Mixed opinions.
Rooms are naff and dated.
Requested a room change due to mould and rust in the bathroom.
The new room was at least clean, but very basic.
Hotel decor is dated and run down.
Food was surprisingly good, with plenty of choice.
The pool was good.
Service was acceptable, although I did see a member of staff coughing around the buffet without covering their mouth. Gross 🤢
Entertainment was underwhelming most nights, with some better nights.
Music playing by the poolside was incredibly jarring, but they did change the playlist after a few days.
Cleaners did an exceptional job.
Hotel is also very stingy! Have to pay extra for the WiFi to be usable. Have to pay to weigh your suitcase, had to pay 2 euro when a child lost their all inclusive band.
Location is good, enjoyed walking down to the beaches and bars along there.
Overall it was okay, would maybe stay again if it was very well priced. However, I don't think it was that great value for money.

Food was pretty good. I’ve not had a bad meal. Room service is lacking in that i didn’t have my linen changed all week but room was cleaned really well. Staff are all petty sound. Location is to be desired. There’s not much about. Everything is a long bus journey or an expensive taxi away

We been there few days ago and it was really good time spend with family, some comments say that there is not enough choices of food.... not true, some comments say that staff is rude... was it joke? Even this hotel has officiall 3 stars on Jet2 and 4 on web site, some things was even better than lots of the 5 stars in Turkey, close to beach with amazing clear water, perfect for everyone who like diving, nice pool , free access to water park , we recommend boat cruise £25 per adults and £15 for kids 3 hours amazing views and diving with turtles also some interesting story about history of Turkey and Greece conflict, pubs and shops without aggressive sellers 🤘👊 anyone who like Turkey and Greece will find everything what is the best there in Cyprus, strongly recommend +++AAA+++

Me and my family stayed a week all inclusive at this hotel. For 2 adults and 2 kids the room was adequate. They had a travel cot set up already for my youngest so no faffing about when we arrived and another bed was set up for my eldest. Rooms was up to a clean standard, AC was available as well which was needed with the heat. Beds were comfortable.
The food was very disappointing to say this is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast options wasn't great, for example the egg fried bread had a rubbery texture and was inedible, sausages was absolutely disgusting tasted like they had been In a food warmer for a week. Lunch and dinner was an improvement but still wasn't great. Food just tasted weird and options weren't brilliant. They had an Asian night on one night and that was okay some nicer options there but other than that the food here wasn't good. I would definitely recommend eating out more if you plan to stay here. The snacks between the meal times was nicer than what was available at meal times. The cheese and ham toasties was absolutely amazing. The burgers seemed to give myself and my family bad stomachs, so again probably better eating out where possible if staying here.
The staff was absolutely fantastic. Always met with a smile and was very polite. Very helpful; they couldn't do enough for you. Anything you needed they was happy to help. I've had issues in other hotels with rude staff but the staff here I couldn't fault at all.
Overall facilities was good. The pool was great, perfect for the kids. Pool water temperature was just right and not too cold.
I would probably stay here again in future. I would just come better prepared with more spending money so I could eat out more.

Close to the beach, only a short walk. Clean pools and access to the water park just around the corner. The staff are fantastic and friendly. The food was excellent, especially the fries. Cyprus really does grow the best potatoes.
