I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail made us feel welcome. I truly appreciate the hospitality and the care the team puts into making guests feel at home.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. They truly deserve five stars, and I will definitely come back. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Fabulous hotel. There are outdoor and indoor pools here. The hotel is situated in a semi residential area. Our room had a sea view, we could see the waves crashing during the storm. It is less than 5 mins walk to the closest beach. The little bays along the coast are beautiful, some are sandy. I swam in one which had fish swimming below me. There's a very good bus service and there are boardwalks for miles.
There are areas with arcades and rides, suitable for families, couples and friends.
There is plenty of choice for restaurants and food and drinks vary in price, some reasonable. The food in the hotel is good. The breakfast is excellent, special mention to the omelette chef, lovely start to the day. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Special mention also to all the Reception staff, thank you we enjoyed the 'banter'.

Excellent manager and staff. Nice environment. Pool area can be a bit busy, but you can get a sunbed. Entertainment throughout the day, and backgrounds music playing . A/I buffet, which was OK. Quite a few choices tbf, eat what you like. If you're looking for a comfortable nice stay with a beach within walking distance this is your place. If you're looking for 5 star quality in a 3/4 star quality, then think again. Remember you don't have to stay in your hotel all day . Lots to do and see on this beautiful island

Having come to Tsokkos Gardens for many years, I can honestly say it remains as amazing as ever and I wouldn't change a thing. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping refreshing the beds, floors, and towels—and the cleaners are wonderfully thoughtful, even accommodating me without hesitation on a day I wasn't feeling well. The rooms are a great size and well-equipped with a fridge, TV, safe, kitchenette, dining table, balcony furniture, and handy extra toiletries. Food and drinks are fantastic overall; the all-inclusive drinks are great (with delicious iced coffees available to buy when you want one), and while there might be a night you don't fancy the main menu, the kids' section and the snack bar have you covered—the halloumi and onion toastie is to die for! Out front, the two large outdoor pools are wonderful, and having the cool indoor pool to escape to when the heat got too intense was a lifesaver. Above all, the hard-working staff are incredible; despite working ridiculously long hours every single day, they always keep a genuine smile on their faces and handle even the most difficult guests with absolute patience and warmth. Zero complaints, and we will definitely keep coming back!
P.S. I've seen loads of 1-star reviews moaning about the location, but it's actually in a great prime spot. Honestly, if you can't deal with the heat, don't visit a hot country! And as for nothing to do it’s 2 minutes for the beach and there’s a water park over the road!

I had a very unpleasant experience with other guests at this hotel. They were extremely rude to my partner and, over several days, made racist comments towards him, they even told us to “watch your back,” which we perceived as a threat.
We reported the situation to the hotel staff and the manager. Although the manager spoke to me briefly, no meaningful action was taken to protect us or address the situation. For the last few days of our stay, I genuinely felt unsafe in this hotel. Thinking I came here with my family ( partner and two kids )
Racist behaviour should never be tolerated, and it should certainly be handled properly by hotel management. Unfortunately, I felt that the manager did not take my concerns seriously. He promised to meet with me again, but I never heard from him after that.
I am extremely disappointed that I did not feel safe during my stay and that such racist behaviour was effectively ignored. I expected the hotel to take appropriate steps to ensure the safety and wellbeing of its guests, but that did not happen.
Cleaning staff and reception amazing , very very kind !
Ps . I was also disappointed with the room. One room had proper beds, but the other only had tiny, uncomfortable whatever it was that were not suitable for sleeping. The children had to use the proper beds while we, the adults, slept on the tiny things .
