Our stay was average overall: the staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the pool and aquapark, which were the highlights of the trip, although the aquapark is also starting to show its age and could benefit from renovation. On the negative side, the rooms were very old and in need of major refurbishment, with worn-out items such as the refrigerator and doors; the towels and bed sheets had many stains, which gave a poor impression of cleanliness, and we also noticed a lot of ants in the room. The food quality was below our expectations and could be improved. Also be aware of a photographic scam: they take your photos and only on the second day try to sell them for 10 euro per piece, without mentioning the price or number of photos beforehand. With proper renovation and better maintenance, this hotel could offer a much better experience, as it has good facilities and a pleasant team of employees.

We visited the water park at the Anastasia Hotel, and our experience was extremely disappointing.
We walked for about 45 minutes under the scorching sun to get there. By the time we arrived, we were hot, sweaty, and exhausted. Instead of being met with even the slightest bit of kindness, we were greeted by extremely unfriendly staff. Although the water park was due to open in 15 minutes, they wouldn’t even allow us to sit down and wait inside the premises or in the shade. They simply told us to leave.
I have never experienced such treatment anywhere else in the world. It wasn’t about having to wait 15 minutes—we completely understand and respect opening hours. It was the way we were treated. A little courtesy, empathy, and basic hospitality would have cost nothing, yet it was completely absent.
For a hotel of this standard, I expected a professional and welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed and angry..

The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Not only the hotel itself, but the overall experience was amazing. The beach was beautiful, the pools were clean, and there were bars both on the beach and by the pool. The food was incredibly delicious. The condition of the hotel rooms is not the newest, but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway — only to sleep. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.
After spending five wonderful nights at Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel, we only moved to Anastasia Waterpark Beach Resort because there were no rooms available to extend our stay. The difference was shocking.
From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. The hotel is difficult to find because it appears under different names online. We were initially told we were at the wrong hotel, parking is far away, and carrying luggage was a struggle.
The hotel itself is in an unbelievably poor condition. Stained and loose carpets, damaged ceilings, broken lifts, worn furniture, dirty lamps, and an overall feeling of complete neglect. It looks nothing like a four-star hotel.
Our room was equally disappointing. The bed linen had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood. The bed was simply two single beds pushed together with a foam topper and was by far the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. I woke up with severe back pain after one night.
We booked this hotel mainly because of the water park for our child, only to discover to get there you have to go through public road. Around the children's pool we found rubbish and cigarette butts.
The service was even worse than the facilities. Wrong drinks were served and staff argued instead of apologising. At the pool bar my husband was greeted with "Hey, malaka" ("hi bastars") while ordering drinks. We understand Greek, and hearing staff address paying guests like that is completely unacceptable.
Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, drinking water was only served in small plastic cups, while bottled water cost extra.
I sent a detailed complaint to hotel management on our first day. They admitted at check-out that they had received and read it—but chose not to respond or contact us in any way.
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We simply cannot understand how Anastasia Waterpark Beach Resort is marketed as a four-star hotel. We would never return and cannot recommend it to anyone expecting even basic hospitality standards.

The hotel was nice and the food was more than enough (buffet) , the only 2 issues we encountered was 1. We booked a room for 3 adults to which there were 2 single beds and one bed that was a sort of like a camp bed , the mattress of that bed was horrible and it was uncomfortable to sleep on it . 2. The elevators were very small so in case anyone is claustrophobic I suggest you book on the ground floor unless you like building on your stamina and walk up and down the stairs .
Other than that everything else was lovely .
