great three star hotel... At first I was a little surprised why the hotel is ranked as 5 stars, but then it became clear to me :)) the daily fee is 15 euros for a room in 5 star hotels, that's why this hotel declared itself 5 stars so that it could charge a daily fee of 15 euros, otherwise guests would only have to pay 5 euros... So the five star sign is just a scam and a higher charge for guests... (three stars and that's it...) If the hotel management denies my comment, it means they have never visited a real five-star hotel :)))) That was about the stars, now about the hotel... As I wrote, a nice hotel resort, quiet location, enough parking for all guests. Our room was nice, comfortable, nice big beds and comfortable mattresses, it was cleaned nicely every day. The kitchen: I want the manager to explain to me how it is possible that in such a big kitchen with so many people, there is a juice and water dispenser in only one place????? There should be at least three positions... Breakfast was mostly poor Dinner one day good, one day poor... poor choice of main courses, only 3,4 types... good choice of fresh salads the service and staff were good! I want you to take my criticisms positively, and try to improve some things...

The hotel exceeded my expectations, clean, cozy, and definitely worth the money. The staff were incredibly kind, always ready to help and provide excellent service. Cleanliness was outstanding, with fresh towels and a spotless room every day. And it's family hotel, not adults only. The food was another highlight. There was a wide variety of dishes, and the staff made sure nothing was ever missing – as soon as a plate was empty, it was quickly refilled. The location is perfect. The hotel has its own beach bar, and there are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby. Plus, the ferry to Ammouliani is only 3 minutes away, making it easy to explore the island. This was my first time visiting Ouranoupolis, but definitely not the last. Between the stunning beaches, crystal-clear sea, and breathtaking views, I’ll be coming back again for sure.

We have been guests at Alexandros palace for 2 weeks as Inc. With Sunweb . The place is situated on a hill with nice view over the sea. The grounds are tidy but there are holes in the cement and cracks here and there. The room was for 4 ppl and it was spacious and well cleaned. The room is old and the ac was smelling a bit. There is nothing that will give you the feeling of a 5 star hotel from the first look. The main problem with this hotel is that is really understaffed. The staff is made by a majoraty of students that are not really introduced to the job they are expected to do and that is mainly during meals. Until now I have never experienced such a chaos. The meals started with some courses but because they run out of food they just bring out whatever they have in the freezer. The most of the food is prefabricated and just put in the oven. You will get the same food every day like pasta with same sauce and the salads as well as the same deserts like jello, ice-cream, mouse , apples, bananas but never got melons, cherry's, despite being the session. The worst part is that they serve fish fingers and nuggets as a meal for adults ,that is so unworthy the greek cuisine and the 5 star logo they proudly were on there shirts. Mashed potato tasted like it was made from pulver and not real potatoes. Most of the food is of low quality and repetitive. As Al Included guest at lunchtime they bring you the drinks but at dinnertime you need to fetch it yourself from a bar faraway from buffet. The dining room/ outside dining space is a total mess. The staff is trying to keep up with the cleaning of the tables . Agapi is the heart of the place .She is working so hard and still have the time to ask you about your day . She is professional and attentive. The information about all inclusive is totally misleading in the add from Sunweb and the hotel. The discrepancy is easily detected when you look at the hotel sites page. There is no all inclusive status . No snacks as pizza, ice-cream etc. Just some white bread, ham and cheese sandwiches and dry cake ( prefabricated) at a bar far from the reception. No drinking water in the room so you need to walk a while to get a cup of water. The guests in the hotel are mainly east Europeans/ Balkan. The level of hygiene norm is different and you should be prepared for that . One lady taking food with her hands. A girl about 10 years urinated through her bikini in the sand between the sunbeds. Small children playing naked on the beach and in the pools. A lady took her child for peeing in the flower space in the pool area. The child defecating as well . Someone ( another guest) told her and she actually removed the faeces. No personal is around to regulate this type of behaviour for the sake of other guests. I have tried the gym. It's a small room with no ac and smells bad, dirty . The whole equipment is old , rusty and the machines are non functional some just stuck in one mode. No towels or disinfectant and no watter for the first week. The spa area is very small and can't say it is worth 20 euros. The beach is nice but people are smoking. The toilets where out of order , lookd overflowed and it was urin all over the floor. At the beach bar , for the all inclusive guests , you can buy food and drinks with 20 % discount. The sunbeds are for free The beach towels can be changed in the room with the rest of the towels. I can't recommend this hotel . I think they should change the star status to 2 star plus . They should have more structure during meals and not change the menu during the dinner because they don't have more of the same food. Buy more plates and ask gusts in a kind manner not to take more food than necessary. I love Greece! I will come back but never to this hotel.

