Do I recommend this hotel ? Answer is NOOOO
Here is my opinion :
Staff : VERY GREAT, POLITE
Parking : Bad … I mean there is enough place but it is accessible for everyone they don’t take the time to check if the parked cars belong to a customer or a tourist that comes by to access the beach … the first day they asked us to park on the street …
Beach : There is a beach next to the hotel I don’t know if it belongs to them or not … if it does then it is unacceptable because whether you are a customer or not you have to pay the sunbed like every other tourists ! (You get a discount but it is still 10€ that you have to pay every day if you plan to stay in this hotel every day)
Food : let’s get to the tea … worst food ever !!!!!!! Don’t recommend even for my worst enemy … simple food, for a 4 start all IN hotel it is a shame …
Swimming pool : they’re two of them but we didn’t understand the instructions that we got from the reception, we saw one of them and it is ok but again … for a 4 star all in hotel … I had more expectation
To sum up, very great staff !! But the rest is trash …

Blue Princess Hotel & Suites – Liapades, Corfu, Greece 3 Nights All-Inclusive | Early May 2026 | Couple's Stay
⭐⭐⭐½
We spent three nights at Blue Princess on a couple's getaway, and overall it was a genuinely enjoyable experience — though with a few things worth knowing before you book.
**Location & Scenery — Outstanding**
The setting is simply breathtaking. The resort sits where a sandy beach meets a striking blend of turquoise and deep blue waters, framed by rolling green hills and lush Mediterranean vegetation. It's the kind of scenery that makes you put your phone down and just stare. If you're after natural beauty, this place delivers in abundance.
**Staff — Warm & Welcoming**
The team here is one of the resort's strongest assets. From reception to poolside, the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. It made a real difference to the overall atmosphere of the stay.
**Food & Drink — Below Expectations**
This is where the all-inclusive package falls a little short. While quantities are generous — especially on the drinks side — the food quality is average at best, and the variety is limited. A notable frustration: there are no food labels at the buffet, making it difficult to know what you're actually eating. For guests with dietary requirements or preferences, this is more than a minor inconvenience.
**Cleanliness — Excellent**
Rooms, restaurant areas, and communal spaces were all well-maintained and clean throughout our stay. No complaints here at all.
**The Beach — Beautiful, with Extra Costs**
The beach itself is lovely and well-kept, with boat rental and watersports available. However, sun loungers and beach umbrellas are an additional €10 per day. This is stated upfront in the offer, so there are no surprises, but it's something to factor into your budget.
**Beach Bar & Restaurant — A Highlight**
Not included in the all-inclusive package, but absolutely worth it. The beach bar and restaurant operate separately with very reasonable prices, and the seafood and mixed fish dishes are outstanding. The chef clearly takes pride in his work — this was genuinely one of the culinary highlights of the trip.
**Isolation — Know What You're Signing Up For**
The resort is tucked away in a secluded location, and that's both its charm and its limitation. There are no shops, no restaurants, and no real reason to venture outside the resort — especially given the steep surrounding hills that make walking out rather impractical. If you're happy to stay put and soak it all in, that's fine. But if you're looking for a base to explore from, this may not be the right fit.
**Final Verdict**
Blue Princess offers a beautiful, peaceful retreat for couples who want to disconnect and enjoy nature. The staff and setting are genuinely impressive, and the beach dining experience is a real treat. The all-inclusive food offering needs work — both in quality and communication — but if you go in with the right expectations, it's a very pleasant stay.
*Recommended for: Couples, nature lovers, those seeking a quiet coastal escape.*
*Less suited for: Food-focused travellers, those wanting to explore local areas on foot.*
Honest Reviews
We had an absolutelty lovely 7 nights here in October. The room and view was spectacular! We rented a boat from Ninos which was also a pleasant experience. The food was also very nice with lots of options. The staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the doors. Maria at reception was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. If we ever return to Corfu we would absolutely stay were again. 5 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This review is a bit of a tale of two reviews.
Firstly, the positives;
The location and the views are FANTASTIC - Located right on the bay of Liapades beach it offers stunning views to wake up to and also to soak up the sun and dine alongside.
The food is generally good with an excellent variety available for all to enjoy. The drinks are also of a good standard.
Now some negatives;
This location is NOT great for elderly, infirm or people with restricted mobility. There are many stairs and extreme slopes, particularly if you are in "Block B" which is more of a lodge type accomodation.
The accomodation is quite dated and tired in many respects - In our lodge there was a botched repair to the stairs, the frosted bathroom door had no stop and there were rusted through gutters. Elsewhere we heard of rooms which flooded when it rained.
Whilst some of the staff are quite jolly, there are also some members which came across as unhappy and surly.
Rooms were not cleaned or maintained daily. The cleaning schedule appears to be limited to every other day and this is also limited in its actual cleaning too.
Lack of toilet facilities at the upper bar meant that every time you needed to go, you had to go back to your lodge which was up a steep incline.
Charges for guests for sunbeds on the beach is a little Draconian in this day and age for a hotel which puports to be 4 star.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I had a wonderful experience at their beach bar. The bartender 👏🏻 and the whole team were exceptionally kind and professional, creating such a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend their Greek coffee — it’s one of the best I’ve had and a must-try for anyone who wants to experience authentic Greek flavour. Cheers-Alev
