If you're coming from the UK – avoid this hotel!
This hotel is definitely not designed for British guests.
Calling it a 5-star hotel is a joke. In reality, it's closer to a 2-star experience.
The staff were rude, and from their attitude it felt like English-speaking guests were not welcome. Very few employees spoke English, and even then, communication was extremely limited. The entertainment team didn't speak English at all.
The food was poor, with very limited choice. It felt more like eating in a school canteen than at a 5-star resort. The fruit selection was disappointing, and even the watermelon was served warm instead of chilled.
The evening entertainment was terrible and not worth watching.
The restaurant was chaotic every evening, with long queues because there weren't enough staff and the service was disorganised.
Housekeeping was well below standard. Our room wasn't cleaned properly, the floors weren't swept or mopped, we had to keep asking for fresh towels and toilet paper, and the minibar was never restocked.
The swimming pools also raised safety concerns. Broken pool handrails had simply been removed and left behind the slide area instead of being repaired or safely disposed of.
My family and I stayed for two weeks. There were seven of us, and we spent nearly £10,000 on this holiday. Sadly, it was a complete waste of money. We left feeling disappointed and were unable to enjoy the hotel or its facilities.
In my opinion, this hotel seems to cater mainly to local guests, as well as Polish and Russian tourists, rather than international English-speaking visitors.
I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly advise British travellers to stay elsewhere.

I stayed here for 7 nights with my family (we booked 2 rooms) and we enjoyed our stay.
Turkish coffee is included, the drinks bar was open 24/7, location itself was great for shopping.
My only concern was the food - for me it was quite bland and the queues were extremely long....but other than this, everything else was great.
Having the beach closeby was a bonus - which you can access it walking through a tunnel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! A Nightmare, Not a Dream!
If your idea of a perfect vacation involves fighting strangers for a lukewarm piece of chicken, sleeping on a mattress that feels like a slab of concrete, and being serenaded by broken plumbing, then welcome to **Aydinbey Gold Dreams**. For the rest of us, it is a gold-plated trap.
Here is the breakdown of our miserable week:
* **The Food:** They call it "All-Inclusive," but a more accurate term would be "All-Repetitive." Every single lunch and dinner was a chaotic sprint to grab the exact same dry turkey and sad, wilted cucumbers. I am pretty sure the breakfast buffet was just dinner’s leftovers masquerading under a different light.
* **The Rooms:** "Sea view" apparently means you can catch a 2-inch glimpse of the ocean if you hang dangerously off your balcony at a 45-degree angle. The air conditioning had two settings: "Sahara Desert" and "Off." The walls are paper-thin; I got to know my neighbors' snoring patterns intimately.
* **The Service:** The staff doesnt speak English. The animation team were doing a good job. Also the hotel was full with turkish families with small kids that cry 24/7.
* **The Pool/Beach:** Good luck getting a sunbed unless you feel like waking up at 4:30 AM to lay a towel down like you're claiming territory in a war zone.
**Summary:** The only "dream" about this place is the waking nightmare of realizing you paid money to stay here. Avoid at all costs!

Rooms were quite nice with a great location near the beach. The beach was crowded and quite small but still ok. The worst thing there was the food. Everyday there were the same types of food with just different seasoning. After the third day it was overwhelming, giving that the quality and the taste were not top notch. No local food such as kebabs, lamb, beef or pork - chicken, chicken, fish and side dishes such as pasta or stews. The saladbar was quite nice, although the dish variety was awful. Unfortunately we were not able to book the a'la carte dinner, cause it was one day that they were not having place or sth.
Pools, bars and additional services such as shishabar, icecream and popcorn near the pool and tbe stage was nice. The store is a huge plus.

A great hotel for families, spotlessly clean, the cleaners were always busy, no surprises. The hotel rooms were very well-maintained, the bathroom was clean, the refrigerator was constantly restocked, the cleaning ladies constantly brought water, coffee, juice, and tea. The food was new every day, and I really enjoyed every dish. The pools ranged in depth from 40 cm to 160 cm. The water slides were also fantastic. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was as described, rocky but with access to a restaurant. It was fine for sitting and relaxing, but not so great for children to play in the sand. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend this hotel
