I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel! It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is perfect, right in the heart of town. You definitely get what you pay for. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are very clean, and the cleaning staff do a thorough job every day.
The food is decent, offering a good variety that fills you up, but the only downside is the lack of bottled water—you'll have to get your own. I stayed in a poolside room, which was quiet, and I enjoyed the rooftop pool where you can relax and sunbathe all day. Both the rooftop and ground pools open at 11 AM, but you can reserve sunbeds in advance.
Overall, the hotel is great! Just keep in mind that the lifts can get quite busy, so expect to wait at times. The staff are consistently friendly and polite. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say and I will definitely be back next year

Let me start by saying this is by no means a four-star hotel—not even close. I’ve stayed at many two-star hotels and honestly couldn’t tell the difference between them and this place.
We had requested a double bed in advance and were told it was subject to availability. Upon arrival, we also learned that parking was not included in our all-inclusive stay and had to be paid separately at €12 per day. We decided to park on the street and checked in. The room we were assigned had three twin beds. When I asked to switch to a double room, I was told there was no availability. I requested to be moved if one became available, but no one ever followed up during our seven-day stay.
After taking a shower, I noticed there were no separate toiletries—no shampoo, body wash, or soap—just a single all-purpose bottle. The bathroom ventilation is also very weak, and the room quickly fills with steam after showering. When unpacking, I looked for an iron to press my shirts, but there was none.
On the fifth day, my son cut his finger, so I went to the front desk to ask for a band-aid. Surprisingly, they didn’t have one. A four-star hotel without even a basic first-aid kit is unacceptable. Later, I asked for ping-pong paddles to use the table that’s advertised as free for all-inclusive guests, only to be told I had to leave a €20 cash deposit.
On the sixth day, my son spilled some water on his bed, and I requested an extra bedsheet from the front desk. As with previous requests, this was simply ignored.
Overall, the rooms are very old and offer only the bare minimum in terms of amenities. The only redeeming feature was the food. While the menu was mostly repetitive, there was always something we enjoyed. If you’re booking an all-inclusive stay at a very low price, this hotel may be acceptable—but don’t expect anything remotely luxurious or upscale just because it carries a four-star label.
Also, staff need to improve their English and be trained in hospitality and customer service. Our experience left much to be desired in that regard as well.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in around the globe. Avoid staying here, they do not turn on the air conditioning that you pay for. If you come in March to October just go to another hotel or stay on a bench outside. The breakfast selection is a joke if you have any dietary requirements, there is no kettle in the room but you can rent one for 10 euros, no complimentary anything, only a basic shower gel (no shampoo). An iron costs 10 euros to rent. The lifts are garbage. Just don't waste your money here. Staff don't care to offer any help with bags. This wouldn't pass as a 3 star let alone 4. Definitely don't come here with kids or if you are british (no tea, no kettle!)
Dont believe the positive feedback here. They are either paid reviewers or only stayed here for less than 2 days. The only positive I have is that the location is excellent and close by the town centre.

Bang in the centre of the town you'd expect noise of revelers and clubs ,the only thing noisy is the parakeets! The rooms are basic but very clean and well kept. The cleaning staff are available but not intrusive. The bar staff are friendly and the food is very good. Lots of variety and the staff are helpful. The drinks are reasonably priced too.
Close to shops and the beach is a 5 minute walk with lovely restaurants and friendly bars and plenty of things to do. And some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world. I'm going back, I had a great time!

Had overally a good stay. The room looked a bit outdated, like it was arranged 20 years ago, but it was well preserved, so not a big issue... I was worried that it would be cold in January, but the heating was working well, and I could sleep naked. The pillows were so comfortable!
Every time I entered the room, I put the card in the thingy, the TV was set up to automatically turn on, which was really annoying, and I ended up unplugging it from the socket. I loved that the cleaner wasn't knocking on the door at 9am, but if I had the "do not disturb" tag on, they came even late in the afternoon. I stayed there during my birthday week, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get at least a happy birthday card, last year I got a bottle of wine in another hotel...
This hotel had probably the best food in the restaurant of all the hotels that I've been to so far. There was always a wide selection and everything was delicious. The pancakes were my favourite.
Lastly, the hotel has a great location, 3 minutes' walk from the train station.
