The hotel is in an excellent location in relation to the promenade and the beach, close to everything and outside the crowd and noise. The staff is very friendly, clean, the service is good, the food on the buffet table is very varied and rich. Kudos to the chef, every evening there was a different theme of the kitchen (Asian, Italian, Greek cuisine... And so on) everything was perfect ❤️

Basic hotel but clean and tidy great location and staff all lovely. Breakfast was ok filled a hole for the day. Down side is the sun goes around lunchtime ish around the pool, so it is shaded but great for parents with younger children to keep them shaded. sun beds could do with replacing as a few I come across was broken, but it’s a great reasonable priced hotel with great location and I would go back. We were a family of 9 and all had a great holiday and experience here. I would definitely return here.

Cannot fault our room we were given the suite upon arrival which was ample room for me and my missus and our daughter and her boyfriend, the service from the staff was impeccable and soon became like we were out amongst friends, location of the hotel is probably as close to perfect as you could get 2 minute walk to the beach and within 5 minutes of a bus to Ayia Napa and the strip which will almost definitely have somewhere you will like to eat or drink at.
The hotel is just the right size so you get to know people that are staying we have met some brilliant families from England to Egypt, the pool could possibly be slightly bigger but im nit picking as there is an indoor pool that hardly got used and like I said 2 minute walk to the beach.
The food was absolutely amazing dont think I had the same thing twice for dinner, breakfast was bang on the money the chef also cooked our daughter chicken nuggets most nights as she is a fussy eater but like I said the staff were faultless throughout our stay. Im not going to type their names as I'm pretty sure I'd be leaving someone out which wouldn't be right but you know who you are and from all of us family of seven we want to thank you for a fantastic stay and being a great part of our holiday experience
Till next time Hotel Mandali 👋

You have to pay for pool towels and that if you get a chance to find one as the majority of people put their towels on the lounges from 6-7am (although they return to their rooms for most probably sleep more) and by 8am you are extremely limited or none available.
You have to pay to use the spa, sauna and steam room.
The gym has limited access, from 10am -6pm only.
The staff is very kind and helpful and breakfast was nice, however repetitive.
The evening entertainment very poor.

Really nice hotel , can’t fault the facilities or the staff , do think it’s a little small for the amount of guests and the pool suffers for that , needs to be bigger . Breakfast was also great with a wide selection to choose from as well as a live cooker doing omelets, pancakes ect , don’t like the fact that you have to get up early to get a sun lounger though as people do place towels and leave them , doesn’t help how busy the hotel gets , the hotel is at the bottom of abit of a hill so keep that in mind for disabled people or walking difficulties. Overall great holiday , great hotel close to the beach and strip , would stay again 👍
