We had a wonderful stay at Akra Antalya, Turkey, in a Deluxe Sea View room during our family reunion trip. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently kind, professional, and welcoming.
The dining experience was truly outstanding. The half-board buffet at breakfast and dinner offered excellent variety and quality each day, and the dining staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We were also very appreciative of the helpful and accommodating reception team, especially when assisting us with a room change after the first night to a higher floor with improved light and a better partial sea and mountain view.
Another highlight of the stay was the wellness area. We especially enjoyed the steam bath, Turkish bath, sauna, and swimming pool facilities, which added greatly to the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.
For us personally, one of the most memorable and touching parts of the stay was the presence of the stray cats around the outdoor areas of the hotel. While they are not allowed indoors, they added warmth, character, and a unique sense of connection to the environment. The Akra cats became a meaningful part of our experience and brought us a great deal of joy during our stay.
Overall, we had a very positive and memorable experience and would happily recommend Akra Antalya for its hospitality, comfort, wellness facilities, dining experience, and beautiful atmosphere.

I am in love with that hotel for years ❤️ I like to stay here when I’m coming for business to Antalya! And even for vacation is very good! The private beach with clean water, great views on the mountains! Seaview rooms are my favorite! Also it is very nice that they have interesting programs- Jazz festivals, Food festivals and more! The staff of the hotel is great, everybody is so professional and helpful! Murat on the front desk is super nice! What else? Swimming pools are good, they have covered one for winter use and several on the air. Aaand the MAIN RESTAURANT !! It’s absolutely fantastic delicious!! The chef is so talented and professional!

The food in the hotel cafes and bars is great which is surprising because I’ve been to Pablito before, did not really like the food there. I thought they had the same kitchen. Even cappuccino was the prettiest I’ve ever seen!
The beach is scenic. The pools are dreamlike. The hotel territory is beautiful and much bigger than it seemed. Everything is spotlessly clean too. Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I stayed at Akra Hotel while we were in Turkey for dental work, and our experience was truly exceptional. We’re visiting from Canada, and since we could only eat soft foods after our procedures, we were a bit concerned about dining.
The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Every restaurant we visited was incredibly understanding when we explained our situation, and they made sure we had suitable options. That level of care really stood out and made a big difference in our stay.
The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable—we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. The ambiance of the hotel is absolutely stunning, and the views of the Mediterranean Sea are breathtaking.
We also loved the coffee bar in the lounge, which offers a great selection of food and delicious desserts—it’s such a nice touch.
Overall, this is truly a 5-star hotel experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya

I am very disappointed with my experience at Akra Hotel. As a returning guest, I expected better customer service and consideration regarding my room concerns.
The room I was assigned had significant noise issues, which negatively affected my stay. When I raised the problem, I was hoping for understanding and assistance. Instead, Shakoor was argumentative and dismissive rather than trying to find a reasonable solution. The interaction made me feel that my concerns were not valued, despite my loyalty as a repeat guest.
While the hotel itself has many positive qualities, customer service is a major part of the guest experience. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression. I hope management takes guest feedback more seriously and provides better support to returning customers in the future.