We are truly disappointed. The food is monotonous, and it’s a shame that guests who have already paid for accommodation and meals are being charged €2 for water at dinner – unacceptable. The beach is terrible, the beach bar is poor, and the access to the sea is full of rocks. There is no real animation for children, and what little there is – is absolutely awful. Honestly, it’s a disgrace for a 5-star hotel.

Absolute disappointment. Rooms not meeting 5* standard, dirty beach, no one cleans it from garbage in the sand, no beach raking. Stray dogs come and pee there. All inclusive is a joke - everything comes in plastic cups, low quality. The food is so so, very repetitive, no actual greek cousine. At first you find it good, then just bland. Everything is far away, the taxis are expensive and bus runs 4 times a day. Even the places around are not nice, you wont be able to take a nice evening walk or anything. Oh and the animation program. That must be a joke. So many kids here and no proper entrertainment. Just some guy trying to play songs from youtube which is impossible with the bad wifi. I would not come back even if the hotel paid me. They should really work on so many aspects. Or maybe they just dont care as still so many people come here…

Second and last stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We booked a suite for extra comfort, but upon arrival, we found that the air conditioning wasn’t working. A technician came twice, yet the issue was never resolved, and we were moved to another room only after two days. In the new room, the bathroom lights didn’t work. Despite several reminders, nothing was done to fix them. For a supposed 5-star hotel, the service is far from the standard. Staff do the bare minimum, and during our 10-day stay, our room was cleaned only 7 times—apparently due to a shortage of housekeeping staff. The food was acceptable but nothing special. Everything was consistently overcooked, especially the meat, often to the point of being burnt. To cut costs, the hotel mostly hires students with little to no experience, which shows in the quality of service. In short, for such a high price, this hotel is simply not worth it. It’s outdated, poorly maintained, and doesn’t even deserve 4 stars.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The room was spacious(Junior suite) with a view of the pool and the sea. The food was excellent(breakfast and dinner) and the staff was very kind. Pizza was perfect every night. Beach and the pool was great and very clean. Perfect hotel for kids and real holiday!Highly recommended!

Definitely a high-class hotel complex that spans a vast area. It was a truly positive experience for us. At check-in, they offered us a complimentary upgrade to a higher room category. The staff were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. The private beach is very clean and well-organized, with comfortable facilities. Rooms offer beautiful views of the sea and the hotel’s marina. There’s a wide range of activities, diverse food options (they even serve honeycomb!), a spotless and well-managed kitchen, and delicious drinks at the bars. The pools are filled with saltwater — though I would love to see the pool design refreshed, as it does feel a bit outdated. There are three fairly large pools. Room service is excellent, and you don’t even need to leave a deposit for beach towels — a small but very pleasant gesture. The hotel complex itself includes a private marina for yacht trips, a golf course, a supermarket, a clothing store, a spa, a beauty salon, beach and poolside bars, and even a pharmacy. I might be forgetting something — everything you could possibly need is right there. I believe we’ll return if we get the chance. Our daughter also had a wonderful time. There may have been small things we didn’t love, but honestly, nothing worth remembering. Thank you, and best wishes!

We booked the junior sweet but honestly a regular room would be as convenient. We did pay for all inclusive which in my opinion makes sense as the prices are a bit higher and not having to worry about money does make the vacation more pleasant. The all inclusive allows you to get most cocktails and drinks at most locations around the resort. It also offers to have 3 dinners at the a la carte restaurants which very nice. The beach is nice and the food is great a lot of options and even a kindergarten where you can leave kids alone if older than 4. I would visit if you have small children.

The hotel is really great and staff very friendly. Pool area very well maintained and with good services. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice children pool and outside play area. The hotel also offers animators during the day. They are very friendly with the children and develop different activities. Garden area very nice and green. Overall a very positive impression, only area for improvement would be the furniture and the cleaning ours in the rooms.

