1. Food – poor, repetitive, and not diversified at all.
2. Service – ok-ish at the table, weak overall.
3. Overall / atmosphere – the bar closes at 11:00 PM, and between 11:00 PM and midnight everything is extra charge.
The drinks are mediocre, which we can overlook, but the music in the lobby is very dull, old, and unpleasant.
On the terrace, if you go out for a cigarette, there is only one designated smoking area at the far end of the yard, so you can’t smoke freely. Moreover, if you stay outside in the yard, there is a high chance of being locked out — I say this because it happened to me.
Overall, if you are 50+, this is a quiet place with mediocre food and service.
However, if you are under 50 and want good music, a nice vibe, and to enjoy a drink without being “forced” to go to bed at 11:00 PM, I do not recommend this place at all.
The only good thing was the internet — fast and with good coverage.
The rooms were decent and fair for the price, but the bathroom ventilation did not work.
This is an honest review from my side, and I do not recommend this place.

Please read this carefully before deciding to book this hotel! Or if you have already booked, try to do everything possible to cancel your reservation!
I paid a huge amount of money for this accommodation considering what it actually offers.
I will start with the few good things about this hotel: it is close to the beach, and the rooms are clean and fairly new. That’s about it.
Now let’s move on to everything that is wrong and why this hotel is not worth visiting:
For a double room, we were given two single beds pushed together, which kept separating throughout the night, making it easy to fall between them.
Parking is paid, and not cheap at all.
The food is terrible. The same food for 7 days. Out of those 7 days, only one day included chicken; the rest was just fish, beef, and pork, with very few options.
Only two types of cold cuts every morning, and a maximum of three types of fruit. The food has no taste whatsoever. I’ve had food like this in a hospital.
Many times it was obvious that the cold cuts served at dinner were leftovers from breakfast.
The most horrifying moment was when we found a huge kitchen cockroach walking among the food trays.
If you want to sit on the hotel terrace in the evening, you can stay only until 11 PM, after which the lights are turned off and you are forced to go back to your room.
There is no area protected from rain. If you want to stay outside and it rains—bad luck, you stay in your room.
We asked for two bottles of water for the room and were told that we were allowed only one, even though we paid for all-inclusive.
It is unacceptable not to be provided with water.
There are many elderly guests, which did not bother us at all, but we would have appreciated it if the hotel staff had taken into account that there are also younger guests who might want to play cards quietly on the terrace. This was impossible because you are locked out after 11 PM.
We experienced a rather cold period during our stay. We informed reception that we tried to turn on the heating, but it did not work. The response was that they could give us an extra blanket, because only air conditioning works in the rooms.
Overall, everything about this place is pathetic.
Avoid this hotel.

Fit for purpose, no frills. The food was adequate but not special. The drinks were the usual Spanish local stuff, better was available, for extra euros. The room was spacious, the AC was old but worked, a little noisy tho. There was a card inviting us to use the mini bar that was empty 🤷🏻♂️.
I would say that 60% of the staff were begging for the season to finish the rest were happy at their work. The hotel has around 300 rooms but the pool is miniscule and unheated. The entertainment was poor.

Can I just start my saying that the only reason this hotel has scored as high as I have, especially in service is because of the waitress Nico! I cannot tell you enough how welcome this man made myself and my partner feel, he was so full of laughs and smiles he’s most definitely wasted in a hotel… in my opinion!! What a guy!
Like the other reviews. The food wasn’t great at all, but it did my waist line well! Just a warning if you arrive late they don’t save food for you, nor do they let you take food for planned days out so I would recommend going B&B or half board. The room wasn’t bad, we had some change stolen from our room but we put it down to maybe the cleaners thinking it’s for them and it wasn’t! We left passports etc in the room, iPads, phones… everything was completely safe!
But seriously…. Nico is absolutely fantastic and I think this hotel should be grateful they have him!

The hotel has a good location. There is a shopping mall across the street with a supermarket inside, which is very convenient.
The rooms are old: the bathroom, beds, and furniture are worn out. There is a constant smell of food in the corridors coming from the kitchen, even though I stayed on the 8th floor. Sometimes there is also a smell of cigarettes. A small piece of soap is provided, but it is already broken when unpacked. Room cleaning is done daily and done well — no complaints about that.
The reception is excellent. In my opinion, the hotel survives only because of the staff. The staff are amazing — friendly and always willing to help. The reception is available 24/7, and they always greet you with a smile.
The hotel does not provide umbrellas — even 3–4 umbrellas would have been helpful. Pool towels are provided with a €10 deposit. When checking out, you return the receipt and get the money back. If you want a clean towel after use, it costs an extra €1 each time.
There are swimming pools on the hotel grounds — one for children and one for adults. The pools are not heated, and the water is very cold, making swimming uncomfortable.
The food is terrible. I barely ate at the hotel. I had an all-inclusive package and regretted it. Most of the time, I ate outside the hotel or bought food from the supermarket.
The food is beyond words: it is served cold. If you come at the beginning of lunch or dinner, some items are not yet available. If you come in the middle, 4–6 items are already gone because they have run out. When asked if more food will be provided, the answer is no. Until the end of lunch or dinner, the trays remain empty. Sometimes leftover food from the previous day is served. The lack of kitchen staff is immediately noticeable — one chef does everything: serving food, frying eggs, and preparing dishes. The hotel is clearly cutting costs on staff.
Overall, my vacation was great, but the hotel is not part of that experience. It is not worth the money I paid. Unfortunately, this is the reality. I am disappointed.
