I have been coming with my family to Sani Dunes for many years, but this year, it has hit an all-time low.
Terribly poor customer service, overpriced room (€3k) "beachfront" to be above the kitchen breathing the smell of food or of the smoking of the staff taking their break, with garbage disposal and collection just behind. Ants coming in the "better" room from holes in it s walls (pictures attached)
Furthermore, the cleaning of the room is very basic for the standard the hotel claims to be, the terrace was never cleaned in 10 days, delicacies delivered full of ants (look at the pictures).
Forced to change room in the middle of the stay for a higher category but the room standard and experience was worse. Very poorly handled by the hotel, nothing was mentioned at check in, just notified 30minutes before that the room needs to be freed in a very unpleasant manner...
When all the problems were brought up to the hotel management, nothing was done, the manager did not even show his face, not even a courtesy note for an overdue apology.
Shameful and very poor management for a hotel that pretends to be 5 stars.
Customers are just treated as a number, not as humans paying an excessive amount of money for such a poor experience.
To be avoided, there are much better options at this price than this hotel

The service is just amazing! Everyone are so kind... Specially Andreea! She is the Dunes's Fairy...And Mr Osounis is very attached his clients are living their best life in his hotel!
We love so much this place we will come back this summer.. We are addicted!

Visited for 1 day, took a day pass for the beach - compared to Caribbean, the beach at sani dunes was below expectations. Other than that , friendly staff and a great food selection

We had a wonderful week at Sani Dunes with our family and friends in May 2024. We would highly recommend The Market for dinner. The tuna tartare, striploin and White chocolate rice pudding was exceptional! Special thanks to Panagiotis who provided amazing customer service.

Can just confirm what I wrote couple of years ago. Service Level was even better this time. Guest Relations was super and the Sani app is state of the art.
An amazing hotel. The friendliness of all the staff in all areas is amazing. Very nice design and setting, great restaurants, beautiful rooms, a very well equipped gym and much more. One of the very best places I have been to.