This is our second year staying at this wonderful hotel, and this time we came back with our 1 year and 4-month-old daughter. Everything is amazing – the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you might need. The food is varied, catering to all tastes, and absolutely delicious. They even have a kids’ menu. The rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping ladies come in daily – they do a great job maintaining everything spotless. The hotel has a large garden with a dreamlike decor – palm trees, many olive trees, beautiful flowers, a pool for adults as well as one for children, and a very well-maintained private beach with turquoise water. The beach bar is lovely, and the à la carte restaurants look fabulous. One thing I really loved was the animation team – they invite you straight from the beach to join different activities like aqua gym, flexibility classes, and even fun Greek language lessons. Harris was absolutely amazing! We also saw staff members on the beach gathering children to play in the sand with beach toys – such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We’ll definitely see you again next year!

Absolutely Perfect – A Slice of Paradise! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10/10) I recently stayed at Kassandra Palace Resort and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Every single member of the staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely kind — they made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. The resort itself is nothing short of a paradise. The entire property is beautifully maintained with lush greenery, palm trees, and stunning sea views that instantly put you in vacation mode. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, strolling through the gardens, or enjoying a drink by the beach, every corner feels like a dream. Our room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful – just perfect for unwinding after a sunny day. The food was delicious with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. I honestly can’t fault a single thing. Kassandra Palace Resort is a hidden gem in Greece, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. If I could give it more than 10 out of 10, I would!

This is our third time here, and everything is still just as great — they haven’t let the quality slip. The beach is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the entrance to the water has been improved by removing the rocks. The food is as good as always, and the rooms have been upgraded with new furniture in the bedrooms. The bathroom tiles have also been renovated. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

In respect to our personal experience. I would say on the positives: 1. The beach was clean and well maintained 2. The pool areas and garden looked great 3. The staff in the most part were very friendly and helpful, in particular the person providing the ice-cream within the hotel 4. The eating area was large with substantial options [the pancakes for breakfast were very popular] 5. They appear to be a very child friendly hotel On points to be aware: 1. The hotel is in a very remote area. Therefore, a short taxi ride to Kallithea maybe useful for additional entertainment. Bear in mind, the on-site mini market has limited options. 2. We did have one marginal issue on the beach front where one member of staff asked us for our room number and name without explanation. Evidently this was due to ensuring only Hotel residents use the Beach. However, the rationale after being challenged regarding the use of our own personal beach towels was unusual since many others did the same thing. 3. The live entertainment was very limited for a 5 Star Hotel during our stay, albeit positioned as a 4 Star plus by Jet2 4. This one is not directly aimed at the hotel. However, be prepared for the Climate Resilience Fee 15 Euros a night applied for 5 Star Hotels, in Greece. Overall I would recommend, in particular for couples with young children.

We stayed at this 5-star resort in Greece and overall had a great experience, though a few areas could be improved. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were quiet and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beach was another highlight: clean, scenic, and pleasantly shady during the first part of the day, which made mornings especially enjoyable. There was also ample parking available, which made things very convenient. The only downside was the food, which felt average and not quite up to the 5-star standard we were expecting. Still, it’s a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the Greek coast. With some upgrades to the dining experience, it could be truly exceptional.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. I stayed with my family of four for 3 nights. The room was very clean and spacious. The door of the room faced the pool, and just 5 steps from the door we were at the pool. It was very relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive. There was a wide variety at breakfast. The dinner was not bad either. The beach was nice — the sand wasn’t very fine, but the sea was crystal clear. We were pleased with our stay.

The days flew by and we have to leave unfortunately!! We weren’t sure whether our dog would feel comfortable in a new place but the staff, the pet kingdom and all the green in the hotel proved that it was a great decision to stay here! Having the friendly groom help us with the luggage was also ideal. Loved the place - other guests don’t respect the “no reservation allowed for the sun beds at the beach” but that didn’t matter much since there are plenty sunbeds and water sports 5 min from here to their other hotel. Planning to come back in late September !!

Unfortunately, the service at this hotel does not meet the standards of a true 5-star property. Apart from a few exceptions, most staff members — particularly in the bar and restaurant — seemed like seasonal workers with little to no professional training, more focused on gaining experience after their studies than delivering high-end service. On the positive side, the room cleanliness was impeccable and the resort itself is beautiful. However, the beach is very small, and many guests reserve loungers early in the morning, leaving no spots available after breakfast. For a seaside resort, this is a major drawback. A regular shuttle to the larger beach of their partner hotel, Lillian Beach, would be a valuable improvement. The buffet offers variety but the quality is average, with food that often tastes like it may be from the previous day or frozen. In contrast, the à la carte restaurant Limoni offers noticeably better food and slightly more attentive service. The kids’ club is small, with some paid activities and limited entertainment confined to a small, closed basement area. Overall, by European standards, this property feels more like a good 3-star resort rather than a genuine 5-star experience.

