Please be careful with this hotel. For three days in a row, our room was not cleaned. After two days, we went to reception and were told that we are not allowed to leave the sign saying “We are far away, please come and clean”, because apparently then nobody will come to clean the room. This makes absolutely no sense. First of all, on the first day the room was cleaned while this sign was left there. Secondly, the sign literally says to come and clean the room, so how is a guest supposed to understand that it means the opposite? Even if this is really the hotel’s rule, guests should be clearly informed about it at reception during check-in. Today was the third day that our room had not been cleaned. After we complained, someone came immediately, but we explained that we had just returned after being away all day and wanted to shower and get ready. Then a woman came and told us that she could either enter right now or clean the room only tomorrow. Because of that, we had to leave the room within two minutes. When we came back after three hours, the only thing that had been done was the floor being cleaned. The bed linen had not been changed — the bed was only “made” in such a careless way that a five-year-old child could have done it better. On top of that, our towels were not replaced and the toilet paper was not refilled. The hotel does have some positives, such as the food, drinks, and the restaurant staff, but for this amount of money, I would really advise people to be careful. The whole situation was extremely frustrating and honestly unacceptable.

We had a fantastic stay at Atlantica Panthea Hotel in Ayia Napa. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and kept spotless every day. Everything was well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with a great variety every day, and there was something for the whole family to enjoy. A very special thank you to Diego, Veronica, and Shusant. They truly made our holiday unforgettable. They were always smiling, friendly, and provided outstanding service. Our whole family loved them, and we looked forward to seeing them every day. They always made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We highly recommend Atlantica Panthea Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday with excellent food, spotless rooms, and exceptional staff. We will definitely be back!

We’ve spent years coming to our beloved Cyprus in many hotels including the Atlantica chain and always had the best time. This was our first and last stay in this one unfortunately. This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. The food is never hot and poorly prepared, day 1 my wife was very ill, day 2 I was very ill, day 3 my son was very ill. The management was very attentive and offered us to eat in the special restaurant each night which we’re yet to try but also offered to meet with the chef to create our own menu which is super helpful but doesn’t negate the fact that the quality of the food is poor. We booked a garden view room and were given a poolside (noisy) which took over an hour to sort at check in. The rooms are okay, service in general is okay and location is okay, nothing special, definitely not 4 star. Drinks aren’t great, taste poor, poolside cafe is pretty grim. Also, the TV was leaning to one side and I realised they had jammed a 2 pin into a 3 pin! Awesome work !! I’m sorry to say, the list goes on! On a plus side the pharmacy is at the end of the road, I’m 100% sure, most of their sales will come from this hotel. Hotel manager we dealt with was very good but it seems she is up against it with all the issues…if I was her I’d transfer to a different hotel, this would be a great career move because she deserves better.

Recently I stayed in this hotel. I had an issue with my room because I'm pregnant and the receptionist, whose name is Reza, was so polite and helpful. He assisted me in resolving the problem quickly and professionally, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Thanks to his excellent customer service, my experience at the hotel improved greatly. He changed our room , I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

What a great Fantastic time we had at Atlantica Panthea Resort. And made fantastic by the great and supporting staff the resort has. Our 15 days passed so quick as they always do but we loved it there and didn’t want to leave. A big shout out to the General Manager his great office staff and all the others. Georgia, Andreas, Andrea, George, Adi, Veronica, Diego. We’ll be back🤗
