body gets used to it and would be nice in the heat of summer.
Spa well worth the 18euros for 1.45hr session sauna, hamam, hot, warm and cold plunges, hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, spacious not crowded.