I definitely must leave a review for this wonderful hotel because, based on some previous reviews, I'm not sure we stayed at the same place. From the quick and helpful reservation process (thanks to Pavlos), to the people at the reception, the housekeeping staff (our room was ready even though we arrived a bit early, and it was cleaned every day), and the bar staff – everyone was truly pleasant. The food was never stale, as some reviews suggested. The hotel is full of greenery and is well organized. Where we spent most of our time – the beach – it was not crowded, with comfortable sunbeds and chairs, and natural shade by 11 AM. Looking forward to coming back!

Wow. Service, Service, Service! I'm pretty well travelled and the customer service at this place is impeccable, quite literally the best I've ever experienced. The communication between the teams, the staff, the restaurant is incredible, always one step ahead, didn't miss a beat. Keisei welcomed us, felt like our own personal assistant throughout the whole trip, even to the taxi to when we left. We came to celebrate two birthdays and she didn't miss a single thing, her attention to detail, friendliness and how personable she was. This woman is going places!! Just don't give her watermelon. Panos and his team at the italian restaurant made my daughters Birthday an incredible experience, just as Maria and her team at Provence for Breakfast, both expecting her arrival, singing to her, big balloons and making her feel special. thank you everyone. The food is amazing, brilliant private beach views, the staff everywhere around the pools top class, fast, attentive, friendly. For the price so many things included, The Tennis Coach Philip, excellent with the kids, perfect blend of technique mixed with fun. Kids club again included and brilliant. Mummy and kid yoga again included and enjoyable. We paid extra for massages here and again, probably one of the best back massages ive had, finding knots with ease. Even though im definitely coming back, i want this place to be better and better. So areas of improvement: - Nearly every outdoor meal, was ruined by me fighting wasps. it does ruin the experience (even though, on the last two nights i realised a member of staff coming and collecting the wasps away for us, so again Ikos doing whatever they can to help) - The gym is on the small side for a 5* - Interior design could do with an upgrade on rooms and reception - Kids or just entertainment in general is lacking in the evenings for a 5*, 2 nights were good, with dancers and acrobatics, and band playing popular songs with the guy with the bun and singer. - Kids Disco - Energy is good, but they need to bit more engaging with the kids, not just running around pointlessly, and sometimes kids just sat there watching them dance or not knowing if they should be following along or standing/sitting, communication needs to be better. First time at Ikos, and it really really lived up to its hype and Brand. Ikos is really top bracket, well done to all the staff, it felt like you all were passionate about your roles at Ikos and customer service.

Ikos Oceania what can I say? This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are all amazing. The rooms are kept clean and they have a modern feel to them with mini bar stocked and filled up every day. All of the restaurants on site including the buffet restaurant serve phenomenal food with excellent service. All staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive :) the main bar is open until 2 am and evening entertainment is always offered. We went to the beach party which was beautifully decorated and music was amazing. All of the pools are kept clean and are lovely to swim in. You get 20 mins of water activities per day included and can choose other activities such as yoga or Pilates at no extra cost. I highly recommend this resort, it’s paradise :)

The most amazing stay here the hotel would be 10/10 if the rooms were bigger and a bit more modern but I couldn’t fault anything else. The food is incredible and drinks. I’ve never been to a hotel with so many vegetarian and vegan options I could have. The level of service also is amazing. A special mention to Eva at the adults only bar she’s the best waitress I’ve ever had, and also to the waiters and chef at the fresco Restaraunt who made my partner a caffeine free tiramisu from scratch just so he could try it. We will be back!

We stayed at Sani Porto during half term with friends, and it was hands down one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! The setting is absolutely stunning – from the beautifully kept grounds to the luxury feel throughout the resort, everything was flawless. The service was exceptional from start to finish – warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was outstanding too, with a brilliant range of restaurants that catered for both adults and kids. Travelling with children, we found it perfect for all ages. The facilities are top notch, the beach is pristine, and the whole place has such a calm, elegant atmosphere. It’s rare to find somewhere that ticks every box, but Sani Porto truly does. We made amazing memories with close friends and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury escape with a personal touch!

