Just got home this morning so stayed May 18th-25th. Jordi was really helpful and lovely. The rooms are nice and have air con. Very clean. The walk into the old town is 5-10 mins and its a straight walk down the road. The swimming pool was lovely and clean. There's toilets outside next to the pool and inside. There's vending machines. And the shop directly facing it is open till 2.30am. It has a cafe directly attached to it which makes a cracking breakfast.

We arrived here Friday 17th April for a 3 night stay, the service we received from Jordi was great, he made a lasting impression on us and it was a pleasure to see him each day, he made the effort to chat to us and also say goodbye to us before he left as we had an early flight home, such a lovely man.
Hotel in great location back from the hussle and bussle just what we wanted but also within a good distance from everything.
Rooms were spacious and clean and had everything we needed to our stay. Balcony is huge which is also a bonus.
The only thing I would say is we could here noise from apartment/s above nothing excessive but the likes of toilet flushing through the night the noise would wake me but it wouldn’t put me off staying here again.
I recommend this apartments

Simple but good, has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Pool is great to relax and reception is very friendly. Could use the pool, shower and towel service after checkout during the whole day

The apartments are well located, clean and have everything you need, including reliable WiFi and air conditioning, even at the end of October. This would be a 5 circle review apart from an unfortunate incident on our first morning...
Unfortunately our first encounter with Jordi was not pleasant. We booked everything with easyJet Holidays. Our flight landed at 1930, the included transfer got us to the apartments at 2130. Reception was closed but there was a note explaining where the envelope with keys was on the door. This all worked beautifully and we got in. The letter requested we go to reception between 9 & 11 the next morning to complete check in.
Bleary eyed due to a late night winding down from travel and very little sleep, we set alarms to do so. The first question Jordi asked was if our flight was late. I explained it landed on time and that though easyJet Holidays had not mentioned reception would be closed the note was very helpful. He replied it wasn't easyJet's fault. Intrigued, I asked for further clarification. When he bluntly told me it was my fault I literally couldn't believe my ears. According to him, easyJet Holidays didn't know the reception would be closed and I had been told to call the hotel (why if they didn't know reception would be closed?!) and that I hadn't read my documentation. I assured him that when I spend lots of money on a holiday I ensure I read every single word and the only instruction about the hotel in emails from easyJet was that the drop off point was 170m away. I have since reread all emails several times and can assure him again there is no instruction to call. I'm very happy to forward all correspondence to anyone from the apartments to prove this as this is clearly a misunderstanding between the apartments and easyJet. I'll be taking it up with easyJet as Jordi was so adamant this instruction should have been conveyed, they need to be warned not to offer this accommodation to guests until this is resolved. He also talked about a voucher; there are no vouchers when booking a package holiday with easyJet Holidays, so I think he was confused.
Even if he was correct, the polite way to raise this in front of paying guests would be to gently ask if they'd read the instruction to call, not immediately accuse them of not reading documents. Even more gallingly, I wasn't even gong to mention it until he raised it, as it caused no issue to us at all, and I wouldn't have dreamt of suggesting the reception hours were his fault!
I forced myself to laugh along with his subsequent "banter" (all directed towards my fiancé so I needn't have bothered) but honestly i was so shocked and bewildered by his accusations. Sadly this unpleasant start overshadowed the holiday. I will never return to these otherwise excellent apartments, and probably not to Benidorm either.
