We stayed at Magic Rock Gardens Hotel for the first time, and it was a fantastic holiday! We chose the All-Inclusive package, and both the food and drinks were very good. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the alcoholic beverages, including wines from well-known wineries. The hotel offers an excellent entertainment program for children. Our daughter especially loved the mini disco every evening. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Carl, who is an incredibly positive and caring person. He really made our stay even more enjoyable. Every evening there was a different show for both children and adults. We especially enjoyed the Loro Show with animals. Our daughter loves animals, so having the opportunity to see them up close and interact with the beautiful colorful parrots, snakes, and turtles was an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, our holiday has come to an end, but the wonderful memories and positive emotions will stay with us for a long time. Thank you to the entire Magic Rock Gardens team! We will definitely recommend your hotel and hope to come back again.

Had a great week at this hotel. Was apprehensive about booking after reading some of the negative reviews. However I honestly cannot fault it. Spotless clean, friendly and helpful staff and nice food. You need to be on the ball at 10am to get a decent space at the pool. There's a nice rooftop bar with loungers and tables with great views over Benidorm for adults only as well. The air-con was a bit noisy in the room that was the one small negative but nothing major. Will definitely stay again in future.

We had a great time. Staff were friendly, rooms where cleaned daily, food was to a good standard, and entertainment was spot on for the kids. Only issue i had was that the pool didnt open till 10am and the top part of the pool 11am so the morning had passed by the time you was around the pool area. The slides could also do with some rework as they was pretty rusted on some of the support beams. Apart from that it was all good. Deffo a good spot for kids.

Sandra & Maria - 2 Entertainers Absolute stars! These two are full of energy, have amazing voices, and keep the whole room smiling from start to finish. Their fun, friendly vibe and great song choices make every show feel special—definitely the highlight of our night in Benidorm! Would 100% go watch them again.

Overall, I would give this hotel 3 stars, mainly because of the wonderful staff who truly earned those stars. I would especially like to highlight the curly-haired animator, who is absolutely fantastic. He is very dedicated to his job, brings great energy, and manages to make both children and adults laugh and enjoy themselves. He was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. I would also like to mention the pool bartender. His cocktails were 10/10, and his communication and friendly attitude were excellent. The restaurant staff worked very efficiently and always did their job well, and the food was tasty too. On the downside, the pool rules felt a bit too strict. Even small soft balls were not allowed, and the lifeguard was constantly blowing the whistle for various things. The male lifeguard seemed a little more relaxed and understanding 😅. Unfortunately, during our stay a pipe burst in our room, causing water to flood the area. The plumber arrived very quickly and fixed the issue, which we appreciated. However, the cleanup was not done properly, and we had to reorganize many of our belongings ourselves as everything was wet and messy. Unfortunately, some of my cosmetics and medication were also damaged during the flooding, which caused additional inconvenience. The next day, when we spoke to the reception staff, nobody apologized for the inconvenience. The manager did apologize later, and we appreciate that. However, when we returned to our room the following day, it had still not been cleaned properly. The blankets were left in a pile, the beds were not made, and the room generally looked untidy. As for the entertainment program, it is mostly designed for younger children. Families with teenagers may find that there are not many activities aimed at that age group. Despite these issues, the staff members mentioned above made a very positive impression and were the main reason our stay was still enjoyable. With a few improvements in maintenance, housekeeping, and guest communication, this hotel could provide a much better overall experience.