Is it possible to stay in the hotel and get everything you need provided that your pocket is deep enough. The food is good. The hotel's beach I prefer in Sani Dunes. With a car, there are plenty of other beautiful beaches in short proximity, but if the idea is not to drive anywhere else, the beach is good enough.

We’re seasoned travellers and have lots of experience travelling internationally- both with and without the kids. Sani is extraordinary in its ability to cater for the whole family. So much is included in this idyllic resort to keep everyone busy - and the team are incredible at looking after everyone, big and small. From free pickups at the airport, to treetop adventures and bear grylls survival academy, and PADI diving there is something for the whole family. The beaches and pools are super clean and most importantly the staff are so friendly and helpful. For us, Nikoleta, Adelin, Marianna, and Ilias were fantastic the whole time. The resort has over 25 places to eat with the dine around half or full board options - and they don’t disappoint. We mostly drank the local Greek wines which were amazing but the cocktails are good too :) Breakfast (and lunch) at Ammos on the beach was idyllic and there’s lots of staple choice for the kids. Stay in a room that is part of the Sani suite collection if you want a 24-7 concierge and a number of other perks including free shuttles around the resort in a Volvo XC90, free daily cruises, and priority bookings at the restaurants to name a few. The ethos of Sani is superb, including its conservation of the local area and sourcing of local ingredients. This is a real bonus. This was our second time and we are already planning to go back again next year. It’s that good!

This review describes my specific set of circumstances, would not want to generalize as the Sani complex is quite large. We stayed at Sani Beach for 6 days, the second week after opening, in a Junior Suite (Beach) with our 2.5 yrs old daughter. Booking, contact and transport logistics were perfect. On arrival we had to wait a good 20-30 minutes to check in, were offered drinks which never arrived. Room was clean but dated (particularly the bathroom). Beach is oldest (and largest, 467 rooms) building in the complex, built in 1984 and renovated in 2010. Consequently it has material drawbacks. It smelled of damp (it is closed 5 months of the year) on arrival on a cold day. Has no sound insulation to speak of which is problematic at 100% capacity utilization. We could hear babies crying at 6 am, 3 doors down; neighboring rooms flushing toilet; and cleaning ladies shouting at each other at lunchtime. Room cleaning is more akin to a hospital or prison with cleaning ladies under huge time pressure wiping the floor with bleach and leaving them wet (my daughter slipped and fell once). Eating, and dining in particular, was a big problem for us. The in house canteen (Poseidon) is the only place one can eat without a reservation and although it is impressively large and well run it has queues at peak times. The Dine Around program featuring multiple restaurants is basically unusable unless booked well in advance of arrival. The Sani app is half the time not showing availability and the other half not working at all. We had to make a formal complaint, which was promptly addressed, to be able to dine away from the canteen a few times. Even attending the newer, nicer canteen (Artemis) for breakfast requires prior written consent (!) which was checked on arrival. Food quality, in our limited experience, is better at the Greek restaurants than at the other types. Surprisingly, the best food is at Poseidon which is actually an impressive operation given the large amounts of people it feeds every day. Large variety of food, changing very day, with some excellent local dishes. Kudos to Poseidon chefs. Activities are limited for under 6 yr olds, particularly when the weather is bad and the sea and outdoor pools are unusable. Confusingly, many activities for adults are not on the app but published on printed pieces of papers one can find in the elevators every morning. The grounds and beaches are in good nick with very nice and thoughtful landscaping. Staff in general is universally friendly and helpful which went a long way to improving our experience after a pretty shaky start.All in all our daughter had fun, we less so. Management and staff did their best to help but at 100% capacity utilization there was only so much they could do.

I have been coming with my family to Sani Dunes for many years, but this year, it has hit an all-time low. Terribly poor customer service, overpriced room (€3k) "beachfront" to be above the kitchen breathing the smell of food or of the smoking of the staff taking their break, with garbage disposal and collection just behind. Ants coming in the "better" room from holes in it s walls (pictures attached) Furthermore, the cleaning of the room is very basic for the standard the hotel claims to be, the terrace was never cleaned in 10 days, delicacies delivered full of ants (look at the pictures). Forced to change room in the middle of the stay for a higher category but the room standard and experience was worse. Very poorly handled by the hotel, nothing was mentioned at check in, just notified 30minutes before that the room needs to be freed in a very unpleasant manner... When all the problems were brought up to the hotel management, nothing was done, the manager did not even show his face, not even a courtesy note for an overdue apology. Shameful and very poor management for a hotel that pretends to be 5 stars. Customers are just treated as a number, not as humans paying an excessive amount of money for such a poor experience. To be avoided, there are much better options at this price than this hotel

