This hotel definitely should not be advertised as an all-inclusive resort. In my opinion, it would be much more accurately described as a self-catering hotel with limited food and drink options.
Breakfast was very basic each day, consisting of beans, scrambled eggs, hot dog sausages, fruit, and cereal. Lunch wasn’t served buffet-style due to the low number of guests during the day. Instead, you ordered from a small menu offering items such as burgers, chips, and sandwiches.
One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of snacks throughout the day. At most all-inclusive hotels, you’d expect snacks, ice cream, crisps, or light bites to be available between meals. Here, “snack time” was at 4pm and consisted only of wafer biscuits and fruit.
Dinner was particularly poor. Most dishes seemed to be swimming in grease, including the rice. There was usually one fish option and one chicken-and-vegetable dish, neither of which were particularly appealing. Dessert was often just baklava. To make matters worse, no food or drinks were allowed to be taken from the dining area back to your room.
Our room was basic but adequate for sleeping. However, on our first night we turned on the air conditioning and were woken by the sound of running water. The leak damaged belongings we had left on the dresser. We reported the issue the following morning and were told it had been fixed. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again that night. After reporting it a second time, another repair attempt was made, but yet again the leak continued the following night.
The room contained a mini fridge hidden inside a cupboard, but despite being advertised as all-inclusive, it contained only two small cartons of water and no other drinks.
There is only one small lift in the hotel. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem, but one evening the lift stopped working. When I asked the receptionist, who was sitting on the sofa playing a game, whether the lift was broken, he simply replied that someone had probably not closed the lift door properly on another floor. When I asked what could be done about it, he said he didn’t know and returned to his game. We eventually had to walk the stairs and discovered the lift door on the third floor had indeed been left open.
There are stray cats around the hotel, which is something many people expect in Turkey and generally isn’t an issue. However, seeing cats wandering around the dining room while guests were eating was less acceptable. Staff were also handling the cats in the dining area, which wasn’t particularly hygienic.
The all-inclusive drinks selection was also very limited. Only local Turkish vodka, raki, gin and beer were included. Other alcoholic drinks had to be paid for separately.
The dining room itself had ongoing maintenance issues. There was water covering large areas of the floor, with towels laid down everywhere. We were told there was a leak, but the problem spread into the food serving area, creating slippery conditions throughout our stay.
The swimming pool was small but pleasant and was probably one of the better aspects of the hotel.
Overall, this hotel is not suitable to be marketed as an all-inclusive resort, and I would not recommend it for families. There simply aren’t enough food options, especially for children or picky eaters. I’m not a particularly fussy eater myself, yet I still struggled to find meals I enjoyed. For couples or travellers who only need a place to sleep and plan to spend most of their time outside the hotel, it may be adequate. However, if you’re booking an all-inclusive holiday expecting the usual facilities, food choices, and service standards, you are likely to be disappointed.

First of all, I have never seen a hotel like this before in Marmaris. The towels were dirty, the floors in the rooms were filthy, and the beds were stained. There was no hot water in the bathrooms, the air conditioners were not working, and the ones that did work were leaking water.
Even though there were available rooms, the woman at the reception refused to change our room. I even saw her yelling at an elderly woman. None of the guests seemed satisfied.
The food was terrible. There were flies all over the hotel and in the open buffet. I even found an insect in my food. None of the staff speak English — not the bartenders, not the receptionists — so we couldn’t explain our problems to anyone.
The chefs were behaving inappropriately towards my wife and other women. Despite all these issues, the general manager spent his days drinking tea and playing board games.
The hotel has two blocks, and one of them doesn’t have an elevator. There are no bellboys, and no one offered to help us with our luggage, so we had to carry our bags up to the fourth floor by ourselves.
I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Do not come here!
