This was a good stay at Tsokkos Gardens. Rooms were clean enough, but dated. Mould in bathrooms due to lack of ventilation. Our room was right next to the lift, walls thin, and hard to sleep due to noise around the lift.
Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable. We stayed in October 2025, and there were plenty, but I can see that it would be tough to get a sun bed in the height of the season.
The food was decently tasty and varied, and staff were constantly replenishing main courses and desserts. Drink service was slow. Maybe get a drink at the bar before the Restraunt. Non alcoholic cocktails by the bar were delicious, such as Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck (Donald Duck highly recommended). But, they were very quick at clearing plates.
From your favourite ❤️ guide,
Until next time
Stay safe, and go enjoy yourself 👌😊

Stayed here for a week all inclusive with my partner and enjoyed our stay.
We were apprehensive with the mixed reviewed however we had an enjoyable stay, and believe that the hotel reflects what we paid.
Room although outdated in decor was spacious and had a nice balcony and it was clean. A little frustrating that bed sheets and towels didn’t get changed, just made and re folded.
The pool is big and fairly well maintained. Hotel also has an indoor pool and gym however we didn’t use those facilities.
Food was good and a different theme each night which avoided repetition, although as expected the buffet can get very busy. Staff very quick to clean tables.
All inclusive drinks okay, cocktails not particularly nice however there are other spirits and beers available.
Entertainment was abit hit and miss, fire show was good but everything else not great.
Good distance from beaches and a few local bars.
Overall a good hotel and would return

we stayed for 2 days when we had problems with our original hotel
hotel: it’s a very big location and feels very lively. there were activities every night such as music quiz and live performances. the pools are huge, always clean and well maintained. it’s at a maybe 10 minute slow walk from potami beach, but it’s honestly not that bad, and it’s easily my favorite beach i’ve ever been to
room: the room was a bit outdated, but it was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom felt very open and full of light. they give you a lot of bottles of shampoo and shower gel, and there’s a hair drier in the bedroom. the central heating/ac system takes a bit of time to figure how it works but after that we had no problem with the room temperature
food: the food was incredible, i was kind of disappointed that my stomach wasn’t big enough to eat everything that i wanted. i’m a bit of a picky eater and i didn’t have any issues with choosing meals. i also appreciated that the staff made sure that there was always plenty of food for everybody and that it was always warm. a lot of dessert options ranging from cakes to pastries to fruit. i was a big fan of the themed dinner nights. the cocktails were really nice as well, they don’t skimp on the alcohol
staff: very friendly and very polite, always there to help if needed. we felt very welcomed here. also you can tell that they actually like working with each other
all in all i really do recommend this hotel comparing to the disaster we received from the one we actually booked. i wish we came here from the start, i missed it during the rest of our stay in cyprus

Honestly, lovely hotel, staff are fantastic. (Management are a bit stern, but understandably due to the size of hotel, I imagine it's very stressful).
The pools are lovely in the heat, one of them are losing the mosaic tiling from the pool.
The food is incredible (went for all inclusive, that way you don't have to worry about paying for drinks, food, etc.)
The food has different themes for every day of the week, so you won't be bored with a great selection of salad and fruit. A family member of mine has specific dietary requirements and the chefs in the kitchen were absolute legends! They cooked a separate meal which catered to her requirements and the presentation is lovely.
The wait staff are brilliant, always smiling and they take such good care of you when you're there.
There is a Hut by the main pool which does food at certain times and drinks all of the time. The staff are amazing in the hut, Angela is an absolute star. She is so sweet and attentive and makes the best drinks! Angela is so bubbly and happy, always smiling. The chef at the hut makes the BEST burgers, if you get up late and miss breakfast or lunch. They have saved me when I slept in.
The rooms are good, two single beds, comfy but firm, perfect if you're with your other half or even on your own. Bathroom is nice, but the bath is a bit cramped, I think a walk in shower would be better, especially if there are guests who struggle with mobilising independently.
Overall, 9.5/10 would recommend!