We had a wonderful week at Sani Dunes with our family and friends in May 2024. We would highly recommend The Market for dinner. We’ve stayed at all of the Ikos properties, but our recent trip to Ikos Olivia has truly set a new benchmark — it offered the best service levels and food we’ve experienced so far. Our stay from start to finish it was exceptional. Leon and his team at the deluxe pool were outstanding; they checked in with us every day, always taking time for a friendly chat and to see if there was anything at all they could do to enhance our experience. Their commitment to high standards was second to none - one day Leon even took my glass of champagne back to the bar simply because he felt the glass wasn’t chilled enough. That kind of attention to detail really stood out. The daily gin trolley at 4:30pm became a fun little highlight for us, such a lovely touch that we looked forward to each afternoon. Our children absolutely adored the kids club and couldn’t wait to go each day. They even begged to stay late for the special evening events until 10pm, a testament to how wonderful and engaging the team there is. A special mention also to Niki, the guest relations manager, who took incredible care of us throughout our stay. She always went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, not just for us, but for all guests. Overall, Ikos Olivia delivered an unforgettable holiday with service that genuinely exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

We went to Ikos Olivia for our honeymoon and it was just perfect, even getting a room upgrade for the final two nights! The hotel is gorgeous and staff super friendly and attentive. The choice of restaurants is great, with delicious food, as well as a wide range of wine choices. We loved the adult only part of the pool and lovely beach. We used the Tesla car hire and went for a day in Thessaloniki which was fun! We’d highly recommend Ikos for your honeymoon, and are already planning our next trip back!

One of the most beautiful hotels in Greece — with the worst service we’ve experienced. The property and setting are absolutely stunning. Truly one of the most beautiful hotels in Greece, no doubt about that. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The service felt like it belonged in a one-star resort. Every single request we made was answered with a firm no. We were traveling as a big group of friends, and not once were we allowed to dine together — not even at separate tables in the same restaurant. Instead, they split our reservations into three different restaurants at three different times. It felt like no effort was made to accommodate us. Even more shocking — the kids weren’t allowed in the kids’ club. Apparently, it was full or had strange rules, but no one gave a clear explanation. The hotel may look five-star, but the management and service are stuck at one. Hugely disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

The most amazing hotel experience ever. Gorgeous design accross all aspects: rooms, outdoor areas, restaurants. The service and the staff is by far the best thing, all so professional and helpful. They have in Ikos Olivia a splash pool for the kids and playground area which help so much with kids. High chairs in all restaurants, toddler cutlery, mini market with diapers/beach toys. The Deluxe Collection is just superb. The beach is the only thing I did not think was up in the standard of the resort. Cannot recommend Ikos Olivia more.

We had a great experience at Ikos Olivia. It’s a perfect destination for families, with highlights like a lovely park and a fun evening dance show that our daughter really enjoyed. All the restaurants were excellent and very child-friendly, making dining easy and enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the resort grounds are beautifully maintained. The food throughout was very good, with lots of variety and high quality. We dined at the buffet a couple of times and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. However, the service there—while warm and well-meaning—was inconsistent. Drink orders were often delayed, and we had to actively seek out staff to ensure we had something to drink with our meals. It made us glad we had restaurant bookings on the other nights. Booking restaurants was also a bit frustrating. You can only reserve three in advance before arrival, and once you’re on-site, securing the rest feels like a bit of a race—definitely not the relaxed start you expect from a luxury holiday. Additionally, although most service was excellent, some basic things were overlooked. We frequently had to request drinking water in our room. Housekeeping kept things tidy and beds made, but simple touches like restocking water were often missed—something you'd expect to be seamless at this level. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return, but attention to a few details would elevate the experience even further.

