It was a nice hotel, however I would not rate it a 5 star. Considering it is a walk from the main area of St Julian, there was no evening entertainment in the hotel. The main buffet restaurant did not operate in the evening except Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Saying that the New Year's Eve buffet was excellent.
On normal days we had been given vouchers to go to the restaurant in the hotel or local restaurants/bar allowing £35 per person for your meal any more you were required to pay extra, so if you kept to the menu advised you were just required to pay for your drinks.
The evening restaurant in the hotel was hot and miss, the first day, we had a nice meal, however, the next time it was awful, with a number of customers complaining. So we didn't go there again.
The hotels morning buffet was good and the staff were friendly, Jesmond and other staff were happy to help with anything.
The hotel had a small gym with limited equipment. So it didn't create any motivation for us to use it. It also has a small indoor pool. We didn't use the outside area of the hotel as it was December, so just a little bit too cool to be sunbathing.
The hotel for us was ideally located as it was on a bus route and away from all the hussel of the main resort.
Our stay here was nice, and malta is a lovely area to visit for a week. We came for two weeks so it was just fortunate that we are both physically able to go walking so that we could keep ourselves occupied.

I had a wonderful time at the Radisson Blu Resort, St. Julian’s during New Year’s Eve. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the atmosphere was festive, elegant, and welcoming. The celebration was memorable and truly made the start of the new year special.
The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special and well-deserved mention goes to the General Manager, **Alain**, whose exceptional leadership, professionalism, and personal touch were clearly reflected throughout the entire experience. His commitment to excellence makes a real difference and sets the hotel apart.
Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Resort, St. Julian’s to anyone looking for a high-quality hotel experience and a perfect place to celebrate special occasions.

We had a fantastic experience at the buffet! The variety of dishes was impressive, ranging from fresh seafood to authentic local cuisine. Everything was seasoned perfectly and felt very high-end. The dessert station was a particular highlight—don't miss the petit fours! A big thank you to the staff especially Jesmond and Matthew for being so attentive and keeping our table clear. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

Had such a good time in there view is amazing but most important is staff their so helpful and lovely especially in the breakfast buffet. Marisa hostess is so lovely and always tells you how to get best coffe etc . Nora chef is amazing as well and very kind and does amazing poached eggs. And waiter Shekhar is so attentive and helpful! These people improved my mood for the day 💫

We went for their Sunday Lunch buffet and it was amazing! Staff were friendly, quick, helpful and very polite. Particularly Jesmond and Mary Ann! Food was great but would recommend faster refills as you find certain dishes remaining empty for quite sometime before they refill. But apart from that, everything was great. Lovely sea views too!
