A huge thank you to the entire team! We were late for dinner and were already thinking about eating, but then we were met with an incredibly pleasant surprise. We were welcomed with a smile and fed to our hearts' content. This kind of personal service and delicious food deserve the highest rating. 10/10!

Me and my family stayed in Asteria family resort hotel for 8 nights, while staying here we encountered very nice staff especially in guest relations. The hotel staff were friendly and sang my daughter happy birthday, decorated our lunch table, brought a cake, took us photos and videos and also decorated the bed with petals and swan towels. The pools are clean, the food place has a wide variety of options to choose from the room was clean and each morning cleaning staff came to clean. We have really enjoyed our stay and our hoping to stay again in the future.

Very nice hotel, beautiful location and stuff members are absolutely great. Food service pretty much 24/7 and drinks are always available. Would have been 5 stars however, our room was dirty first day we moved in and we had to ask 3 times to clean the floor as it was sandy from previous guests. Rooms also don’t have slippers but they can be asked from reception. Other than that there are no other complains and holiday was very pleasant. I do recommend this hotel a lot.

It was really great holiday we had in Asteria. Even better than I expected. Clean rooms, many activities, many musical events, sport, tournament, and diverse meals all the time. Staffs were so positive and energetic. Would like to visit again for sure ✌🏻and İf you see bartender Doğan in bar, just taste any good cocktail, drinks from him 🙂

Extremely disappointing Stay. Turkey has never felt this bad.
Our stay at Asteria Family Resort Belek was a huge disappointment. We have visited Turkey many times, but honestly, it has never been this bad.
First of all, housekeeping was very poor. The cleaning staff almost never knocked before entering or approaching the room, and we had to remind them to clean. This should not happen in a family resort of this level.
The service in restaurants and bars was chaotic. Almost every waiter seemed stressed and inexperienced, as if it was their first day at work. One very serious incident happened when we asked for non-alcoholic wine. The staff confirmed they understood, but then brought alcoholic wine instead. If we had not stopped them in time, this could have had serious consequences.
Breakfast was honestly terrible – low quality and very disappointing choise compared to what you would expect from a resort in Turkey.
Another major issue is communication. Half of the staff do not understand either English or Russian, making even basic requests unnecessarily difficult.
Guest Relations was also disappointing. Messages were not greeted politely, and overall there was no customer-oriented approach. There was absolutely no willingness to help, negotiate, or find solutions for guests. The one helpful person was the guy who used to live in Australia, he always tried to help us.
The SPA experience felt uncomfortable because staff constantly tried to upsell services. Even though the hammam is included for free, they pressure guests into buying expensive massage packages (around €300 for 5 massages), which felt very pushy.
Another strange downside was the ice cream service – it is only available during lunch and dinner, not throughout normal daytime hours, which is surprising for an all-inclusive family resort.
Last but not least — animation, for the week stay we had a chance to visit only 3 evening events, hotel is crazy not prepared for the season.
Overall, this was a massive disappointment. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we have had in Turkey, and we expected much more from this hotel. If you expect 5* service, I will recommend you to look for the hotel better. Of course, there were some positive moments, as a huge territory, polite guy from the guest relations department and ladies from towels service at the beach.
Upd: forgot to mention that the girl from the beach bar is really-really sweet, don’t remember her name but she is one of the best here, always smiles, always available to help.
