Our stay at Odessa Hotel was truly memorable! We visited with our son and loved how family-friendly the hotel was. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home from day one. A special compliment to the talented chef “Andreas” 🧑🍳every meal was fresh, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. The evening entertainment was also fantastic. We can't wait to visit again and would happily recommend Odessa Hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Chef Andreas, who personally made us feel so welcome. He came to speak with us, was always smiling, kind, and genuinely caring. He was the one who truly made us feel comfortable in the hotel.
Our room was clean and well maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent, with shops and the beach just a short walk away.
We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know what to expect before booking.
This hotel is advertised as a 4-star, but in my opinion it falls well below that standard. We paid just over £3,000 for our holiday for 2 people, and it simply wasn't worth anywhere near that price.
The biggest disappointment was the hygiene and the dining. The hotel advertises both a buffet restaurant and an à la carte restaurant. The buffet was extremely limited, with only around 10 food options available each day. The food itself was actually quite nice, which is one of the few positives I can give. However, the so-called à la carte restaurant was incredibly disappointing. It was located inside what looked like a closed-down restaurant, with tables and chairs stacked up everywhere, giving it an abandoned feel rather than a dining experience. To make matters worse, around half of the menu wasn't even available to order.
I was given clean towels with other people’s hair on (blonde hairs and I am jet black!) Then what really tipped me over the edge was the shower room we got given to use at the end of our last day. We weren’t allowed the key to lock the door as the shower was attached the gym with a group full of men in there working out, as a young girl on her own you can imagine I didnt feel comfortable. Then to top it off, I opened the showers and both were full of dirt and pubic hair all in the shower tray! I didn’t even use it, I grabbed my stuff and left for the airport 6 hours early because I just wanted to get out of there. Absolute waste of time, I’ve overheard other peoples conversations saying they’ve been here 2/3 times and I’m like ???? What the hell!!!! Would never return.
The Wi-Fi was another major issue. It only worked properly in our room and was practically unusable throughout the rest of the hotel, which is not what you'd expect from a hotel claiming to be 4-star.
Entertainment was shocking! We had to leave the hotel every night.
Housekeeping was also very poor. On multiple occasions the cleaners took away our used towels but didn't replace them, leaving us with none at all. Each time we had to go down to reception to request fresh towels. We were repeatedly told they would be brought up straight away, yet on one occasion we waited over three hours before they finally arrived.
Overall, while the food tasted good, the service, facilities and overall standard of the hotel were nowhere near what was advertised. We left feeling extremely disappointed and genuinely couldn't wait for the holiday to be over so we could go home.
I wouldn't return, and I certainly wouldn't recommend paying anywhere near the price we did.

Arrived at the Odessa hotel late in the evening and was greeted by lovely reception staff. David was so lovely, he made us feel so special, especially my daughter who turned 15 during our stay, greeted her with a rose at breakfast and dinner, he always had the same table for us. He feels like our family now. Jessica was also very special in the morning and evening's, she was always in David’s section. We even had a chance to meet Yiannous (spelling sorry) the operations manager and he made our stay so special. All the staff made us feel at home for the 3 weeks we stayed with them. We will definitely be back next year.

Good location, nice staff, disastrous hotel
The accommodation was very disgusting, we had bugs coming out of the walls, damp damage on the ceiling, sheets that were not clean, the cleaning lady did not knock on the door before she came in, came in while we were naked in bed, the breakfast had no variation for 7 days, exactly the same food that was heated up for several days.
The hotel had music shows that were played loudly throughout the hotel until 00:00 several nights which made it impossible to sleep before 00:00,
No compensation whatsoever when we had to change rooms due to bugs in the room and damp damage.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone, this is not a 4 star hotel
