Came here in July on my own through a package holiday for a week. Excellent location. 10 mins max to the centre of Mijas. Came here half board. Breakfast was great. Dinner not the best but always found something to eat. Excellent staff especially the waiting staff. I was always seated by the window. Drinks reasonably priced. The outside area if you could get a seat was great. Room very clean. Would recommend paying extra for a full balcony as the Juliet balcony only fitted a chair. Plenty of sunbeds. Staff work very hard. Would highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Mijas. The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you relax.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional- friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming, making us feel well looked after from start to finish.
The spa was a real highlight: beautifully maintained, calming, and the perfect place to unwind. It added a special touch to the whole experience.
Combined with the charm, warmth and lifestyle that Spain does so well, this hotel delivered a memorable and relaxing stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort and a true taste of Spain 🇪🇸

Stayed here for a 4 day break. Hotel located in lovely village of Mijas. The rooms are very tired and dated albiet reasonably clean. The reception and dining room were lovely and the breakfast very good. Staff very pleasant.
Its a shame this hotel is not being maintained to the standard of its 4 star rating. Furniture in the bar lounge and public areas were suffering from stains and some of the leather look tub chairs were ripped and split. Water was pouring in from the roof in the conservatory. Paint in rooms were chipped and the furniture needed painting. The balcony was black with algae and the patio door leading onto it was drought and the handle was loose.
The bathroom was really dated with the over bath shower and taps pitted and the screen had no seal. The loo roll holder was loose too.
Beds were comfortable and the bedding immaculate. The house keeping staff really work hard to keep things as good as possible.
There is an excellent bus service from Mijas to nearby towns of furengarola and benalmadena.
Mijas has lots of interesting characteristics such as a beautiful church and lots of quaint places serving great quality food.
We wouldn't return to this hotel but the location is stunning.

Awesome welcome at Reception by Jose Luis and Danny. Very well located clean hotel with a spectacular long views. Very friendly and caring staff at Pool, Bars and Breakfast Restaurant. You do have to pay extra for room safe deposit. All is a bit dated but in a classy clean way. Great price for the value. Has a massage spa that it’s OK. A place to return. Only issue is that in shoulder seasons they tend to turn Off the A/C system but we asked them and reactivated it.

Hotels lovely and friendly but unfortunately I failed to see the difference in a twin bedroom and a twin superior. I was shocked to find out this was basement rooms and the door which was south facing had bars running vertical on it. It looked like a jail from the inside and felt like a jail. The curtains were constantly closed for this reason. Anyone with chlostrophobia is in trouble. The hotel needs to clarify this as it spoils the holiday. I wanted to upgrade and was given Thursday 2nd October to move from room 14 to room 16
.I made enquiries in the morning and the hotel management said we had to repack our cases and move them to the reception area until the room was ready. This was a riddicolous offer as all our clothes would be creased again. What was a matter with being informed when the room was ready and allowing a straight move . No No for me we pay our money we want something better than we have at home not worse . Also having a disability and carrying an international card was never taken into consideration with the cases being jumped up and down
Shame it's a lovely place but no mention of it feeling like an open jail on the description which was misleading.

We have decided to try your hotel again as the only drawback on our last visit was the feeling of it resembling a cage. The rest of the stay was impeccable and very friendly .
On this occasion I have paid to be sure that we have a superior twin south facing room . I have also recommended the town of Mijas and the hotel to two long standing friends who will be taking the vacation with us over the New Year. I refer to your honest and fair reply and i havs given you the opportunity to make the vacation a more enjoyable experience. We arrive 30th December 2025 for 1 week.
