Location is great, 15 mins from beach and plenty shops and restuarants close by. Hotel facilities in hotel are very good, better than I expected. Our room wasn't great as the balcony got less sun,but that was due to the room A206, others in the same block were fine. Pools are great and aquapark was great for the kids. Cleaning staff were very good, only downside in service was the queuing for drinks and snacks at bar. I understand that with all inclusive most places take a bit longer but especially at night time queue was quite long. Overall better than expected and I'd happily go back

Overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay here for a week. It is a big hotel complex with a central location in Albir. You reach the beach by 15 minutes walk or by taking the local bus just outside the hotel for 1.60 euro/person. We stayed in their newly renovated rooms which were lovely. We hade the all inclusive during our stay and all meals where nice and varying. The also have theme restaurants every night in addition to their main restaurant, which i really recommend. One bar indoors and one bar outdoors + snackbar at the pool area. Different types of entertainments were offered every night. There was alot of people during our stay, from time to time you could tell that the staff where few and stressed. Although they did their best, you could tell. The main restaurant were also extremely noisy, which didn't made us wanna sit for any longer than necessary. We also missed dish soap and a dish brush in our room, since we had all inclusive and the housekeeping didn't do the dishes. Overall, we had a nice week at this hotel.

Firstly as a British/Welsh person I’d like to apologise the way some British people especially the Scottish people speak and treat the bar staff, not all of us brits are dumb minded idiots. I want to give a shout out to the ANIMACIÓN team for how wonderful they are with the children. My kids were entertained every day we have been here. As for the rooms I like the rooms just wish we weren’t above the kitchen as all we could hear is shouting & banging very early in the morning, other than that the rooms are very nice, big shout out to the bar staff one more time and once again I apologise for the way some brits talk or treated any of you. Great place to stay.

Overall hotel is nice, clean in parts and in a good location after that it's hard to say anything positive. Stayed at the end of October 25. Family of 4 all inclusive. First off all inclusive only covers a few drinks, it didn't seem like there was much options, even soft drinks only coke and sprite really available, eating area seems very small for the number of quests out of season so I'd hate to go to when busy/fully booked. Food is hit and miss, some things are nice but most of it is under cooked and cold. Again not much options for food, more options would have been nicer. The grounds of the hotel are very nice lots of green space and plants etc but there are so many flys and stray cats walking around near the apartments and pool. Some of the grass areas where they play games like dodge ball are covered in cat poo, once you notice it and the smell it's hard to forget. Pools are clean and there is a small aqua park with slides but this is only open a few hours of the day. Entertainment? There are a few shows on in the evening again these are disappointing, a lot of the shows are repetitive and boring. Bars, there are 3 bars around the pool area. One serves snacks and the other drinks. Food is burgers, hotdogs pizza and fries, everyday, again no variety. Service at the 3 bars is slow, lots of long queues and waiting around as only ever one member of staff on each area, this is worse in the evening as the pool side bars close leaving all guests queuing at one bar with one member of staff. Staff like most things here are hit and miss. Some are nice others are just plain rude to the point even a smile is hard to find, finally what ruined the existence for myself, the hotel and facilities are use by young international football players, they are walking around in large groups, taking up space in the canteen and around the pool. Whilst we were there we had Spanish, French, Dutch and Irish players staying. The Irish youths between 14-18 were horrible to say the least. Walking around in gangs of 7-10 lads. Fighting each other, swearing and just being antisocial. This is not fair on paying quests, customers and children staying at the hotel. Overall I would avoid staying here.

We visited last week as 2 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 9. We had a lovely 5 nights there, entertainment was the best thing about the stay, all staff were upbeat and put their all into providing the best shows and unforgettable experiences, we loved the colour festival in particular and the pool party looked insane. The karaoke night was also a hit! The only downside to the entertainment was that it went on until 1am some nights and we couldn't sleep as we were above the foyer. The rooms were spacious and had separate room for the kids, downside is that the beds were so so uncomfortable and we could barely sleep due to this, we spoke to other people there and they were in the newer part of the hotel and their beds were fine. The food at lunch and dinner was not very appealing, not much for vegetarians although breakfast catered for everyone and the snacks offered throughout the day were really nice- stonebaked pizza on order. We didnt drink alcohol so can't comment on cocktails but we had lots of fizzy drinks and fresh orange at breakfast time. Coffee machines were good, too. The pool areas were really good, although only thing I will say is there is a bit of a lip from the floor to the opening to pool and many people injured their toes, my daughter hit her foot and landed face down on the floor. Waterpark was good and kept kids entertained. Lots of restaurants nearby and benidorm is easy to access from the bus stop opposite- takes around 15 mins. Beach is around a 20 minute walk and is pebbly but also really clear crystal blue water. I would visit again purely for entertainment and the waterpark/pools.
