Superb resort with excellent amenities. The hotel offers top-notch facilities, a stunning beach, and a great location. Everything is very well designed and thoughtfully planned. Our suite was fabulous — certainly one of the best we’ve ever had — and the overall cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were friendly, warm, and radiated positivity throughout our stay.
Areas for improvement:
The main issue was at the restaurant level. Unfortunately, the food was often not served hot enough, even directly from the kitchen. While we truly appreciated the staff’s efforts to listen to our feedback and follow up in the following days, the problem of low food temperature persisted.
We would also suggest introducing a dress code for dinner, as some guests arrived dressed as though they had come straight from the beach.
The beach deserves special mention. It is one of the resort’s strongest assets and truly sets the hotel apart. However, despite the presence of many garbage bins, it was disappointing to see some guests carelessly throwing cigarette butts into the sand. Given the Blue Flag recognition, it might be worthwhile for the hotel to enforce stricter measures to preserve this important value.

The hotel grounds are not very large, but beautifully maintained and thoughtfully arranged.
The food is absolutely delicious — a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes every day.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and champagne — a lovely touch that immediately made us feel welcome.
The sea is clean and warm, and there were always free sunbeds on the beach.
And the bar deserves a separate mention — the cocktails are delicious and create the perfect holiday mood.

I had an amazing stay at Kassandra Palace Seaside Resort! The location is absolutely stunning — right by the sea with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.
The food was delicious with a great variety at breakfast and dinner, and the beach area was spotless and relaxing. The whole resort has a calm and elegant vibe, perfect for both families and couples looking for a quiet getaway. I would definitely love to come back! 🌊🌿

Really enjoyed our stay at Kassandra Palace. We went first week of October so out of peak season. It was slightly on the cooler side but a lot of space around the pool, beach area etc which was great.
Buffet didn't open until 7pm so was often a queue outside and quite chaotic if you went before 7.30/8pm. I am gluten free and all the food was marked clearly with gluten free / vegan / vegetarian labels which was good, but there was also a risk of cross contamination given the buffet self serve style. I was told that they could provide me with gluten free bread from the kitchen, but I didn't end up using this option. The two slightly frustrating parts of the food service was that they provide you with a sandwich if you arrive late, and a packed breakfast if you are going on one of the excursions - both of these were clearly the same as my partners who can eat gluten so I wasn't able to have these.
The outside pool did attract a lot of flies, so probably did need to be cleaned more regularly than it was (looked like it was cleaned daily)
All the staff were really friendly and it was nice having the spa on site with indoor pool, sauna and treatments available. We also made use of one of the yoga sessions and the tennis courts. There was a good range of activities to do everyday including a number of excursions to the surrounding area, although some of these were not running at the end of the season.
It was really nice having the beach and sun loungers so close for no additional cost to use, and the sunrise was amazing from here.

I had a good overall experience. The food was great, with dinner having more variations day to day while breakfast was more or less the same. The grounds/beach are very well kept and pretty. The rooms do need an update as other reviewers have mentioned but everything is working fine. The staff is also polite.
However, there are a few things I have noted:
1. There is a “no sun bed reservation” policy but this was never enforced during our stay.
2. Our bathroom door was made of glass and it had gaps on the sides so you could see inside. This was extremely strange.
3. The drinks at the beach bar are a bit expensive (5 euros for coffee).
4. The only drink served during dinner is detox water which tasted odd to me.
5. The food hall gets somewhat chaotic which made dinner a bit stressful.
6. In response to some reviewers complaining about kids, I think it is clear that this is a family resort. There were a lot of toddlers so don’t expect silence 😅.
