Our stay at Ikos Olivia was truly the most wonderful vacation we have ever had:)
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers an atmosphere of luxury combined with genuine warmth and hospitality.
The service throughout the resort was exceptional. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every aspect of our experience.
The food was outstanding. Every restaurant offered high-quality cuisine, excellent presentation, and a fantastic variety of options. Dining was a highlight of our stay, and each meal felt like a special occasion!
The facilities, accommodation, and overall organization were flawless, allowing us to relax completely and enjoy every moment. What truly sets Ikos Olivia apart is the feeling that every guest is genuinely valued and cared for.

We have just returned from an amazing week at Ikos Olivia and can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we have ever had.
The facilities throughout the resort are superb, the rooms are beautiful, and the attention to detail is exactly what you would expect from a true five-star resort. The food, drinks, pools, and overall atmosphere were exceptional from start to finish.
What really made the holiday special was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention must go to Carlos around the pool area, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay and a real credit to the resort.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service was outstanding every single day.
We would highly recommend Ikos Olivia to anyone looking for a luxury holiday with first-class facilities and exceptional customer service.

We had a wonderful stay at Ikos Olivia and would happily return. The resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive, and everything is immaculately clean and well maintained. Whether it was our room, the pool areas or the restaurants, the attention to detail was evident throughout.
The food was a real highlight. The variety and freshness across all of the restaurants was excellent, with something to suit every taste. Our standout dining experience was the Asian restaurant, the prawn coconut ravioli was exceptional and the crab salad dish of the day was one of the best dishes we ate during our stay.
The service was consistently outstanding. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. We were particularly impressed with the pool service, where staff were attentive without ever being intrusive, helping to make our days by the pool incredibly relaxing.
The spa was another highlight. I enjoyed both a massage and a facial, and both treatments were excellent, leaving me feeling completely refreshed.
The drinks selection was fantastic, with plenty of premium options, and the bars created a lovely, relaxed ambience in the evenings. Our room was comfortable, well appointed and serviced to a very high standard throughout our stay. They are happy to cater for all requests including items not on the menu.
A few small points of constructive feedback. The shower would benefit from a shelf for toiletries, as there isn’t anywhere convenient to put shampoo and shower gel. The shower door handle could also be improved, as it’s a little awkward to open.
Our only other observation was regarding evening entertainment for children. Given how family orientated the resort is, we felt there could be more frequent children’s entertainment in the evenings. Compared with similar luxury family resorts in Turkey, the offering felt more geared towards adults, and while the children’s shows we did see were enjoyable, the overall quality and variety could be improved.
Overall, these are very minor points in what was otherwise an excellent holiday. Ikos Olivia delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, beautiful surroundings and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We’d thoroughly recommend it and would love to return.

Just back from Ikos Olivia with the boys and we had a great time. Resort is in top shape, food is genuinely good everywhere, and the service across the board is what makes this place stand out. Overall 10/10

Antonia at the Deluxe concierge — looked after us from the moment we arrived, always one step ahead.
Thanos and Petros at the Deluxe bar — good drinks, good chats, made it our spot.
Vicky, manager at The Garden and a really strong sommelier. Her wine pairings made the dinners even better.
The star at Ouzo, Lefteris
Last but not least, Leon at Flavours — our hero of the week. Nothing was too much, and the boys loved him.
Sports activities were also a big win with the kids. Plenty to do, well run.

We have been to ikos for 10 years and this was the best resort we have stayed in.
The staff as always were wonderful, but here they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time possible. Vasili, Antonia, Elena, Tasos & Nikolas were all amazing with us and our 9 month old. Including personally checking in on him when they found out he wasn’t well!
The resort is beautifully spread out with restaurants on the beach front with sea views & the wonderful Potami bar at the front too
I also have a nut allergy & the staff are amazing, they check if it is all nuts & if it is traces too. I have never had such attention to my allergy in any other hotel outside of ikos.
We definitely will be back & will continue to be part of the ikos family.
