Kind helpful staff who are attentive. It is noisy at night with cleaning staff. We asked for an extra bed which was provided quickly. Nice water park. Advertised as having an indoor heated pool but there wasn't one. The catering for gluten free isn't great. Only some items labelled and staff not helpful with this. The air con in the room isn't great. We were told when we arrived we can change rooms if needed.

I have to say, the team at Astoria Hotel Belek does an amazing job and works really hard to make guests feel comfortable. I’ve honestly never seen so much food in one place — and everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The variety is incredible! The whole resort is very clean, which I really appreciate.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and our room attendant was such a lovely person — always smiling and keeping everything spotless every day.
However, there are a few things that could be improved. I didn’t like that some cats were inside the restaurant — I love animals, but I don’t think they belong where people are eating.
Another issue was our check-in experience. We arrived very late, around 2 a.m., exhausted after a long trip with my kids. The receptionist (a young man) insisted I pay one night in cash because of a mistake in my daughter’s birth date — even though it wasn’t my fault. He wanted euros, but I only had Swiss francs. He even suggested keeping my daughter’s passport until I paid, which made me really stressed and upset after such a long day. In the morning, I went back, and his colleague was kind and helpful, immediately saying everything was fine and I didn’t need to pay anything.
Despite this, I have to say that the food, beach, and pool are all fantastic — truly beautiful and well-maintained. The value for money is excellent , and overall, we had a great time.
A big thank you to Zeynep from the reception — she was so kind and helpful throughout our stay! Another big thank you to the lovely and hardworking Gülu, who was always ready to serve us with a smile and, of course, delicious ice cream! 🍦
I also have to say that this time, the Turkish men were very respectful and professional, even though I was alone with my kids.
The bathrooms were always sparkling clean, and in the restaurant I didn’t see even a single drop of food on the tables were the food was— everything was spotless.
I would definitely come back, especially for the food, cleanliness, and overall comfort. With just a few small improvements in staff attitude and restaurant management, this hotel could easily be perfect. 🌴☀️

I’ve been back for over a month now and I miss this place very much!! The staff were lovely, the entertainment every night apart from Sundays were great. The Turkish nights especially.. going to another country I like to see the culture and traditions and that night brought absolutely that. The pools were always clean (no fighting over sun beds 😂) kids club does need a little more excitement… but there’s so much to do with the kids that I guess If you aren’t relying on a kids club then you’ll be fine. The food was delicious! There was so so much food… sometimes it felt a little repetitive but the sushi night was great. The kids loved that! Also a little hidden secret is that you can go once a week to have a meal served to you in the restaurants right by the arcade. With kids this was just a treat! Overall the best weather.. a lovely team of staff… the room was spacious and always kept cool. The staff didn’t clean my room everyday though… and sometimes I noticed it was more of just making the beds as the bathrooms weren’t clean (I always had the sign up on the door)
Ps: go on the pink panther safari excursion it was the best day ever!

I am here now at the Asteria hotel. The rooms are very clean and service is amazing! Everyone is very helpful and accommodating and there is always something to do within the hotel. The rooms are massive and there are endless amounts of space in the wardrobes. Fresh bedding, towels and water everyday. Definitely a 5* hotel! Will be coming here again. Thank you Asteria!

I just spent a week at this hotel.
It is far from the level of a five-star establishment.
It’s closer to a three-star. A very Cheap all-inclusive: with very basic products.
First time in Turkey where they just put water in the minibar!! All 5 stars hotels give small snacks and drinks
The staff is almost non-existent. Unfortunately, it’s not their fault — there simply aren’t enough of them to meet the standards of a five-star hotel.
Most of them are very young and non-experienced students. They are very nice but unfortunately a smile is not always enough.
You have to get up at 6 a.m. to reserve a pool chair. By 8 a.m., most chairs are “taken” with towels, even though half of them won’t be used. People put their towels down and then go to the beach. The bins near the loungers are overflowing, and no one comes to empty them.
The hotel’s setting is actually quite good: close to the beach, with decent enough facilities, but the worst part is the food. Every single day, it’s the same thing! Very little choice.
The meat is of very poor quality. Be prepared to eat pasta and nuggets every day. And getting a table at the restaurant is a real challenge. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. There’s a queue for everything: you queue for drinks, you queue for fries. Waiters struggle to clean table while managers are discussing instead of helping them to handle the crowd.
To get a table in the evening, you have to show up 30 minutes before the end of service, and unfortunately the buffet is not replenished.
In short, this hotel was bought by the ATG group, but it is nowhere near the image and standards of the brand.
