Our first visit to Spain/Malaga/Torremolinos,last week(26th-29th January). Yes,it looks lovely,bright and welcoming,from the main entrance. However..for a 4star hotel,it could do better,sorry,but il be honest. The room was nice,clean,lovely view from the balcony(6th floor,room 651),but,why have a fridge in the room,if its empty?? (We stayed in a hotel in another country,and there was water/juice in the fridge), no sanitary bags, (i didnt need them,but...),no tea/coffee facilities- we were gasping for a cuppa when we arrived, bathroom taps are very tarnished,very slow water flow. On the plus side,everything was clean,regular cleaning,all over the hotel every day, nice breakfast- though there could be more variety at the meat/cheese section. Most staff,were lovely and pleasnt/helpful. Apologies,for sounding negative but.. if a pool is empty of water,cover it!, why do i want to look out a window and see an empty swimming pool,bit of an eyesore! Other than that,the views were beautiful! This hotel needs soundproof rooms, wednesday night trying to sleep as we had a very early start,then a bloody piano starts blaring,for Ages! (Is wed entertainment night eg?), as if That wasnt enough,then another guest had their tv blaring so loud,til about 1am! I was Very grumpy on Thursday morning.
Hotel is good in that the bus stop is just outside, catch the 110 bus,across the road,to go to malaga,or on the sane side of the road,if u want to go to benalmadena eg(if my memory serves me correct?!
We would stay here,again,it just needs small improvements. Muitos gracias!

Last minute holiday break for me and my younger son for the Christmas. So was off season so not much to do which was fine with me not my son (lol). reception staff especially the ladies can not fault had issues around the food for my son they delt with it promptly.
Very polite and welcoming always with a smile great customer service.
Food wise was not bad not much halal options that for a hotel.like this should be options. And again I had to ask about the 2 days into my holiday.as I was not aware that I had to ask about these provisions but was OK with the options but not much for kids apart hot dogs, hamburger,chips evwry night and was not halal friendly . Have to say breakfast was top💯 and the best for me and my son lot more options. But have to give a special shout out to the chef fieza think I spelt is name wrong)he was helpful and accommodating to my son when it came to is food as the option was limited but he went out is way and made my son something on 1 of the days cause my son could not eat the other food. Lydia another lovely lady but also a lovely gelterman that was also waiting i did not get is name my son and I was disappointed we never got to say good buy.
Cleaners everyday. Room cleaned daily cant complain.
Bar staff young gentlemen very helpful and polite great service.
Just wish more was available in the hotel at the time I went.
But overall I would go back just maybe when more activities are on 👌🏾

Returned last night after a week's holiday. Room was first class, beds extremely comfortable. Staff were first class in all areas, thank you to all. The only downside was some of the food which was often cold, not even warm in some cases. Also a little repetitive when we had all inclusive as lunch time was not much different from evening meal.

A 4-star hotel that fully met expectations. All the staff were extremely friendly and always available to help.
The food was good, with quality and variety. The nights were very lively, creating an excellent atmosphere.
Without a doubt, it was a hotel to visit again. A special thank you for the exceptional service from receptionist Khrystyna, who made all the difference with her friendliness and professionalism.

Stayed 7 nights all inclusive. Overall it was a good experience apart from issue with WiFi. WiFi was important for me as I had to keep in touch with office and plan my trip on google but there was no WiFi signal in my room. But the friendly staff changed the room on day 2 where I had reasonable signal.
Food was generally good choice and value for money but it was almost always lukewarm.
All inclusive alcoholic drinks were rather poor quality. Spirits were under strength. (25% vol). Next time I would go half board and buy my full strength drinks from Aldi nearby.
The bus stops are just outside and many routes are available to other tourist areas. Tip: If you want to use the buses, buy a travel card from a tobacco shop nearby for e1.50, top it it up with 10 to 20 euros at a time and your trips will only cost 50 to 60 cents per person. Without card, each trip could be e1.75 per person. You only need one card for your party.
Beach is nearby but be advised of many steps down to the beach and back to hotel.
