We have a 10-night stay at Sani Dunes, where we stayed in a Deluxe Collection One Bedroom Suite. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. Our suite was beautiful, exceptionally clean, offered breathtaking views, and was maintained to perfection every single day. Housekeeping was simply outstanding, with incredible attention to every detail.
Over the years, we have stayed at Sani Club several times and have always had wonderful experiences. However, this time Sani Dunes completely won our hearts and exceeded every expectation we had.
What impressed us the most was not only the beauty of the resort, but the people behind it. Every single member of the Sani team deserves enormous recognition. From the management team to every employee we met, it was obvious that excellence is not a coincidence—it is part of the culture they have created.
The level of cleanliness throughout the entire resort is simply exceptional. Every garden, every pathway, every restaurant, every beach area and every corner of the resort is maintained to absolute perfection. Everything feels elegant, peaceful and flawlessly organised.
A very special thank you goes to our concierge, Ioanna. She was absolutely wonderful—always smiling, incredibly kind, professional and genuinely caring. She was always available, made every request effortless and ensured that every moment of our stay was perfect. She is a true asset to Sani.
Congratulations to the entire management team. In our opinion, Sani has set the benchmark for luxury family hospitality in Greece. You have created something truly extraordinary—a resort where everything runs seamlessly and every guest feels genuinely valued. This is not just a beautiful resort; it is an example of how a luxury destination should be managed.

My wife and I are long-time fans of Sani Dunes. This hotel, like the entire infrastructure of the Sani resort complex, is worth every euro spent here. Yes, it's not cheap, but it's fair: a gorgeous complex, an ideal location in a nature reserve, well-trained and friendly staff everywhere, perfect cleanliness, beautiful park design, atmosphere and quality cuisine in almost every restaurant. The Suny Dunes Hotel has even more advantages compared to the already ideal complex. Great rooms and perfect service wherever you go: restaurants, reception, spa complex, gym. Landscape design on the territory is particularly admired. It's scary to imagine how much and what it costs to maintain such a beautiful territory. And of course, the main diamonds of this place are its employees! The first is the main manager of the hotel, who magically knows each guest personally. This is our personal manager, Mariopi, who, in an incomprehensible way, easily and naturally solves all guest requests quickly and efficiently. She does it before you think you need to. This is the entire staff of the Market restaurant, who warns your every wish. These are the friendly and sincere smiles of every employee we encountered at the hotel. This is the massage master Anna at the hotel's spa, a towering professional in her field and a true hidden jewel in the crown of this luxury resort. We are sincerely grateful to every employee we have encountered. We have not had a single comment or negative impression about the quality of the services provided. We have been guests of the hotel for 10 years and we will come back to you while we have the opportunity! Thank you for these magical moments.

Fantastic hotel! We have been to beach and club previously and this year chose Dunes, best choice so far for us! Its location is so good for families with kids, easy access to marin for lunch and dinner, fantastic beach! Amazing service! We love every day of our holiday!

Initially had issues with our marina view room due to noise from an ajacent restraurant and occasional smell in the bathroom. After complaining we were moved to an upgraded suite with our own garden and garden furniture.
Staff were, as usual, brilliant. It's not cheap to stay here but you get what you pay for and you do actually get 5* service , which these days is rare in what are claimed to be 5* hotels.

I can't say anything about the rooms because we didn't stay over in the hotel, but judging from the staf and the facilities outside I can only imagine the beauty inside. The beach is long, the sunbeds are comfortable, there are sunbeds under the trees with natural shadows...this is only what can be seen from outside from one day walk.
