We recently booked 8 rooms for a 2-day stay at the Hampton by Hilton Izmir Aliaga, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of attention and hospitality we received was outstanding.

No Air Conditioning, terrible dinner experience.
The Air Conditioning didn't work. We couldn't get it cooler than 78 F (25.5 C) in our room. They came to the room and assured us that it was working properly. Still the room would not cool down.
Dinner was a disaster. We had to ask multiple times for items that were ordered but were never delivered. We had three Greek salads, all were missing the cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and bread sticks. When we complained they took the salads back to the kitchen and added a tiny few pieces of tomato and a breadstick. Still no olives or cucumbers.
