A big thank you to Garfield from the animation team! He is such a funny and energetic person and always knows how to make guests smile. The activities were enjoyable and the atmosphere was great. Garfield really made a difference to our holiday. We will definitely miss him!

Honestly, I wouldn’t rate the Hotel as a four star primarily due to the food options and the weird tasting fruit juices and soft drinks. Apart from those though it was pretty excellent. My review is written from a perspective of a solo traveller so I didn’t use all elements of the Facilities and will only review what I did access. The staff are all super helpful and a couple of settling in glitches I experienced with the safety deposit box and the electricity were sorted within the first hour or so and that involved the maintenance guy returning to the room a couple of times which he did and reception called him and updated him, so I was able to go and eat my food and go about what I needed to do. It’s true that they don’t all speak English very fluently but then again I don’t speak to Turkish fluently so I used Google translate where needed. I had done my pre-holiday research within an hour or two as I only booked the day before going but something that came up a few times was people saying that there was a strong smell of drains.. I have to say that coming from the bathroom when I’ve gone out and left the door to that room closed and returned the smell was stronger in the afternoon but it was not something that ruined my holiday or couldn’t be managed by keeping the door shut and then running the shower for a minute or two. On that note the shower was probably one of the best ones that I’ve had on holiday abroad. The water got really hot and the whole bathroom was clean and tidy if not Innes absolutely hundred percent recently maintained condition. (I had seen photographs on other peoples reviews about sealant on the shower etc but I wasn’t there for the DIY inspection) The air-conditioning was awesome for when I needed it - I haven’t ever travelled abroad and not paid extra for that so to find that it was included it was great and the fridge in the room is useful. Personally, I do like to have a kettle as well as I’m very particular about my brews - but I could live without it for a few days On that note, the Restaurant staff were very obliging in the evening going fetching me some milk so I could make my own tea with my Yorkshire teabags. I would agree with other reviews, I’ve read that said they don’t sweep the floors but I only stayed three nights so it wasn’t a problem for me and I was on my own so less mess. They do make up the beds and swap towels for new and keep you topped up with toilet roll .. This would be crucial if I was travelling with my boys. I was in a top floor room so the balcony was functional, but there wasn’t really a view unless you were stood up .. again I could live with that but probably check out the rooms when you are booking if balcony sitting and views is something you want. Something I think is worth mentioning is that the wardrobe storage / drawers / /mirrors/ lights and plug points were all good and plentiful- compared to other places I’ve stayed in and the mattress was damn near perfect. The mini market shop on site was very handy and I bought a couple of presents and sunglasses as well as chocolate and branded drink drinks such as Fanta and Red Bull there. And you don’t need to take an alarm clock because the cockerels wandering around the neighbouring streets will wake you up no danger 😂

Great hotel in a great location, with amazing staff and at a great price, too! There are so many positives that it's hard to know where to start! First, the restaurant... simply incredible! The chef behind the counter will make omelettes and pancakes for you during breakfast, so you're guaranteed to have something fresh to get you started for the day. The food during lunch and dinner changes every day, and it tastes fresh every time! You can tell so much attention and care was poured into every food option. Sincerest compliments to the chef. On the whole restaurant thing, the desserts are incredible. So often will you see something that looks amazing but ends up tasting like disappointment — not here! The desserts change every time and are so soft and fresh and delicious... I may be going back home with diabetes with how much dessert I ate every day🫣 Staff at the restaurant deserve an extra word of thanks because they were so attentive! In our culture, it's custom to have coffee after every meal, and so after noticing that I made a hot drink for myself and my family a couple of times, they brought the coffee to our table themselves! Without being asked to! They noticed the pattern and begun serving us coffee just like that! Same with drinks during the meal! One of the staff noticed I drank pineapple juice with my food, so he brought me a glass every time! I cannot emphasize how attentive and lovely the men during meal shifts were! The staff behind the bar near the pool are very lovely too, and always willing to whip up a cocktail or other drink for you. I cannot drink, but being offered a cocktail so early in the morning shows just how willing they were to serve you. Also, if you are by the pool and approach the bar while there is music playing on the speakers, you can ask the DJ to play certain songs or artists for you! Very happy with having Queen playing while I sunbathed on my last day! The hotel has plenty of extra services available on-site, like a trip advisor who comes by every morning, a spa and Turkish bath next door, and even a little shop where you can buy beach extras in case you forgot to pack! Definitely recommend the trip advisor's excursions and spa and massage treatment! The receptionists deserve an extra thanks for being so helpful also. If you had any questions regarding the hotel, or even just a general query, you could always pop into reception and rest assured whoever was sitting behind the counter would be very happy to help you. A few problems arose with transfers (nothing to do with the hotel) with the excursions we had booked, but the receptionists always arranged an alternative solution in time! Very happy with the service! The rooms themselves are, to be honest, nothing special. I don't mind because I only really need the room to sleep the night, but if I were to nitpick, it was mostly a satisfactory part of the hotel. The fridge in the room is a great addition though! Very happy I have a place to store bottles of water for hot days! The hotel has resident cats which you will see every day, so if you're a "crazy cat lady" like me, you'll be very happy. You'll start to recognise some of them over your stay, so always be sure to give them a little head pat (if they want one, of course!).

This is a 2 star hotel. Same food every day. Bar staff amazing. Nothing is clean i had a drink looked in the glass. I didn't drink it thats for sure ...... House keeping and some other man that was working there with a tool box tried getting in to my room. I was taking a shower at the time. ...... I asked what are you doing. They said nothing .... I know what you was doing 😡. I have been alot off places. This is the worst iv ever stayed. And i don't mind a cheep placeto stay . But if you a single person or couple. Not a problem unless a snob . Don't take ur kids they will hate the food . This way may last yr 2025

Absolutely horrible, this place reeks of filth. Rooms are too dirty. Personnel and staff are great people and try their best to be accommodating. Don’t get fooled by the filtered pictures Avoid this place if you have other options. Not worth a penny
