Just back from Ikos Olivia with the boys and we had a great time. Resort is in top shape, food is genuinely good everywhere, and the service across the board is what makes this place stand out. Overall 10/10

Antonia at the Deluxe concierge — looked after us from the moment we arrived, always one step ahead.
Thanos and Petros at the Deluxe bar — good drinks, good chats, made it our spot.
Vicky, manager at The Garden and a really strong sommelier. Her wine pairings made the dinners even better.
The star at Ouzo, Lefteris
Last but not least, Leon at Flavours — our hero of the week. Nothing was too much, and the boys loved him.
Sports activities were also a big win with the kids. Plenty to do, well run.

We had a lovely time here as a young family. Staff were incredibly friendly. Vicky who runs the wine tasting events was a fantastic host and we are feeling very grateful to have met her. Plate smashing in Ouzo restaurant, great food, wine and family activities. Well done team.

An Unforgettable Family Stay at Ikos Olivia
We stayed at Ikos Olivia for five nights with our family, and it was truly one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. This was our first time at an Ikos resort, and we chose Olivia after friends—who have been visiting Ikos Oceania for years—highly recommended it. We picked Ikos Olivia because of the private pool, and it turned out to be the perfect choice.
If you’re traveling with children, this place is simply exceptional. The Kids Club is the main attraction for any parent. The staff take such great care of the kids and keep them happily busy with fun and creative activities. It gives parents a real chance to relax, knowing their little ones are in the best hands.
The food at all the restaurants was outstanding—every meal was a pleasure. And the Deluxe Collection team deserves a special mention. Their WhatsApp service is brilliant—it makes communication so easy and smooth.
But what truly sets Ikos Olivia apart is the staff. You hardly ever hear “no” to anything you ask for. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure guests are happy. The level of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail is something very special.
A special appreciation for the housekeeping team—they are the unsung heroes of this resort. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and I’ve rarely seen such dedication. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, always with a smile, and never once did we come back to find the room skipped. They somehow find the perfect time to make sure everything is spotless. It’s small details like this that make a big difference.
Ikos Olivia is the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and genuine hospitality. Unfortunately, our next holiday season is already quite full, but we’re definitely going to squeeze in at least five days at one of the Ikos resorts.
A special mention to the GM for leading such a wonderful team and running such a fantastic resort. Thank you, Ikos Olivia, for an unforgettable stay—we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, selection and quality of food and drinks is excellent. Wonderful kids club, swimming pools, car hire, pedalos, kayaks, bike hire, tennis and volleyball courts. Spa was wonderful and treatment was very relaxing. Staff all very friendly, polite and strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Sometimes the service can be sub-par (e.g. having to ask for a spoon twice to eat my dessert as the first request seemed to have been forgotten, ordering drinks to our room and one of the drinks being missing despite messaging on the hotel WhatsApp to let them know and it still never being delivered). In general, we got the impression that possibly there were fewer staff members than this time 2 years ago so maybe staff are spread more thinly. Was told by a server in a restaurant that it's possible to pre-order food from one restaurant to be delivered to another restaurant we were booked into the following evening but then staff on the hotel WhatsApp saying that's not possible. We also found it strange when on more than one occasion we requested to move the time of our dinner reservation to an earlier time (e.g. 1 hr earlier) and being told it wasn't possible. However, we went to the restaurant earlier to ask if we could be seated earlier and being kindly accommodated (being seated at 7.45pm vs the 8.30pm reservation time). At the time when we arrived at 7.45pm, there seemed to be several available tables which made it seem strange that we were told it wasn't possible to move the reservation to an earlier time via the hotel WhatsApp. Staff did however very kindly enable us to have dinner in The Garden restaurant when we were previously told it wasn't available on one particular evening.

We had an exceptional time at Ikos Olivia. We could want for nothing. We stayed in a deluxe collection 1 bedroom garden bungalow and it was beautiful. The housekeeping team were consistent and we had the opportunity to select our own pillows! Which made for such a comfortable sleep every night. It was also lovely to have tv’s in both the living room and bedroom as we like to have noise to sleep. The garden was beautiful and the bathroom was exceptional I prefer a bath my husband prefers a shower and it was great to have both.
The food is some of the best food I’ve ever eaten we got to try all the restaurants and they are all exceptional. Flavours does the most incredible desserts I’ve ever had. The garden does in my opinion the best breakfast, Ouzo does the best dinner with a close tie to Anaya. So much choice you never get bored and we stayed for 9 days!
We were on our honeymoon and it’s a very kid friendly hotel but they make special arrangements for adults only sections which made the experience so much more joyful for us. The use of the deluxe pool was special and mostly always had it to ourselves.
The cocktails are so lovely and they have a huge range.
The concierge service is 10/10 and always on hand via WhatsApp to help you with whatever you need they were amazing.
Our only small issue is that we both don’t have driving licenses and to get to thessonaliki or other tourist spots is quite expensive by taxi especially as just a couple not too bad if you are splitting with a big group. But in the deluxe you get the use of a mini for one or two days so it’s perfect if at least one person drives!
We’d also recommend this place to couples and families they cater to children so well.
Overall an absolutely fantastic experience and would stay again! We will try other ikos resorts in the future x
