We are currently staying at Kassandra palace, myself and my daughter wanted a relaxing holiday and we have definitely picked the right place.
First impressions on arrival were fantastic with friendly and helpful staff and a welcoming cold drink.
The hotel is set in such beautiful grounds with palm trees and olive trees and lush greenery.
The resort has a very peaceful atmosphere to it, which is great for a relaxing experience.
The hotel is lovely and clean, it has a beautiful beach area and a great pool area.
The staff are all fantastic and they really go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay, any concerns are addressed very quickly.
The food is fantastic and there really is something for everyone. There's a cooking station and themed food evenings, all the meat dishes were just so tender and tasty and delicious salads too. You really are spoilt for choice!
We are staying in room 324,although not a sea view, the inland view is so pretty when looking out of from the balcony.
There is lots to do around the resort, the bus outside the hotel will take you to lots of different towns where you can experience shopping, tavernas and bars etc, or if you wanted to explore different beaches.
We are so glad we choose this resort and will definitely be back! Thank you for looking after us so we'll 😊.

Highly recommend Kassandra Palace. We stayed 6 days in late May, as a family with our grandchildren, the weather was perfect for swimming/sunbathing, not too hot.
The hotel site is magnificent, very well laid out - ideal for all ages with a safe, clean beach, swimming pools, spa, shops, bars, entertainment and restaurants. A great place to relax, unwind and rejuvenate.
All the staff are very smart, friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to help you at all times. The service in all areas is faultless.
The main restaurant is huge and very stylish, with large inside and outside dining areas making the whole dining experience very pleasant.
The food is exceptionally good - nicely presented with great variation and extensive choices on different days.
There are numerous coach trips on offer and small picturesque towns such as Afytos can be reached by taxi from the hotel.
Overall, a wonderful experience - we just wish we could've stayed longer than 6 days. We didn't want to leave!
Would we return? Absolutely!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious — definitely one of the best hotel cuisines we’ve experienced in Greece, and we’ve stayed in many hotels there. The beach and pools are beautiful, clean, and perfect for both relaxation and family holidays. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel is especially family-friendly and a great choice for guests traveling with children. We would gladly come back again.

We have been visiting Greece twice a year for as long as we can remember, jumping the various islands big and small trying different places each time. We can honestly say that Kassandra Palace was (at least so far!) the best we’ve ever experienced from a Greek holiday resort – on all fronts.
We visited early-mid May for a week so definitely well outside of their peak holiday season. One of the most amazing things about the resort is the sheer size of the landscaped grounds – there is literally a space for everything and no shortage of it either. There are sun loungers everywhere from the very edge of the sea to way back towards the hotel building on its immaculately landscaped lawns. Throw in some hammocks and other informal bean bag seating in between, there is something for everyone. The grounds are so amazingly kept that it's easy to almost forget to mention the sea in front, the water is as clean and clear as I've ever swam in.
The hotel building itself is very spacious at the ground floor where it appears to have been recently renovated with a minimalist modern design that opens the space up onto the large, landscaped grounds all around. There are two tennis courts as well as a lovely little chapel (which we went to every day) located around the car park. The lower ground level of the hotel is where you’ll find the bar and games room as well as the spa and pool. What was surprising is that the tennis, pool, and the various other smaller amenities (table tennis, etc.) were all free to play – all you need to do is book a timeslot in advance. This was refreshing as we’ve been to many resorts that would’ve not hesitated in charging you extra.
The dining hall for breakfast and dinner was an absolute stand out. Having been to resorts which were allegedly rated ‘TUI Platinum’ (such as the Plantanista in Kos, which was allegedly the same Platinum rating but had a tiny fraction of what we had here, and nowhere near as good), Kassandra Palace is miles better than anything we’ve ever visited when it came to the buffet breakfast and dinner food on offer. The selection in food was massive and being an athlete, I had to be very careful not to overeat during mealtimes which was an existential struggle on a daily basis. The dessert table was criminally amazing and there were evenings where I succumbed to my temptations and had plates worth of cake which I then had to train twice as hard the next day to burn off the calories. Another surprising point was that there was a free water station with glasses during dinner time which we have honestly never seen before as resorts would typically force diners to order drinks at a cost. While we still ordered additional drinks, it was nice to have the option to select water without having to pay for it. This was a really nice touch and separates it head and shoulders above the other places we’ve visited.
Finally, saving the most important part for the end, the staff were incredibly amazing throughout our stay – so much so when we left, it felt like we made new friends. Every single staff member we engaged with on a daily basis when above and beyond their responsibilities and hospitality to make us feel welcome. Granted, it may be early in the season and they’re full of zest for the season ahead, but something tells us that the personalities involved will ensure that high level of standard is maintained throughout week in, week out, with every guest that comes through the door. This amazing level of hospitality extended beyond the client facing staff, to the hard-working individuals behind kitchen and servery counters as well.
Massive special mentions go to Dimitria, Despina, Aggelos, Kleon, Kim, Abhie, Georgios (for the wonderful grilling work), Georgia, Athanasia, and Christina. Thank you all for making our trip very memorable during mealtimes and for always going out of your way to greet us each day. All the best and good luck for the season – we hope to visit again in the near future.
