The resort is located away from the Main Street of Acharavi near to the hillside of the town area…. So you will find rooms on different levels with steep slope or steps throughout the resort but that’s what we love and enjoyed about this place.
Staff at reception, Ms Dina was welcoming and helpful when we arrived and during our stay 🥰
The surrounding areas is with lovely lush greenery, kids playground 🛝, nice big pool area, which makes it a great place for family. The common area are well maintained with lovely floral garden 🪴 in different places!
Our family room was very well located facing the garden and pool area; it’s spacious, clean and comfortable, well suited throughout our stay.
Daily Breakfast is well organised with a whole team of lovely ladies; Ms Anna, Helen and the rest will always greet us with big happy smiles and ready to assist!
My husband loves it here as he is always surrounded with friendly cats 🐈 🐈⬛ …
We will definitely come back anytime on our next visit to Corfu 💯👍🏻😍

Our overall experience at this hotel was average and, in some aspects, disappointing.
The biggest issues we experienced were with the reception and the bar staff.
On several occasions, the reception desk was completely unattended. Despite ringing the bell multiple times, we had to wait 10–15 minutes before someone finally came to assist us. Instead of a proper explanation or apology, we were met with an attitude that felt dismissive.
We also witnessed a female member of the bar staff raising her voice and arguing with other employees in front of guests. At one point, she even interrupted our conversation while we were speaking, which we found unprofessional.
Another concern was a male employee who usually worked at the bar in the afternoons. He spent a lot of time on his phone, both inside and outside the bar. What concerned us the most was seeing him eating ice cream directly from the same serving bowl used to serve guests. After witnessing that, we chose not to buy ice cream from the bar again.
As for the hotel itself, the room was simply average and did not live up to the expectations we had based on what we had heard before our stay. The breakfast was also quite ordinary and not particularly impressive.
That said, not everything was negative.
We were genuinely impressed by the lifeguard. He welcomed us warmly, explained the pool rules professionally, and created a pleasant atmosphere around the pool. His attitude and professionalism stood out, and it is something we have rarely experienced at other hotels.
We would also like to thank Ms. Eleni and Ms. Anna from the service staff. They were always kind, polite, and helpful, and their professionalism helped improve our stay.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of professionalism from some members of the staff significantly affected our experience.
Ghost Opera
We stayed at Century Resort last week. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property.
The rooms were not clean enough, and the refrigerator was completely empty. The bathroom fixtures were rusty, and the bathtub was very old and in poor condition. The overall service was quite weak and well below what one would expect from a 4-star hotel.
The bed sheets were not changed during our stay, and room cleaning was very superficial, taking only a few minutes, which was clearly insufficient. I honestly do not understand how this hotel received a 4-star rating.
Overall, our experience was below average at best. The only positive aspect of the hotel was its pleasant green garden and outdoor area.

Having just spent 10 days here I haven't any complaints. The room was cleaned regularly. The bed vary big & comfortable. The air con reliable. Breakfast had ample choices. There was complimentary beverages when we arrived & a visit to the supermarket to top up tea, suger & milk. The pool was clean & a good size. The outside bar was served by very friendly, chatty & helpful staff. Particularly Athenea. Lovely woman. My only gripe is the hotel is on a hill. We asked to be moved lower down & was accommodated almost immediately. I would recommend staying if you enjoy peaceful surroundings.

The room looked nothing like the photos shown on booking.com. The pictures were very misleading, and the actual room was much older and less appealing than expected. I was disappointed with the difference between the advertised photos and reality.
