First time in Benidorm and so glad we booked this hotel! Fantastic location- we were on the end of the strip so able to go and join the nightlife with a wee walk but also be far enough away to not hear everyone out.
Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and close to all amenities. The breakfast was delicious- a lot of choice and able to get fuelled up for the day.
Room was beautiful and clean and the staff were great- always fresh towels and cleaned daily. My only feedback is the shower- not a lot of pressure and its a fine line between freezing cold and boiling hot but had no impact on our holiday. We had a great room, beach view and the balcony was great to watch the sun go down/come up. Will 100% come back here

First time in benidorm, hotel was very clean ,staff friendly and helpful. Thanks Francisco for your help. Nice comfy bed, all the staff work very hard to please everyone on holiday, nice little bar 7seas for quite nights after busy day. Breakfast was good, best to go early for hot breakfast ( all ways hard to keep food hot in hotel catering) l know as l worked in catering industry for 45 years. We will be coming back next year to stay again. Keep up the standards great Team work

Rooms:
The rooms themselves are fine. The bathrooms however are quite dirty. The shower itself is not clean and the door leaks water out every time it’s used. A positive is the rooms are very soundproof. We were not disturbed or woken up at all, which is rare for Benidorm hotels.
Service:
Once again the service was okay. Reception desk staff were hit and miss. Some were extremely friendly and helpful and some acted like you were a burden for everything. The bar staff tried their best and the female bar staff were outstanding and very friendly. There were some staff who occasionally came across as rude, specifically to non Spanish people. However a lot of this was down to being over whelmed with the number of people needing serving.
Location:
The location is good, in between old and new town and right outside are many bars and restaurants. Lots of little shops nearby as well for essentials like water.
My biggest issue with this hotel is the smoking. Unlike many hotels now, they do not have any rules for smoking in public areas. Every single day, we were left feeling sick because we were surrounded by people laid smoking on their sunbeds, forcing us to breathe it in. Even worse, they are allowed to smoke where people sit and eat at the snack bar. There are no designated smoking areas like a lot of hotels have now. This reason alone would stop us coming back, as for a non smoker, having to be surrounded by it is absolutely disgusting and I hope the hotel considers specific smoking areas.

Nice hotel in a great location. Close to beach, old town and the strip, all no more than 6 minutes walk away. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep with lots of variety.
Hotel itself is nice, walls are bit thin so you can hear the conversations of the neighbours if they are loud. Breakfast is adequate to set you up for the day.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were large with a large bathroom. Bath and separate shower. Comfortable beds. Big balcony. Good central location, close to the seafront, old town, and a short walk to the main bar areas. The restaurant had plenty of choices of HOT food, that was of a good standard. Overall an excellent hotel that I would definitely visit again.
