I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail made us feel welcome. I truly appreciate the hospitality and the care the team puts into making guests feel at home.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. They truly deserve five stars, and I will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

I had a very unpleasant experience with other guests at this hotel. They were extremely rude to my partner and, over several days, made racist comments towards him, they even told us to “watch your back,” which we perceived as a threat.
We reported the situation to the hotel staff and the manager. Although the manager spoke to me briefly, no meaningful action was taken to protect us or address the situation. For the last few days of our stay, I genuinely felt unsafe in this hotel. Thinking I came here with my family ( partner and two kids )
Racist behaviour should never be tolerated, and it should certainly be handled properly by hotel management. Unfortunately, I felt that the manager did not take my concerns seriously. He promised to meet with me again, but I never heard from him after that.
I am extremely disappointed that I did not feel safe during my stay and that such racist behaviour was effectively ignored. I expected the hotel to take appropriate steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its guests, but that did not happen.
Cleaning staff and reception amazing , very very kind !
Ps . I was also disappointed with the room. One room had proper beds, but the other only had tiny, uncomfortable whatever it was that were not suitable for sleeping. The children had to use the proper beds while we, the adults, slept on the tiny things .

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was very delicious, and all the waiters were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were always clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day.
The swimming pool was very beautiful and, most importantly, very clean. We would also like to say a special thank you to Pavel and Anastasia for their excellent work. One day it was raining, and they offered us board games and even spent time with us, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We were also impressed by how well they treated children, and the evening entertainment programs were organized very well too.
Overall, we have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will certainly come back again! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room very dated. Not clean at all. Food was almost cold on a daily basis and no sooner had you put ur cutlery down it was taken from under your nose. We didn't arrive until 0140 In morning.had no food we left at 2000 paid for a late Che k out and was not allowed a dinner. They got paid for these meals..stairways dirty food was on the floor for a week.only good thing was the weather

The buffet has a variety of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner but the employees are all foreigners which is not the problem but they are all not professional enough. For a 4-star hotel it was nothing special... It has a massive swimming pool though which makes up for some of the negatives!
