Very disappointing stay.
The hotel and rooms are in desperate need of a complete renovation. There was a persistent unpleasant smell, and both the rooms and common areas were dirty and poorly maintained. The facilities are outdated and do not reflect the standards that guests would expect.
The food was mediocre at best and often below average in terms of quality and variety.
One of the biggest problems was the excessive noise at night. There is a nightclub located next to the hotel that plays extremely loud music until very late. Families with young children will find it particularly difficult to get any sleep because of the constant noise.
In addition, as shown in the attached photo, there was water leaking in the corridor from an electrical panel. This is a serious safety concern and should be addressed immediately.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel requires significant renovation, better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and stronger attention to guest comfort and safety. I would not choose to stay here again.

Very good hotel overall. Anastasia Hotel in Protaras offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with friendly, helpful staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the common areas are pleasant and relaxing. The pool area is a highlight, especially for families, and the hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Food options are good with a nice variety, and the overall service makes you feel well taken care of. A solid choice for a relaxing holiday in Protaras.

Rooms were very dirty, dust on the floor, stains on the bed and earwigs which are bugs that climb into your ear were found in the rooms! There was cockroaches found around the hotel aswell.
Food wasn’t the best for a 4 star hotel, they’re very stingy with their drinks and the service was rude. One guy tried arguing with me about my access arrangements during lunch of all times and when he found out he was wrong, he never apologised!
The tv’s don’t work in the room, the towels I’m 100% sure they don’t change, room service is all over the place and not organised at all, with some days not even coming to clean the room.
The kettles are disgusting as they look like they are never cleaned, the indoor pool has no heating and is absolutely freezing!
The key cards are glitchy aswell as they stop working on some days.
My little cousins arm got stuck in the elevator as he was going in and it didn’t stop! This shows the elevators are a hazard to little kids!
The rooms have 0 privacy as you can hear EVERYTHING going on. The jacuzzi doesn’t even work after we were promised it.
The only good experience was the fact the area is a nice place and the weather was nice thank god.
If you’re coming to this area just book another hotel this hotel has no right to be called a 4 star hotel!

On our first night, my entire family spent the evening in a rooms by the view to a bar that remained open until 3 am, emitting loud music. We were requested to exchange rooms, and being assigned a room next to a laundry facility.
Upon arrival, we were informed that we would receive soft drinks and water. However, there was no food in the refrigerator, and there was no tea or coffee selection available. The towels were folded back on the bed every day ( unless you ask ) , and the toilet and bath were visibly dirty . it was evident that there were numerous handprints and dirty tiles.
Some of the staff members were unable to speak English at all.
10% off staff was helpful or nice
It is challenging to identify any positive aspects of this hotel…

Unfortunately, my experience at Anastasia Beach Hotel was very disappointing. The corridors and common areas were dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bathrooms smelled of food in the evenings, indicating possible ventilation issues. The breakfast staff was unprofessional, untidy, with inappropriate uniforms, did not smile, argued among themselves, and seemed unwilling to serve guests. At the pool bar, the music was extremely loud and inappropriate, making communication difficult. Additionally, some areas were poorly maintained, such as the dirty elevator door and a vacuum left in the corridor.
Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues seriously.
