My partner and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! Yes, it's not the newest and fanciest hotel, but it's great value for money. The rooms were clean, the food was good and varied. The best part, however, is the staff, always friendly and forthcoming. Special thanks to Barbara at the reception and Melanie at the bar ❤️

The highlight of my trip were all of the staff members. Having not been abroad for a number of years everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Could not fault a single staff member from reception to bar staff - everyone was lovely and made a genuine effort to be polite.
Room was decent, working air con and balcony were pluses. However, there was only one pillow per side of the bed which we found was a bit uncomfortable. The safe in the room was also extremely flimsy and difficult to use, having been the old lock and key style.
As others have mentioned the building is on the older side and it definitely shows its age in places, but I also think that gave it an old fashioned charm too. But, that meant there were a few run down looking areas which is a shame.
The food was fine and there’s plenty of selection morning, afternoon, and evening - but be warned that the restaurant was often overcrowded with additional seating cordoned off which was annoying, and we were made to hover waiting for a table on more than one occasion.
Pool was nice, plenty of space and a smaller shallow 0.5m one for the kids. Outdoor loungers are abundant and there is a good policy in place stopping people from claiming sun loungers with towels early.
The bar service is also good, but the alcohol was on the cheaper side. They’ve got all the usual soft drinks.
Fab location, being slap bang in the middle of Puerto, Mercadona not 5 minutes away, and the Loro Parque free bus service less than 10 mins walk away too.
All in all the hotel was a nice, adequate outpost for our adventure in North Tenerife, and as said before the staff were outstanding.

A spotlessly clean hotel literally a couple of hundred yards from the sea front. All rooms have balconies. The staff here are wonderful and friendly, and can't do enough to help. There is plenty of choice at mealtimes and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as more indulgent foods. The pool area is very attractive and inviting. There are three guest lifts, which are the fastest and smoothest lifts I've ever ridden. Reception staff were extremely helpful in arranging mobility scooters for us.

Probably the best hotel to enjoy a budget-friendly all-inclusive vacation. Great location, very nice and helpful staff (we asked them to help with several things such as mattress topper, change of a room etc. They always found a solution.). Food buffet was not bad, though pretty repetitive, and while ok for vegetarians, it was lacking in decent vegan options (Though, there was plant milk, fruit and veggies, some beans...) Food was labeled, which always helps. Rooms, sadly, were more on the 3 stars, rather than 4 stars hotel level. They need a serious revamp. You can tell it was built well, but it's older now. My personal pet peeve was the light. There is fluorescent white light everywhere in the hotel, even in the smaller lamps – overwhelming and kinda ruins the evening ambiance, the dinner hall feels like a hospital this way. Also, very very hard mattresses – prepare for that. Due to the weather playing games, we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor pool area, which looked really nice, so I guess, with the right expectations and weather, this can be a cool budget-friendly holiday spot, not luxurious, but nice and friendly.

This hotel deserves a much higher rating. I honestly couldn’t find anything wrong with it. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, and the view overlooking the greenery on the next hill was lovely. There was daily housekeeping as well, if you wanted it.
We had the HB option, and it was perfect for our group of 20. The food was good, with plenty of choices available even during the final minutes of breakfast and dinner service.
There were only two minor things I didn’t like, but they didn’t affect my overall experience: the gazpacho was bad on the last two nights, and the price of water at dinner made us bring our own. Since water is included at breakfast with the HB option, I think water from dispenser machines should be free at dinner as well.
