We had a great stay overall. The rooms were nice, comfortable, and spacious, although a little old in style. The only downside was the air conditioning — it felt very moist and left me feeling unwell after using it overnight. It also had a slight moldy smell. Once we turned it off and used thin blankets instead, it was much better.
The pool and beach areas were fantastic! We loved how easy it was to get food and drinks anywhere around the pool or beach — such convenient service.
The Kids Club was another highlight. Our children (4 and 6) loved going there, especially spending time with Tracy and Pasani, who were both wonderful with them. I do wish there were more varied activities or small outings for the kids, but for leaving them for 1-2 hours, it was perfect, and they always came back happy.
Overall, a great hotel with excellent pool and beach facilities, friendly staff, and a fun kids’ club — just be mindful of the air conditioning if you’re sensitive. (It’s also close 12€ per hour)

Reviewing the Reef club only… Beautiful location, but staff communication really lets it down.
I spent a day at The Reef Club using a day pass, and while the setting is undeniably beautiful, the experience was let down by poor communication and indifferent staff.
The location itself is lovely — clear water (a bit choppy as it’s open sea, not a bay), and there are little pockets of calm, including a sandy cove that’s great for swimming. There are plenty of sunbeds spread out across the club, so finding a quiet space to relax is easy, and the vibe is peaceful and scenic.
However, the staff really let the experience down.
When I arrived, I paid €45 at reception and was given no information at all — I only found out later (by asking) that there was a €65 option that included food vouchers. That was never mentioned to me. When I asked for a towel, I was told bluntly that they don’t provide towels — which honestly feels a bit absurd for a five-star hotel beach club charging premium rates. I did manage to get one eventually from a kind staff member, but the tone was not welcoming.
Beyond that, there was zero guidance:
• No explanation of which areas I could access
• No directions to the bar, restrooms, or restaurant
• No schedule or info about service times
I was just vaguely gestured toward the sunbeds and left to figure it all out myself.
I made the best of it — had a good swim, relaxed, enjoyed a cocktail — but when I tried to order food a bit later, I found out the kitchen had closed at 3:30 PM. Again, no one told me this at any point. If I had known, I would’ve ordered lunch earlier.
It’s a real shame, because the physical space has a lot of potential and I still enjoyed my time there. But the lack of hospitality and basic service standards really made it feel like I was more of a nuisance than a guest.

We very much enjoyed our stay.
Every part of the hotel is beautiful, the morning breakfast a delight and the busy staff stays very attentive.
We mainly chose this hotel for its family friendly atmosphere & kids club option while being high standards and would like to thank Tracy for being understanding and for watching over our kids.
We had a few hours for ourselves and we consider this in itself a luxury. They were both very happy to do some art and to make friends.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very good experience overall. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay.
The location is convenient, close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of fresh options, and other hotel facilities such as the gym and lounge were well maintained.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free visit. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

Really was a nice hotel, This is our second visit as we liked it so much the first time. We visited with our 2 teenagers, so this is a great hotel for families. The gym is very good and has everything you need. The
outdoor pool is a bit noisy, really geared towards families in the summer season. The rooms are spacious and renovated, Everything was good, just we had a weird smell everyday in our room.
I recommend the hotel for all round family fun at a good price for value for money.
