My partner and I stayed at this hotel for five days with breakfast included.
The breakfast was okay; however, the options could have been more varied. It seemed to be the same selection on the same days, which became a little repetitive. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on a couple of occasions, and the food was decent. One positive feature was the availability of a microwave, which was really important for me as I prefer hot food. Although the food options were limited, they were acceptable.
I rated the room three stars. This is mainly because the double bed I booked turned out to be two single beds pushed together, which was quite uncomfortable for both me and my partner.
We travelled in January, when daytime temperatures ranged between 17–21°C but dropped significantly in the evenings. After the first night, which was very cold, I requested a heater. The receptionist advised that only one heater was available and was currently being used by another guest. We were given extra blankets, but this felt unacceptable given the colder temperatures and the fact that our room was located on the fourth floor near the swimming pool. There was no door to block drafts, which made the room even colder.
On the third night, I spoke to another receptionist who was male. He was very friendly, took our details, and managed to provide us with a heater. From that point onward, the room became much warmer and far more comfortable.
The hotel is located on a hill, so it may not be ideal for guests who struggle with steep walks. However, for those who enjoy scenic views, the location is spectacular. When the skies are clear, the views of the volcano and mountains are absolutely beautiful.
The hotel is also conveniently located — approximately an 11-minute walk to the beach, supermarkets, mini-marts, and nearby restaurants.
Overall, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and our experience was generally positive. The main issues were the bed arrangement and the heating situation, but aside from that, it is a good hotel with great views and helpful staff.

My girlfriend and I have just left after 5 days at this hotel. The hotel was excellent and exactly as described within the pictures when we booked. The staff were very friendly and helpful and explained anything you needed kindly and clearly. The rooms were nice and we were upgraded to a sea facing view which was the highlight of the holiday. The hotel was also in a good location and accessible by taxi, bus and coaches to wherever you needed to visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would go back in the future.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful rooms and very beautiful clean hotel. Large variety of food at buffet. Very quiet location and close to the beach! Minor down side, Damp mop smell on arrival in room (which aired out once patio doors were opened) odd damp mop smell near what I guess is the cleaning cubered in the corridor. But nothing major. Hubby just likes to complain lol Food is nice, me and my hubby are picky, but always found something to enjoy. Big effort put in by chefs. Presentation of salad is excellent. Bar staff make massive effort. Good experience overall. Staff make the holiday, cant fault them. Food at the pool bar really nice. Throughly enjoyed. Drinks at the pool bar not as good as at the main bar though. But still good. I loved the hotel made us feel so comfortable. So it was a good experience. Also pool really nice and Poole area. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay! The staff are amazing🌷Our holiday will always be remembered, we came for our honeymoon🩷

SMELLS AWFUL.
The worst hotel experience ever. The hotel smells and the view is pathetic.
The hotel leaks from roof and corridors when it rains. I’d suggest pay extra and choose a better view and stay
The hotel smells like an old property.
Don’t get fooled by big breakfast pictures it’s too many things but nothing is worthy.
They use alot of oil while make omelettes
They don’t even care to peel the fruits. Do it yourself.
My favourite club will over you same three tiny snacks and drinks which is the only good part.

Great hotel, very clean, well maintained, helpful staff. There are lots of small things: kettle and fridge in the rooms, proper coats hangars, British channels on the TV which make for a great stay. The main pool is heated. There is plenty of seating in all public areas. The food is plentiful and varied. I loved it. I've given the location 3 stars as it is out of town and up a very steep hill but there is a reliable, free shuttle bus into town several times a day. Also taxis are plentiful and cheap. It wasn't a problem for me but if you're looking for a central hotel or one close to the beach it might not be for you.