We arrived late into the evening on our first day, and were provided with a room close by the reception which was small but adequate, the only disappointment was they gave us twin room rather than double , despite us being married Shocking that Tui, expect you to specify this! The wonderful staff, did everything they could within 24 hours to provide us with a double bed in a different room I much preferred our original room but we asked and the very kind staff did what they could so we could be comfortable l. The hotel is perfectly situated on the coast with many different beaches to enjoy, if you have a car this is easier! We stayed half board and we were very delighted with the quality of the food everyday, the chef and restaurant staff work extremely hard to keep everyone happy! Thank you to everyone we really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 5 nights and overall, the experience was a bit underwhelming. The all-inclusive package only lasted until 23:00, so if you wanted a drink after that (even just at 23:30), you had to pay extra. What was more disappointing is that we were only given one bottle of water in the minibar for the entire stay. Every time we wanted water, we had to walk to the pool bar for a glass—or pay for a bottle, which doesn’t feel very “all-inclusive.” The beach area also left much to be desired. There were no umbrellas, just some uncomfortable beds placed in the shade of olive trees. Also, there’s no sand, which may be a downside for beach lovers. On the positive side, the staff were absolutely amazing—very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Do not stay here! My trip 9/7-16/7 . The website is 10 years old. Rooms were dated, bugs, mildew... This WAS a beautiful place but it has been neglected. While the property it nice, some of their policies on food or services was limited. You couldn't ask for extra towels from the staff without being waved off or glared at. The food was ok, they kept it repeating diners over the 7 days in my trip. Hard to call the place a RESORT when the price of the stay doesn't reflect the property, cleanliness or amenities. Save your money and get an Airbnb/ house. DO NOT STAY HERE

A deeply disappointing experience - not worthy of 5 stars We stayed at this hotel as a family, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience worthy of its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, what we encountered was far from what was promised, and we left feeling disappointed and misled. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns. It was dirty, completely covered with large, sharp rocks, and filled with sea urchins even in the shallow areas. Our daughter stepped on one, which was a painful and dangerous experience. The beach was unmaintained, with piles of seaweed left untouched for several days, and even after cleaning, it remained uninviting. The sunbeds were old and damaged, and there were no umbrellas or proper beach facilities available. The only shade was under some olive trees, which was somewhat pleasant, but walking barefoot was impossible due to thorns scattered everywhere, more like walking on farmland than a beach. The water itself was nice, but that alone is not enough. Food was average. Breakfast options were the same every day, and the dining area was poorly organized. Long queues were a constant issue, and replenishment of food was slow. Staff often seemed to intentionally delay bringing out new food, even when it was clear that items had run out. The beach bar was operated by only one person, resulting in waiting times of 15-20 minutes for even a simple drink. Reception staff were kind and welcoming, which was a rare positive. However, the condition of the rooms was appalling. We had a serious issue with ants crawling everywhere inside backpacks, clothes, beds, and all over the room. Cobwebs and spiders were also present. There was no kettle for coffee in the morning, and the mini fridge barely functioned, with broken shelves that were "repaired" using wooden branches, something we've never seen in a so-called luxury hotel. Another shocking issue was the lack of drinking water. We were given two small bottles upon arrival and nothing more, which is unacceptable for a 5-star property. The air conditioning was weak and took forever to cool the room. To make matters worse, there were no mosquito nets on the doors, so sleeping with the door open meant being covered in bites by morning. The hotel grounds were not maintained properly. In the mornings, plastic cups, cigarette butts, and trash were scattered throughout the complex and remained there well into the day. It was also clear that the hotel is understaffed, especially in housekeeping and maintenance. Parking space was plentiful, which was helpful but sadly, one of the very few things that actually met expectations. In conclusion, this hotel falls dramatically short of a 5-star standard. At best, it deserves 2 or 3 stars. It’s a shame because with proper management and maintenance, the place has potential. But as it is now, I cannot recommend it and would not return.

We had an amazing stay at Ammon Zeus Hotel in Greece! The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Mary, the waitress, for her warm smile and outstanding service – she made every meal a pleasure. I would definitely love to come back!

