Firstly there is a receptionist in the morning she is very friendly and I want to thank her for making my stay great. The hotel is old but generally kept clean.
The rooms need serious renovation - fridge is mouldy and shower tap rusted. Air conditioning filter dirty and smells. Light not working. Wifi is very weak in the room you have to stand at the door to receive signal. No signal at the bed. No separate shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, shower gel, body lotion. No facial tissues. The blanket and bed smells like previously used.
Food was great and had lots of protein options but I’d like to see some more vegetarian options apart from salads. Food temperature needs to be higher. Sometimes it is overcrowded in the restaurant and they need to open up the outside area/separate empty tables. Ventilation is insufficient and you walk out of the restaurant smelling like you’ve been cooking in the kitchen. The hallways and lobby also smell like the cooking. Bananas are generally available everyday which is great. Cakes were great.
Pool was not so bad actually it was relatively warm.
Location was good, in front of mercadona and about 5 min walk to the stop at the top of the hill (Tucan) that goes directly to TFN and TFS.
Overall for the price I paid it was okay and one of the cheapest 4* hotels so some of these things lacking can be accepted but the cleanliness aspects need to be addressed immediately. Infrastructure based shortcomings should be improved in the future and I hope to read about future reviews from other guests.

1. Food – poor, repetitive, and not diversified at all.
2. Service – ok-ish at the table, weak overall.
3. Overall / atmosphere – the bar closes at 11:00 PM, and between 11:00 PM and midnight everything is extra charge.
The drinks are mediocre, which we can overlook, but the music in the lobby is very dull, old, and unpleasant.
On the terrace, if you go out for a cigarette, there is only one designated smoking area at the far end of the yard, so you can’t smoke freely. Moreover, if you stay outside in the yard, there is a high chance of being locked out — I say this because it happened to me.
Overall, if you are 50+, this is a quiet place with mediocre food and service.
However, if you are under 50 and want good music, a nice vibe, and to enjoy a drink without being “forced” to go to bed at 11:00 PM, I do not recommend this place at all.
The only good thing was the internet — fast and with good coverage.
The rooms were decent and fair for the price, but the bathroom ventilation did not work.
This is an honest review from my side, and I do not recommend this place.

Please read this carefully before deciding to book this hotel! Or if you have already booked, try to do everything possible to cancel your reservation!
I paid a huge amount of money for this accommodation considering what it actually offers.
I will start with the few good things about this hotel: it is close to the beach, and the rooms are clean and fairly new. That’s about it.
Now let’s move on to everything that is wrong and why this hotel is not worth visiting:
For a double room, we were given two single beds pushed together, which kept separating throughout the night, making it easy to fall between them.
Parking is paid, and not cheap at all.
The food is terrible. The same food for 7 days. Out of those 7 days, only one day included chicken; the rest was just fish, beef, and pork, with very few options.
Only two types of cold cuts every morning, and a maximum of three types of fruit. The food has no taste whatsoever. I’ve had food like this in a hospital.
Many times it was obvious that the cold cuts served at dinner were leftovers from breakfast.
The most horrifying moment was when we found a huge kitchen cockroach walking among the food trays.
If you want to sit on the hotel terrace in the evening, you can stay only until 11 PM, after which the lights are turned off and you are forced to go back to your room.
There is no area protected from rain. If you want to stay outside and it rains—bad luck, you stay in your room.
We asked for two bottles of water for the room and were told that we were allowed only one, even though we paid for all-inclusive.
It is unacceptable not to be provided with water.
There are many elderly guests, which did not bother us at all, but we would have appreciated it if the hotel staff had taken into account that there are also younger guests who might want to play cards quietly on the terrace. This was impossible because you are locked out after 11 PM.
We experienced a rather cold period during our stay. We informed reception that we tried to turn on the heating, but it did not work. The response was that they could give us an extra blanket, because only air conditioning works in the rooms.
Overall, everything about this place is pathetic.
Avoid this hotel.

Fit for purpose, no frills. The food was adequate but not special. The drinks were the usual Spanish local stuff, better was available, for extra euros. The room was spacious, the AC was old but worked, a little noisy tho. There was a card inviting us to use the mini bar that was empty 🤷🏻♂️.
I would say that 60% of the staff were begging for the season to finish the rest were happy at their work. The hotel has around 300 rooms but the pool is miniscule and unheated. The entertainment was poor.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms are really clean as is the whole hotel. Always staff cleaning.
We went start of November and there were plenty of sun loungers available.
All inclusive food was a bit hit and miss. If you like Pork and Fish(which I do) you'll love it. Plenty of fresh salad. Dessert was selection of cakes, fruits and ice cream. Breakfast had traditional fry up, cereals and lots of fresh bread, rolls and pastries with every kind of jam and chocolate spread to put on it.
Staff are very attentive in the restaurant and turn around tables really quickly so there was never a wait for a table.
Bar snacks at the pool where hot dogs, chips, toasties, fruit, bread and pastries available from 10 until 6.
