We stayed at this hotel for a self-catering holiday and found it to be a mixed experience. It functions well for basic needs, but there are several drawbacks to be aware of.
The Positives:
On the plus side, our room was well-equipped with all the self-catering essentials. Having the necessary utensils and appliances made preparing our own meals very easy. We also appreciated that room delivery was available when we decided to try the hotel food.
The Hidden Costs:
Be prepared for significant additional charges. Air conditioning cost £60 for 7 days, and TV access was an extra £10 for 7 days. While some extra fees might be expected at a 3-star property, we were particularly disappointed that these charges were levied in British Pounds rather than the local currency, which felt like an unnecessary upcharge.
Room Comfort & Noise:
Getting a peaceful night's sleep was very difficult. The walls are incredibly thin—we could hear neighboring guests talking clearly, even at normal volumes. While the noise from the school directly opposite wasn't an issue for us during the day, the nighttime noise combined with exceptionally hard, uncomfortable beds made it hard to rest.
Food & Service:
The food is very basic and did not feel worth the price. More concerning, however, was the unprofessional behavior of the staff. While my partner was trying to speak with the receptionist, he was completely disinterested, choosing instead to openly stare at young women passing by. This was highly unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable.
Overall, it serves its purpose if you solely need a functional self-catering base, but the hidden fees, noise levels, and staff attitude hold it back.

A very average 3 star hotel. Rooms are dated but functional and clean. Mattress was spotless and in as new condition. Housekeeping were on point which is always good. Location is good too; taxi rank outside and an array of shops, bars and restaurants within a minute's walk. The beach is about ten minutes walk.
However, drinks aren't included with bed and breakfast (first time I've ever experienced that). Air con is payable, £60 per week and is in only one room, not the entire suite! Additional charges are the safe and TV among others. Hot water wasn't available at certain times and water pressure very poor late afternoon when everyone starts leaving the pool. As it's cheap and cheerful be prepared to bunk up with some chavs, but that's Marmaris in a nutshell.
Unlikely to ever book this hotel again or recommend to anyone else.

Very welcoming when you first arrive, the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. The entertainment during the day and night are also brilliant, in the morning it’s more games and dancing but at night they have stuff like, the glow party, comedy night, bbq night, karaoke night ECT+ The staff are also very friendly and funny and i’ve not been bored at all during my 10 day stay. It’s also close to a shop, restaurant and a place where you can book stuff to do like the water park, jeep safari, horse safari, turtle beach and a couple of other diffrent activities to do. I have a lot of good things to say about the hotel but the main thing is I would highly recommend it.

The manager tried strangling me, I called the police, my son was trying to get them to understand and listen but they kept saying I was a problem, maybe because I'm a woman who was thoroughly enjoying myself with everyone there, I made plenty of friends in the hotel and got along with everyone, I never caused any grief, I never had any problems in this hotel with anyone apart from with the staff trying to bully me, I got a lot of video recordings on my phone. They harassed me to write a review in front of their face within the first few days I was there! This is not a hotel you should book and I say that with urgency !! The police in turkey will never help you, I was a single woman who come with just my child, never come here if you’re a mum with just her children. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

Hidden charges for air conditioning. Rude staff. Dated and in need of repair. Very noisy during the night. Pool closes early at 6pm with no lifeguards in sight
