We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options and high quality ingredients. The location is very convenient, especially because it is close to the airport, which made my travel much easier. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

5 Stars all round, we booked this last minute and wasn't sure what to expect, the hotel met every expectation we had and went above and beyond throughout our stay!

Restaurants cater for everybody and have special areas for dietary requirements.
A la Carte restaurants are fabulous especially Vinario Steak restaurant, big thanks to Tayfun and his team, service is spot on!
We mainly drank in the lobby bar, the bar staff all around were fab! Great service, personal touches and good friendly service. Entertainment provided daily in the lobby with Umut with some great shows to match! Dont miss the Cuban dancers and The Drifters.

Only 1 negative! Perhaps the live music could be varied as opposed to the 1 male Turkish singer in the lobby area or an alternative singer in the C lounge.

Rent a room for 3 nights (4 days) via booking (2-5 Jan 2026). Family of 3: child 5 yo.
Rooms are fine 7/10. Feels like they ve seen some life but still alive. Food: great (out of season menu). Clean (i have serious problems with stomach): didn't experience any tiny issue (as well as my daughter). Food variety is fine. Overall food: 9/10.
Amenities: 7/10. Kids-club (mopped) is good: its issue is the air conditioning inside too hot which burns all oxygen (that s bad). Tennis, ping pong, overall animation is good (not excellent but fine). Bars are fine, service is great (from reception to every bar). Kids evening disco is fine :)
Spa is free (except massage service). Unpleasant features of the spa: steam bath is cold (i could not relax & save enough heat), hamam: cool & small. Overall spa experience 6/10.
Overall: certain yes (score 8/10). Most favored features/notes: 1. clean food + fine variety; 2. Kids club; 3. Price/service/quality is above average. Definitely would recommend

We stayed at Concorde De Luxe for two nights during the winter season, looking for a short getaway focused on relaxation, good food, and spa facilities. Since spa quality and room comfort are important criteria for us when choosing a hotel, we paid particular attention to these areas.
OVERALL FIRST IMPRESSION
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a warm and friendly team. We felt like valued guests rather than customers. The front desk and bellboy services were professional and well organized, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
HOUSEKEEPING AND ROOM CLEANLINESS
The room was clean, well prepared, and neatly arranged upon arrival. Hygiene standards were high. Daily cleaning, towel replacement, and minibar replenishment were consistent throughout our stay.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE EXPERIENCE
The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including vegan and vegetarian alternatives. The quality of ingredients was noticeable in the taste, and it was clear that care was taken in food preparation. From chefs to service staff, everyone was friendly and attentive. The service approach genuinely prioritizes guest satisfaction.
ATMOSPHERE AND GUEST PROFILE
Despite visiting during winter, occupancy felt balanced. The hotel was neither crowded nor empty, and operations ran smoothly. Most guests were international, and the overall atmosphere was calm and respectful.
ROOM COMFORT
The room was spacious and well laid out. However, mattress comfort fell below our expectations, and we had to change positions frequently during the night, which led to noticeable back discomfort. Heating performance was also disappointing. Since the room uses a central system, we could not adjust the temperature to our preference. In a five-star property, this feels like a noticeable drawback.
ACTIVITIES AND ENTERTAINMENT
Various daytime activities were available. During our two-night stay, there were live music performances and a dance show. The program was well balanced, engaging for those interested while remaining comfortable for guests seeking a quieter stay.
SPA EXPERIENCE
The spa was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The general area includes an indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna, and steam room. The indoor pool is adequate for general use, and having an active lifeguard on duty was a positive detail. The sauna and steam room are reasonably spacious.
Spa rules were not consistently followed by guests, and staff could be more proactive in enforcing them. We observed guests entering the sauna with slippers, not using towels, and using the pool without showering after sauna or steam sessions. Since we did not see anyone shower before entering the pool, we chose not to use it. Clearer enforcement of hygiene standards would significantly improve the spa experience.
OVERALL EVALUATION
The hotel is suitable for guests seeking an active holiday with strong food quality and a lively social atmosphere. The strongest aspect is undoubtedly the staff. They are consistently friendly, professional, and guest oriented. Combined with the quality of the cuisine, this creates a positive overall experience.
Room comfort and spa hygiene standards, however, fell below our expectations. Mattress quality, climate control, and rule enforcement in the spa are areas that could be improved.
We left satisfied with our stay. While not flawless in every aspect, it delivers a high standard of service and food quality, supported by a genuinely guest-oriented team. Since room comfort and spa standards are decisive factors for us when choosing accommodation, we are unlikely to return at this stage.
