Staff 120%,,,could not fault the service. All were friendly, jovial eager to please, and polite. Our stay was in November and all inclusive...there was so much lovely prepared food, and the drink measures were unreal. The lady doing the daily entertainment (except Sunday) was so friendly and enthusiastic, and knew how to work the elder crowd that seemed to be staying at the hotel. This hotel is not really for the young...id say 45+ is realistic...most here were retired at our stay time. The beach was less than 5 minutes away, the promenade similar, and the old town with its shops and eateries was right at the door. Thoroughly recommend and will be back again for some winter sun. PS was 23° daytime and 15° nighttime in mid November, with a couple of light showers.

Great location in Benidorm centre, close to the beach front, rooms are small and basic, but everything you need and clean, we had clean bedding and towels daily, we had a room with a balcony over looking the main street, but was surprisingly very quiet, we slept very well.
we found breakfast amazing, staff were friendly and approachable, great roof sun terrace with sun loungers, small pool and jacuzzi.
check out time is 12pm, but there is a luggage room if your on a later flight home with your own key card for access.
drinks are reasonably priced at hotel bar as we only stayed b&b,there is an all inclusive option, free WiFi across the hotel which worked fine for us throughout.
my only negative is the lifts, as only 2 and only carry 3 people at a time covering 6 floors, so there can be a wait, we would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for 10 days. Hotel was nice and clean, food was great. Room was small for a family of four but it was a last minute getaway. Staff nice and friendly. Waiters in the dining room work extremely hard. Location was excellent for us as we didn’t like it to rowdy because we have children with us. Near to the beach and shops. Very busy so if you want peace don’t go to Benidorm in August. Roof top pool was quite small but good enough for us. I would highly recommend a stay in this Hotel. I’ve never been to Benidorm before and was pleasantly surprised.

Good location in the old town....be aware...pedestrianised area so taxis cannot get there. Closest is probably 300metres away.
Rooms are basic but very clean. Bathrooms are clean with plenty of hot water. Towels are supplied along with loo roll.
If you rely on the TV....only one English channel...Paramount movies I think.
Another point, no tea or coffee making facilities....wise to bring a travel kettle.
Would definitely upgrade to a balcony, otherwise I would imagine could feel a bit small and claustrophobic.
There is air-conditioning in the room with your own control....not sure how effective this is.
Breakfast is a good option...something for everyone.....at the egg counter, the chef will cook fresh eggs or omelette from you.
Nice bar area but no outside area if you are a smoker...you will need to go down a floor to outside. (You can smoke on your room balcony)
The pool area is lovely with nice views...the jacuzzi is 'chilled'
Be aware, pool bar may not be open.....5 floors down in lift to get drinks. Limited shade on the top terrace!
There is a lift...3 people maximum at a time and slow.....OK, but can get busy during peak periods.
Some noise at night....fairly inevitable in Benidorm I think! Slept well on a comfortable bed but waking on and off through the night to various noises...deliveries and 'happy' people...maybe a couple of extra mojitos may have sorted that!
Overall, fabulous break, lots of fun, clean 'budget' type hotel with friendly staff and comfortable bed.
Thank you to the hotel staff!
.....just a note, if you intend to hire a mobility scooter, there are no storage facilities or plug in points at this hotel.

Fantastic choice of food from the buffet. Could not fault for what we paid .
