Ekrem Akyildiz
Dear Hotel Owner,
Thank you for your response. In fact, you could not have provided stronger confirmation of the point I made in my original review.
In our review, we explained that guest satisfaction is not only about rooms or food, but also about respect, hospitality, and the way guests are treated. Your response has now demonstrated exactly what we meant for everyone to see.
Of course, you have the right to decide whom you wish to host at your hotel. However, please remember that hospitality is not simply about renting rooms. Valuing your guests, accepting criticism maturely, and maintaining professionalism are equally important parts of running a hotel.
As for your statement, “Please never choose us again,” there is absolutely no need to worry. After our experience, we certainly have no intention of doing so.
We were a group of approximately 20 people, and we honestly shared the experience we had. With your response, however, you have provided future potential guests with something perhaps even more valuable: you have personally demonstrated how the management of this hotel responds when a customer expresses dissatisfaction.
The true quality of a business is measured not only by how it treats satisfied customers, but also by how it responds to those who are dissatisfied.
For this reason, I sincerely hope you do not delete your response. Please leave both our review and your reply here for everyone to see. Let future guests read both sides and decide for themselves who acted with greater respect and professionalism.
I wish you every success in the future.

Perfectly clean, close to the beach. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food was also very nice, will go probably again 👍

This feels more like a 2-star than a 3-star hotel. The room was small, with old furniture and bathroom, and the overall hygiene was poor (even the pillowcase was stained). The pool area was dirty, and we unfortunately got an ear infection from it. Food was okay, but tables were often sticky, and the dining terrace was too hot with no fans or ventilation. Water and coffee machines frequently didn’t work, and most things seemed worn out. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and kind, and the location is great – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, though you need a dolmuş to reach the center.

If you looking for a budget hotel Myra is perfect. It’s basic and needs modernising but other than that it’s a nice little hotel.
Pool is lovely for a dip and swim sun beds need a clean so don’t forget your towels. But comfy. Waiters are friendly and helpful
Drinks are basic. I’d of liked a cocktail on the all inclusive but overall for the price. Iv no real complaints. If you looking for a nice chilled quiet cheap holiday. No frills. Myra is perfect

The Myra hotel is such an amazing place for us to spend our holiday. The rooms were nice and clean, the food never disappoints and the wonderful caring staff made our stay truly memorable.
The staff always went above and beyond for us and we were sad to have to say goodbye. The Myra is central to all of the shops, bars and activities which made everything so much easier. I 1000% would recommend the Myra!
