Still one more day left from our stay in Helios hotel Benidorm. So far so good despite some hiccups at the beginning.
At the first day we found out the shower was flooding the bathroom. The problem was resolved really fast by the personnel in an hour.
Then we had an issue with noisy neighbours but they were here just for 2 days. After that all is much better.
Rooms are a bit small for 3 people, but really clean.
Not much of a view from 3rd floor but at least our room is looking atthe front so better than if it was at the back.
Food is tasty both on breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a bit repetitive but there's a big choice and can combine different meals during days. Dinner offers special nights like barbeque, Mediterranean, Asian etc.
Dessert are top noch.
Salads like cucumber and tomatoes could be better and fresh.
All in all nice stay and likely will be back again.

We stayed at the beginning of June for 3 nights at the Hotel Helios in Benidorm on a half board basis. It was our first time staying at this hotel but it won't be the last. The hotel is in a great central location with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The beach and promenade are also a short walk away. The hotel is bright, quite modern and has good accessibility throughout. Although close to everything we found the hotel to be quiet, calm and relaxing. All the staff we encountered were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel wasn't over crowded and it has some good on site facilities including an outdoor pool, cafe/bar and spa facilities. The dining room where breakfast and evening meals were served is spacious. There was a good choice of dishes which were served buffet style and the menu varied each day.
We are looking forward to a return visit and we would highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking to stay in Benidorm.

Lovely and clean rooms.
Bed comfortable.
Got up late most days and room was still cleaned.
Great location.
Not too close to the noise of the strip of bars but close enough to get to the strip and beach quickly.
Pool area clean.
Staff at reception and pool bar polite.
Didn't have food here but friends who did have a bite to eat said it was good.
Would recommend to everyone.

Lovely hotel very centrally located close to the strip and beach. Nice pool. Well decorated and clean rooms. I’d stay again when I’m back.

Beautiful hotel, well situated for all the night life. An excellent choice of food. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool has a gentle slope for people who are less able to use steps to get in. Highly recommend.
