Fantastic hotel. Family of 9 stayed all inclusive and had a great time. Food was really good at every meal and we all enjoyed each meal, nobody had a meal outside the hotel. The staff are all so very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and location is perfect. I have to give special mention to Alain who is just the most enthusiastic,witty,fun person I’ve met in a long time. He is a massive bonus to this hotel and managed to get us all involved in poolside activities and dancing at the mini disco with our granddaughter Emma. Alain’s colleagues Miguel and Noa were also great fun. We will definitely be back.

Recently went here for a 7 night stay. Found reception staff too busy to help. Room was great. Breakfast was very poor. Buffet style but unfortunately very cold and tasteless even at opening at 8am. First night there the evening meal was the same (rubbish cold).
Will definitely not book again. Very disappointed as my first holiday in 35years

Returned from our annual weekly May break and as always everything was just perfect. How anyone can criticize the food is beyond me. Me and my friends have been coming here for years and will continue to, God willing. The bar staff are absolutely amazing. So friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculate, so special thanks to the cleaning staff. Dining room staff are so efficient and cheery too. The hotel is perfectly situated just a 5 minute saunter to the Old Town and Tapas Alley which is a must. The beach and promenade are immaculate too and just a stroll away. This hotel is just perfect for a girls break as it’s also near enough to the livelier bit of Benidorm if want to venture there. I would recommend it to anyone with the exception of families with children. Chose the RH Princesa just over the road as there’s more going on for them and I can vouch for that too as I’ve stated there too and will be going again next month with my young grandchildren.

Just come back from a 14 night stay here.Lovely hotel, 2 mins walk to the old town, 5 mins walk to the sandy beach. Not much of a food selection but we always found something to our liking. Nice pool area, drinks reasonable prices for a hotel. Lovely helpful staff. A big shout out to Alain the poolside Anamacion and evening compere, he was so funny and kept us all entertained with his humour, a great guy.

We stayed at the beginning of July as a family of five, myself, my husband, our 3-year-old daughter, my mam, and my grandma. This was our fourth stay at the hotel in the past three years, which says a lot about how much we enjoy coming here.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and have great facilities, and the hotel is in a really good location. There's always plenty of choice at mealtimes, and the food is consistently lovely. A special mention also goes to the catering team for accommodating my daughter's milk allergy providing her with desserts. A major improvement would be the food being labelled with allergens. This would be a massive help for people as I had to keep asking waitresses who would then need to go to the kitchen and check which was quite time consuming
The playroom is fantastic. Being able to come and go as you please is brilliant, and it's such a great space for children. We also discovered the trampolines this time which we haven't seen before which my daughter enjoyed.
The standout part of our holiday, though, was the entertainment team. They are a real credit to the hotel. Our little girl, Rosie, was made to feel so included and absolutely adored Noa and Alan. Alan was hilarious and even managed to get me involved in the poolside games and water polo! He really made our holiday so much fun.
We also wanted to mention Oriel and Kike, who were both wonderful throughout our stay. They always gave guests so much attention, remembered our drinks orders, and were happy to help carry drinks to our table. Their friendly service really made a difference.
We never struggled to find a sun lounger around the pool, and the jacuzzi was a particular highlight for relaxing.
The only small disappointment compared to our first visit was that the cocktails are now pre-mixed rather than freshly made. It's a minor point, but the freshly made cocktails were definitely a nicer touch.
Overall, another fantastic holiday. We keep returning for a reason, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!
