Our stay at Domes Noruz Kassandra was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the professionalism of the staff. Their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help made us feel special from the very first day.
The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every member of the team was exceptionally kind, attentive, and dedicated to making our holiday perfect. The food and drinks were excellent, with a great variety, outstanding quality, fresh ingredients, and amazing flavors. Every meal and every moment we spent at the hotel was a true pleasure.
The barista preparing coffee at breakfast deserves a special mention. He makes some of the best coffee we have ever had and truly impressed us with his professionalism and skill.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel, the attention to every detail, and the exceptional level of service made our vacation relaxing, luxurious, and unforgettable. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return next year.
We wholeheartedly recommend Domes Noruz Kassandra to anyone looking for a first-class holiday and an unforgettable experience.

We stayed at Domes Noruz Kassandra in mid-May 2026 and had an amazing week.
All of the staff were polite, welcoming and engaging throughout our stay. The hotel itself was clean, well laid out and had a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere.
Midway through our stay, we requested to change rooms due to noisy and inconsiderate guests who had checked into the room next door. Our request was handled with no fuss at all, and as an extra gesture, the management and reception team moved us to an upgraded suite. Amazing service and very much appreciated!
The food was great. Although the selection was not huge, there was enough variety for everyone. The beach was beautiful, peaceful and felt private, which made the stay even more relaxing.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Domes Noruz Kassandra and would happily recommend it.

This hotel sadly did not live up to its 5 star billing. Service issues, communication, bedroom and restaurant standards fell below expectation. On the positive side the pool, Antonios and the Raw Bar were very good and some individual members of staff outstanding.
Positives: The grounds, the pool (maintained by a very hardworking member of staff), the gym inside and out and the main bar are all lovely and photogenic. The beach is ok, Antonio’s Bar and Restaurant met expectations, with a friendly professional team and good service. Housekeeping was very good.
Areas for improvements: We stayed in a Cozy Retreat room, the bathroom was small,damp and tired. We had an electrical fault/concern that required three attempts to resolve. Otherwise the main bedroom area was ok rather than special. Interactions with reception trying to resolve queries was met with mixed responses, often referring issues to others to determine, but always requiring us to repeatedly return to find out any progress or resolution.
The main restaurant was ok at breakfast but the evening meal was akin to eating in a canteen. No one showed us to a table, you had to find if somewhere was free from other customers. The food was average and the buffet overwhelmed at times by the number of guests.
Personally overall, I felt these issues appear more about the training of the staff rather than their qualities as many of them worked very hard. It was difficult to detect a supportive and developmental management environment that would improve the service standards.
We recognise that many others have had a different more positive experience, but this was ours.

The breakfast and dinners were absolutely amazing—enjoying delicious food while overlooking the sea was a truly special experience. The service was exceptional, and we would especially like to thank Gioula, who was simply fantastic. She paid attention to every little detail and brought such warmth and energy to every meal, creating a wonderfully lively atmosphere.
We also made some wonderful friends during our stay, and we will cherish the memories of this vacation for years to come. We sincerely hope to visit the resort again soon.
The resort is also very well located, with easy access to beautiful nearby places such as Afytos, Possidi Cape, and Chanioti.
Every member of the staff is doing an outstanding job, and I would honestly rate the customer service 11/10.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would gladly return in the future. From the moment we arrived, Dennis and Fatih welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The staffs friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out.
Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which allowed us to sleep wonderfully every night. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy.
The food was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality dishes. The desserts were particularly outstanding – beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We looked forward to every meal.
The location is fantastic, and the sea is simply breathtaking. Waking up to the beautiful views and spending time by the crystal-clear water made our vacation even more special.
