Stayed for a full week and had a fantastic experience. The MGM Grand really delivers on that classic Las Vegas energy — lively, spacious, and full of things to do. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the size of the property. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The location made it easy to get around the Strip, and having so many dining and entertainment options right inside the hotel was incredibly convenient. The pool complex was a highlight — plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun.
Overall, a great stay from start to finish. Would happily return on my next trip to Vegas.

I had redeemed a one night free stay from playing the slot games on the app.
I got here before noon and just asked if an early check in was possible. The young lady who checked me in was so helpful and friendly, said my room was ready and I could check in now at no additional charge.
I have never stayed here before and was unsure based on some of the reviews I have read online. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay! I must have been in one of the remodeled rooms or floors. My room was so clean, comfortable and the all the furniture and bathroom fixtures looked brand new.
This resort is huge and, of course, I got lost several times.
I took advantage of the monorail to get to the middle of the strip. The bridge that connects to NYNY
across the street was also convenient.
There were lots of entertainment and food options, room was clean and comfortable, monorail access was very convenient and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Note: My stay was from October 2022 so, I don't know if there have been changes made since then.

I have no complaints about MGM Grand except there are too many kids in Vegas now but that is not their fault. Just wanted to mention. We stayed ate and played at MGM Grand and it was a great time. Room was clean and updated. Had a wonderful Steak dinner at Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak and it was amazing. Surprisingly we found it was easy to visit the other hotels - NYNY Is right across the bridge outside of MGM Grand.

Great hotel on the south side of the strip.
It's not directly connected to other casinos, but it's a short walk to nyny. Also connected to the monorail.
The casino is a good size with many games. It's one of the few strip casinos with the derby machine.
We usually stay in a "stay well" room with an air filter and other extras. It's our favorite type of room available here.

I have traveled extensively, both professionally and personally, across more than 100 countries and stayed at some of the finest resorts and suites in the world (including some of the finest non-MGM hotels in Vegas).
It is with that perspective that I can confidently say: this stay at MGM Grand deserves 10 stars, and that is entirely because of Dulce An, Guest Service Supervisor.
I stayed at MGM Grand for the past five days, and Dulce’s exceptional service began even before I arrived. Her communication was prompt, thoughtful, and proactive. Remarkably, she helped arrange an upgrade to an Executive Suite before I even landed, which immediately set the tone for an outstanding stay.
Upon checking into the suite, there were a few minor issues. Dulce stepped in immediately, took full ownership, and seamlessly moved me to an even better suite with a gorgeous view, handled with grace, urgency, and genuine care. This level of responsiveness and customer advocacy is rare, even at world-class properties. The suite she put me in was fantastic with the view of the Sphere and the mountains and the house keeping lady did a brilliant job as well.
Dulce consistently demonstrated professionalism, empathy, attention to detail, and a true passion for guest experience.
Thank you for employing such an exceptional leader. And Dulce, thank you for making this stay truly memorable.
