The room itself wasn't bad, but it definitely could have been cleaner. Lots of trash on the floor so you can tell they did not vacuum and the bathroom sink was dirty. Bring your own toilet paper if you're staying for more than a day because they use the cheapest stuff. It's in a good location, hotel employees are very friendly and there are lots of food options inside. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet and dark at night. There is a mini refrigerator but you are not allowed to open it, so it's essentially useless. The pool was absolutely terrible. There was trash everywhere, it seems as if the hotel staff cared more about serving the drinks, then cleaning them up. There were cups floating around in the lazy river. The music by the pool was so loud and terrible that we actually left after about thirty minutes. Imagine the crappiest knockoff rave music you could find blaring so loud you couldn't talk to the person next to you. I would definitely stay at a different resort next time but overall, not too bad, considering we used our credit card points to pay for it.

Stayed at the MGM Grand for a business conference and had a great experience. The meeting spaces were well set up, staff were super helpful, and everything ran smoothly. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect after long days. Loved the variety of dining options on-site, and the location on the Strip made it easy to enjoy the city in the evenings. Overall, a great balance of work and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Here for a conference at MGM. The rooms have definitely been upgraded. The carpet seemed brand new. Lighting under the beds looked trendy. Everything looked crisp and clean. The housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room while I was gone. I left some money on the table in the room and it was untouched by the housekeeping. Great job team- your management should be extremely proud.

This place is dope. We got a killer deal at $140 per night, early August. The service is high-quality consistent. The pool area is huge and definitely gives you that resort feel. The music overflow from the pool club was a huge plus. We definitely feel like we got our moneys worth.

My first stay at MGM Grand did not disappoint. I had a ground level room which was clean and easily accessible. Even though we were so close to the noise from the casino, we didn’t hear anything in our room. Each day, the room was left spotless for our enjoyment.
Overall service at the MGM Grand was excellent especially from Heather our server at the pool. Her smile and attentiveness stood out tremendously.
I loved the location of this resort. Easy access to the Monorail, the tram at Excalibur and the tram at Park MGM. Truly walkable as well.
The pool really impressed me - however it was disappointing to find out that tubes for the lazy river were not included. So if you are looking forward to the lazy river, either bring your own tubes or you will be purchasing at a steep price. Maybe this is something the MGM Grand can reconsider in the future.
Overall, I absolutely loved this hotel and will be staying here again in the future.
