The hotel was clean, service was sound no issues with staff. Food was at best shocking, location is well out of town, the pool is tiny and absolutely freezing. Unfortunately the high rises around mean you have to chase the sun and you'll end up getting about an hour's worth. Having the outdoor bar close at 2pm was a bit mental everyday. Positives the drinks were decent served really quickly and staff were nice. But it's a stag/hen doo hotel so it does it's job the pictures of it and what it's advertised as are two completely different things though.

This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the hotel was nowhere near the standard advertised. The lifts were extremely small, regularly became stuck, and made alarming grinding and banging noises while travelling between floors. Every journey felt unsafe and stressful rather than convenient. The food looked so unappetising and unhygienic that we refused to eat it. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, we ended up spending additional money eating elsewhere. To make matters worse, the so-called all-inclusive drinks service stopped at 7pm, which is highly misleading and far below what most people would reasonably expect. The condition of the building itself was shocking. Water was leaking through ceilings in multiple areas, and at one point an entire floor was flooded. Even more concerning, water was leaking directly into areas where food was being prepared and served. The lack of basic maintenance and hygiene was impossible to ignore. Safety appeared to be an afterthought throughout the hotel. There were instances of exposed mains electrical wiring in communal areas. In our room, a mains-powered electrical appliance was connected via a connector block in a manner that raised serious concerns about electrical safety. Combined with the water leaks throughout the building, this created an environment that felt genuinely hazardous. The room was filthy. Cleanliness standards were clearly non-existent, and it was obvious that little effort had been made to properly clean or maintain the accommodation before our arrival. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. When we politely raised our concerns, they showed little interest in addressing the issues. Rather than taking responsibility or attempting to help, they became confrontational and even threatened to call the police while we were simply trying to discuss the serious problems we had encountered. The swimming pool was disgusting, poorly maintained, and bore little resemblance to the photographs used to advertise the hotel. It was another example of how misleading the hotel’s marketing is compared to the reality guests face upon arrival. Perhaps the most telling thing was that we were not alone in our views. We repeatedly witnessed new arrivals reacting with the same shock and disappointment that we felt. Guests were visibly horrified by the condition of the hotel, and conversations about the numerous problems seemed to be constant. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. The combination of poor hygiene, apparent safety concerns, inadequate facilities, misleading advertising, and dismissive staff made this an experience I would never wish to repeat.

Not the best hotel. But okish! The pool was dirty not very clean and very cold!! The food was terrible for choice aswell not the greatest! We had to eat out a lot.the breakfast was very limited choices. Best part was outside pool lovely woman working there. Very polite and funny. Inside pool stank. Not telling anyone about the deposit. Had to pay €50 euro each.but make sure you pay in cash.

⚠️ WARNING – THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL ⚠️ BC™ Music Resort Benidorm This has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and I would strongly urge anyone considering booking here to think again. We’ve been trapped in the lifts on several occasions, leaving us with no option but to climb to the 11th floor using the stairs. This is not only unacceptable but raises serious concerns about guest safety. To make matters even worse, one member of our group has mobility issues and relies on the lifts to access their room. Every time the lifts broke down, it caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, as using the stairs simply wasn’t a realistic option. It is disgraceful that guests with accessibility needs have been put in this position. We’ve also been without hot water for over 48 hours. Rather than apologising or making every effort to resolve the issue, staff have been dismissive. When we raised our concerns, the response was to threaten to call the police instead of dealing with the legitimate complaints of paying guests. The restaurant is equally shocking. There is water leaking from the ceiling, dripping over and around the food preparation and serving areas. Instead of fixing the problem, the hotel has simply erected temporary barriers to hide it from guests. The smell of damp throughout the hotel is overwhelming, making it obvious that there are serious maintenance issues. This hotel is poorly maintained, poorly managed, and completely fails to provide even the most basic standards that guests should expect. We paid for a comfortable and safe stay but have instead been left frustrated, disappointed, and genuinely concerned about the condition of the premises. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this hotel to look elsewhere. There are far better places to stay where your money will be appreciated, and you won’t have to put up with unsafe conditions, poor maintenance, a lack of basic facilities, and appalling customer service.

I feel like I could go on about this place all day—and not in a good way. If I hadn’t been travelling with a large group, there’s no chance I would have stayed here. The rooms were frankly unacceptable—dated, dirty, and with a strong unpleasant smell throughout. It immediately gave a poor first impression. The pool looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained in years, and the bar area nearby had an unbearable odour that made it difficult to spend any time there. The overall atmosphere was flat, with poor music and no real vibe, giving little reason to stay and enjoy the hotel facilities. Perhaps if you’re in your early 20s and just need somewhere to crash, it might suffice—but even then, I genuinely think a local hostel would offer a better experience.
