Definitely going adults only next time!
Used to be a nice hotel. Visited in 2016 and 2020. Rooms are still ok. Breakfast no way near as good as it used to be, but still passable
The issue is there is currently a school or football party of about 80 kids in the hotel. Ages about 8-14. No teachers or supervision visible. When they descend on the pool, imagine the noise. I understand kids make noise but this is ridiculous. Like I say, will not stay here again, will go adults only next time as I don't find being around 50+ unsupervised screaming children very relaxing.
I complained to reception, receptionist said she would speak to the manger and the supervisors, nothing happened. They obviously pay a lot of money. Will not return.

We had a deluxe room, pool facing. Deluxe rooms are top floor & you get free mini fridge daily regardless of board basis, nice touch.
Room was clean and modern but incredibly small. For a family of 4, we had to squeeze past the bed to get on to the balcony. I moved both indoor chairs outside to make a bit more space but also as the table outside only has 2 chairs.
Balcony was a good size & had a washing line.
Towels were taken but not replenished once, called reception & new were bought up within 10 mins & the same happened with the mini fridge but again it was dealt with.
Not enough beds around the pool for the amount of guests in my opinion, we always went out in the morning so when we came back mid afternoon, it was near on impossible to get one - yes, just one, I never reserve for my children that’ll be in the pool the entire time! No inflatables allowed - not even a blow up ball.
Food wasn’t great, really lets this hotel down and is the main reason for the lower star review. Not enough choice and just a really poor standard - usually breakfast anywhere is good but even breakfast was fairly poor. And absolutely everything at every meal was cold.
Bar area is extremely pricey.
Entertainment is non existent, both daytime & evening, daytime was some sort of pool game, either polo or basketball at around 5.30pm for half an hour. Evening was a man pulling up YouTube for karaoke.
Check out time is good - 12pm. However I asked if we could take a shower downstairs in the spa (late night flight) and was told by the rude receptionist that it would be €25 per person to do this.
We had a fantastic holiday but the hotel wasn’t what made it unfortunately.

Hotel is lovely and in a great location. Only negative is no kettle in rooms. You can get one a reception but they won't give you any cups. Also, our room was for 3 adults so had sofa bed out but very tight to get out onto balcony.
Pool was nice and no fighting for sunbeds but it was early June so not sure what it would be like in summer season.

We were very impressed with this hotel, we only stayed for two night, but we will stay here again as the pool area looked really nice. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are very spacious and modern and cleaned every day. The beds are comfy, and there is a fridge. There are no kettles but you can request this from reception.

Great hotel, nice room, comfy beds and very clean and tidy. Pool area and bar area beautifully laid out. Not much in the town but the bus to Benidorm bus no 10 was only a short walk from Hotel 5-10 mins walk and only costs €2 for a single into the town centre.
