We had a wonderful stay at Water Side Resort & Spa. Everything was excellent: the food was varied, fresh, and of very good quality; the hotel was clean and well maintained; and the service was consistently professional and warm.
The pools and slides were a great highlight, especially for families, and the staff throughout the hotel were kind, attentive, and always ready to help.
A special mention goes to the spa, which was truly amazing. Wadiaa, the lady responsible there, took exceptional care of us with great professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. She made the experience even more special.
Highly recommended, and definitely a place we would be happy to visit again.

We just came back from Waterside resort and spa hotel and all I can say is that our stay was beyond our expectations! All the staff is very friendly , food is amazing , rooms are amazing. The animations team is really great and i also recommend to take the photo session from the hotel . They are taking amazing pictures and are very very friendly and nice! Every evening we had mini disco for our little ones and each evening different shows! We would definetly come back here🥰🥰

We would like to sincerely thank your team for a wonderful stay. We truly enjoyed our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations – the atmosphere, service, food, and hospitality were excellent.
We would also like to express our special appreciation to Bulut, the restaurant manager, as well as Emre and Gokhan. They supported us in many difficult and confusing situations, always showing kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. As guests from Ukraine, we would like to share a small but meaningful suggestion. Our country has been going through a very difficult time because of the war, and for many Ukrainians, recognition and visibility matter deeply.
We noticed the clocks showing different world capitals and the flags displayed at the hotel entrance. We would be very grateful if Kyiv and the Ukrainian flag could also be represented alongside the others in the future. For Ukrainian guests, this would be a meaningful sign of respect, inclusion, and support.

We’ve just come back from our stay at Waterside Resort & Spa, and I can honestly say it was such a nice holiday. Everything was perfect — from the rooms to the food, the activities, the entertainment, and the staff. This hotel deserves every bit of a 5‑star rating.
Our room was cleaned beautifully every single day, and I want to give a special thank you to the lovely cleaning lady who looked after us. She kept everything spotless and fresh, and her hard work really made a difference.
The food was incredible with so much variety, but my absolute favourite part was the lady outside every afternoon making fresh Turkish flatbreads (cheese, potato, or sugar). They were unbelievable — I had one every day because they were just that good.
The beach was less than a 5‑minute walk, and I absolutely loved it. It had its own bar for food and drinks, a really nice setup, and such a relaxing atmosphere.
The evening entertainment was fantastic — different shows every night, all fun and full of energy. During the day, the activities were just as enjoyable: darts, volleyball, table tennis, tennis courts, boules, golf… so much to do. They explained that pool activities weren’t running because the water was too cold and hardly anyone was swimming, which was completely understandable. I personally love activities when I’m on holiday, and this hotel really delivered.
I also have to mention the spa and wellness centre, because it was amazing. I used the sauna, steam room, and Turkish hamam every single day — such a relaxing experience and the staff there were wonderful. My mum booked a few full‑body massage sessions, and after the very first one she said she felt like a completely new person. She was so happy with the therapist who looked after her — professional, skilled, and genuinely caring.
The animation team deserves a massive shoutout. They were absolutely incredible and made our stay 10 times better. Every single one of them was friendly, professional, and so easy to talk to — it felt like we’d known them for years. A huge thank you to Elif and Ahmed especially. They honestly felt like our best friends by the end of the trip. Saying goodbye to them was genuinely sad. Also, their English was excellent, and Ahmed spoke several languages, which was so impressive.
Speaking of languages, the hotel was extremely welcoming to international guests. During activities and evening entertainment, they spoke in six different languages to make sure everyone felt included and understood. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out.
Every night there was a disco from 11pm to 1am, with music in many languages so everyone could enjoy themselves. The overall vibe of the hotel was just immaculate — fun, friendly, and full of positive energy.
I want to thank every single staff member we met. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but every person was kind, helpful, and always smiling. We travelled as a group — me, my husband, my mum, my brother and his wife — and not one of us has a single bad thing to say. No complaints, no suggestions for improvement. It was genuinely perfect.
We will absolutely be returning. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday.

The hotel was advertised as a 5-star, but unfortunately, it did not meet that standard. I would rate it a 4-star at most.
The room was spacious and nicely presented; however, the view was disappointing. I had requested a sea view, but the sea was very far away and barely visible. Most of the view overlooked a children’s playground, with the sea only in the background.
Housekeeping was done daily, but not always thoroughly. For example, our makeup table was sometimes not cleaned at all.
The food was good, but the variety was only average compared to other 5-star hotels I have stayed in. It was quite repetitive, with similar dishes displayed every day. The biggest disappointment was the lack of anything special for Easter. In other hotels, there are usually decorations or themed touches, but here there was nothing.
There was no daytime entertainment, which was disappointing. Although the weather was bad for a couple of days, other 5-star hotels still manage to provide activities regardless of the conditions.
The gym equipment was very outdated and in need of servicing. There were no yoga mats available, although when I asked, I was offered a towel, which I appreciated.
The indoor pool was another letdown — the water was very cold, and the surrounding area was also quite chilly. Even considering the weather, I expected it to be warm enough to relax comfortably.
There was also no table service by the pool or on the beach, which is something I have experienced in other 5-star hotels.
On a positive note, the reception staff were amazing — always very helpful and welcoming us with a smile every day. There is also a 24-hour bar with a good selection of nice cocktails, which was a great feature.
Overall, compared to other 5-star hotels I have stayed in, I would have to classify this as the worst experience.
