I have never seen a more terrible hotel, we were on vacation with 5 people, we booked 2 rooms, we arrived and got 1 family room with one shower and one toilet, we said for two nights, everything is understandable, everything happens.. We walked around the territory, nothing impressive there, there is no order everywhere, the staff is unfriendly, does not greet, does not communicate, you will not get what you ask for.. Not only that, when we entered the room, we saw a rat, the receptionist did not believe us until we went and saw it ourselves. In the bathroom, the water from the shower was already in the pool, we said that they would clean it, but they were unable to do it, they only brought new towels. Of course, after all this, they changed our room. In the morning, there was a cockroach in the toilet. We killed it, but unfortunately, the cleaner didn't see it for 6 days and didn't throw it away. The next day, the receptionist said that the cockroach was still there. They put fruit and wine in the room every day, we got it for a couple of days. They said that a table would be reserved for breakfast and dinner, because it's hard to find a seat for five people there. One evening, we found that the table was no longer reserved and we could have asked for it and given euros, but they were completely the same. I'm not talking about the pound, because it's terrible what's happening there. I'm not a complainer, we didn't pay cheaply for the holiday, of course I didn't think that we would have to live in a dump. The food is terrible, there's actually a lot of it, but it's impossible to eat, the plates and cups haven't been washed. In short, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It won't let me upload footage of the rat running, but if anyone needs it I can send it to you personally.

I am currently staying at your hotel. The pool is open until 6pm and they kick us out every day at 5-30pm. The supposed manager (who sits across from the reception and introduces himself as such) claims that it needs to be cleaned. That's when they actually start setting up dinner and forcing us out. The manager who sits across from the reception told me that if I have a problem for half an hour, I should change hotels?! I'm just asking if you think this is the right way to treat guests? I personally returned to this hotel with my family and we had the intention of continuing to vacation here but obviously never again. I know that you won't go broke because of one family and I don't want that for you, but I would just like you to ask people if this makes sense!

This was our first time visiting Turkey, and honestly, we didn’t know what to expect—but it turned out to be one of the best experiences of our lives. We travelled as a group with my husband and children to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday, and everything about this trip was truly marvelous, fantastic, and unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The hotel management and staff treated us like kings and queens. I want to give special thanks to MD Sedar and the entire team for their outstanding support and kindness. I have never experienced such genuine care and attention before.
The food was amazing—available 24 hours a day with so many options. Even as a fussy eater, I always found something delicious to enjoy, and there were plenty of choices for children as well. The service was top-notch; wherever you go in the hotel, staff are always ready to assist, bringing drinks and ensuring your comfort—even to your room.
The hotel facilities are excellent. I highly recommend booking the spa package, which includes the sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, and massage. I came out feeling like a completely new woman!
The beach is absolutely beautiful, with no stress over getting sun loungers. There is entertainment throughout the day, and the beach bar and buffet make the experience even more enjoyable.
What stood out the most for me was the love, humility, and warm hospitality shown by every member of staff. They are welcoming, friendly, and truly dedicated to making guests feel at home.
This holiday was glorious, and one of the best we have ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone around the world looking for an unforgettable experience.

Our stay at the hotel in Turkey from 7th to 14th April 2026 was truly a memorable and delightful experience. I travelled with my wife and children with other group members and we were all warmly received from the moment we arrived.
The highlight of our visit was my 60th birthday celebration on the 12th of April, which took place in one of the hotel’s event halls. The entire occasion was a grand success, thanks in large part to the exceptional support from the hotel’s management and staff. They were actively involved from start to finish, beautifully setting up the hall, arranging the food and drinks, and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their attentiveness and professionalism made the celebration truly special.
Throughout our stay, the service we received was outstanding. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with any need. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious meals, with plenty of food and drinks always available.
The hotel facilities were equally impressive. Its location by the beach provided a stunning and peaceful view, adding to the overall experience. There were excellent amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a disco hall, a beautiful garden, and on-site shops. The spa services were also exceptional. My wife and I personally enjoyed the steam bath, sauna, body wash and massage, which were all carried out to a very high standard.
Overall, we had a fantastic time, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable, and well-catered holiday experience.