We stayed here on the last week of May and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is situated on the beach with crystal clear water and fishes swimming up to your feet, the water is so calm and relaxing. There is a private beach area with umbrellas and service from the hotel bar, and the swimming pool area is nice and clean too. We opted for the seafront room, and managed to enjoy sunrise from our balcony almost every day. We were here for 6 nights and opted for half board, which included breakfast and dinner, food selection was very pleasant, and the buffet selection changes every night from greek themes, to international selection to BBQ night. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard, we had an issue with the toilet smell only on one night and it was dealt with professionally as the hotel staff was very concerned about it. The manager personally attended to the room and ensured that the smell was gone before we went back into the room. All in all, I wouldve rated the service level in this hotel as 6 stars rather than 5 for all the staff's commitment in making our stay so enjoyable. Minor improvements: Drinks like orange juice (5EUR) and milkshake (9EUR) was not fantastic, tasted more like out of a carton box than fresh juices, and milkshake tasted warm. Secondly, there is additional charges for using debit or credit cards outside EU, hence I had to pay around 4% on top of what I paid on my hotel bill. There is no charge if you bring CASH or a EU card. Unfortunately, it was a bit shocking to me that the hotel passed on the credit card charges to the guests. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I enjoyed the wine recommendations, the attentiveness of the hotel staff to both my wife and daughter, please keep up the great work! Thank you!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay in the spacious penthouse suite, perfect for our family of four. The balcony view was stunning, and the beach is the best in Halkidiki. The staff were very kind and friendly. The Greek-themed dinner buffet was amazing. The only downside was the repetitive breakfast buffet. Overall, a fantastic experience, we’ll definitely return.

I booked a transfer from Thessaloniki to Hanioti Halkidiki on June 26th with return on the 29th. They were on time, called me in advance and gave me good directions how to meet up. The vehicle was very clean and the driver made sure the ride was comfortable ( not going too fast, abiding by the signage ). They also helped us with luggage and gave us good recommendations on what to do and where to go in Hanioti and nearby areas. I have zero complaints about the overall experience and the price was also very reasonable for the distance and service.

Recently returned from our 3rd visit to Sani and 1st visit to Sani Club which did not disappoint. Everything from the room, resort facilities and food are fantastic. Club definitely feels more private and exclusive to Beach, although we still had the option of using the splash pools at Beach which our boys love. The new promenade is an added bonus, seamlessly connecting all of the resort hotels along the beach front either by walking or buggy although the Volvo service and shuttle bus are great too. We have already booked to stay at Sani Club again next July and cannot wait to return.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Sani Club. Our beachfront villa with private pool was perfect, and the service was exceptional — from Mikael at the pool to our amazing concierge Alex. The food, even without seafood, was outstanding, and breakfast at Cabana (with a custom keto meal!) was a daily highlight. The nanny service, Volvo resort transfers, and even the airport welcome on our return made everything feel effortless. Highly recommended for families and couples alike.

Our first time at Sani resort and WOW it did not disappoint. We stayed at Sani Club, the rooms had been recently refurbished and were absolutely gorgeous. The staff were exceptional, they go above and beyond to help. I really did feel like a queen! The resort is super clean, the beaches and sea are beautiful with crystal clear waters. Most guests we chatted with had been coming every year for 6, 7, 8 + years and we're already looking to come back. They have golf buggies on call they will pick you up and take you somewhere or if it's late they will take you back to your room. Also have a fleet of Volvos that drop you to other parts of the resort, never had to wait more than 5 minutes for one. They were so efficient. The restaurants were stunning, beautiful decor and had a good selection of food available on the dine around programme. Asian and psaroyannos were our absolute favorite. Breakfast buffet at Olympos was 10/10 great selection to choose from. We visited the gym every morning, nice and quiet and well equipped. Also had a few spa visits, the steam room was unbelievable, sauna was nice and spacious. Changing rooms were clean, were given robe and slippers in your locker. Thank you to all the staff at Sani resort, we are looking forward to coming back next year :)

We have experienced the Sani Beach last year but this time the Porto Sani is simply fantastic for families with kids who wants more privacy, luxury and quiet pools and areas. There’s a lot of pools where you can always find a quiet spot, the splash pool for the kids is awesome. Easy to navigate the hotel and it has its own Kids Club, Gym and Spa which makes it awesome. Highly recommended!

What a spectacular experience❤️. We have had the pleasure of visiting Sani for fifteen years and have watched is develop and mature into what it is today. Although you may have the odd niggle when you are in a hotel/resort, this year has been absolutely flawless and as near to perfection as you can get! A special mention goes to ERISA for her ‘outstanding’ service and made our stay all the more special. Nelly for just being her joyful self and bringing a smile to our faces a generally all the staff are great. Thank you to Lima for your consistent and mouthwatering cuisine which is by far the best restaurant in the resort followed by Ouzerie with the best fish we have tasted. A mention to Elena at Macaroni for the most hospitable welcome year after year and welcoming everyone with her big smile.
